Trip cancellation without information

This is a no.1 cheating company. Don't deal with them. I booked a cab from Simla to Manali, last moment they cancelled the trip without any information. Chandrababu

Booking cancelled but refund not done even after 8 days

I booked my cab from bokaro to ranchi on 21-Jan-19. Pickup has been delayed by 1 hours due to that i canceled my booking. Till today, 28-Jan-19, wiwigo not refunded my booking amount. Really pathetic service. Never go for wiwigo. It is really fraud compnay and no is responding on mail.

Fraud Company

An employee with the name Rahul cancelled my booking without prior notice and deducted 20 percent of the amount, please dont book with wiwigo as this company is fraud and un ethical

Wrost services and non refund of booking amount

I booked a cab from Delhi to dehradun for 6-11-2018 they cancelled the cab still my money not refunded I called so many times but no positive response from the firm side. They gave transaction details but that is also no use. Such an unprofessional and fraud organization

Poor in payout to drivers

They booked the cab and receieve all payment online but they didn't pay the cab amount to drivers/owner of the cab. This creates a very bad impression on customers.

Untrustworthy, worst cab service providerz

I had booked a cab through yatra app for my travel from Shimla to Chandigarh Airport. I had a flight to catch from there. The driver details were sent to me in time. However, the driver didnot turn up at my location, did not pick up my call, then suddenly at the last moment the cab driver's number became out of reach. I called not less than 50-60 times but response. Someone from wiwigo support called me to ask if my pickup has been done, i told him the driver was out of reach, and then no response from that person as well. Called him 20 times, my call was not picked up. Then in fear of missing my flight i had to make urgent alternate arrangement at the last moment, costing me way more than it should have, thanks to this crap travel company "wiwigo". What is the point of becoming a service company if you cant be trusted, and have zero credibility..!! I had paid some INR 400 as a partial payment and i am not sure if i will get them back..! Please donot book cab from this travel company, you might think you are saving money initially, but all you are going to do is lose your peace of mind and spend more than you thought.! Booked taxi from DELHI TO SHIMLA on 7th Nov 18, 11 am. We reached Delhi rly STN BHOPAL, BUT COMPANY FAILED TO ARRANGE ANY TAXI FORUS.Great inconvenience and mental torture,Pl ban such fake online company fooling people after taking advance money. One word from uprofessionalism and Lies- Wiwigo

My first bad experience was almost an year ago when their driver didnt have State tax receipt and was trying to escape the RTO official on punjab road in my trip to Shimla. He was caught slapped and penalised Rs 20000 but that wasted my entire day. I dont know why have I thought of giving them a try again (expecting that incident was an acceptiin) to go to Haridwar from Delhi today which is a frequent route, they cancelled in 11 th hour and when I am trying to call their customer service their advisor Prashant has audacity to hang up on my face coz he was feeling sleepy after saying- ab nahi kar sakte to nahi kar sakte.. I spit on their name their services and donot expect them to come up with their automated reply of - please accept our apology.. Bunch of losers.. I just expect they refund my money never to come back again.. i will ruin them on every social network handle..

Pathetic service would not recommend

Not professional driver arrived late car dirty. Stopped at an unsafe place for tea. Was on the phone continuously while driving. Felt unsafe. Would not recommend it to anyone. First time experience and would not take it again. Not too worth.

It’s a fraud company

I had booked my cab from shimla to manali, my advance payment was cut twice while trying booking, but I didn’t get any message or mail regarding confirmation, so i called customer care, initially they said no we haven’t got any advance, on calling again and again they agreed that they have got two advance payments, they said they will refund one and other one is for cab confirmation... till than i had lots of doubts and i found fraud reviews on google... so i asked them again and again that will driver be on time as till than I didn’t get any confirmation.. they were confident on waking up at 5 am i checked for confirmation mail and what i got was... they cancelled my booking because there was no cab available.. such a mental harrasment, and waste of time, called them regarding this and they were clueless... indeed a fake company

Worst service ever

People out there 1st learn to serve customers instead of sending adds to people via sms. Friends pls dont book any cab from these guys, ive been cheated by them already, more over they keep sending subscriptions messages all the time .

Fraud Company - Daylight robbers

My in laws booked 2 cabs and accidentally paid in full for one of them in advance. However due to slight change in plans, they had to cancel the cabs. But that was done well within the time mentioned on their website. It's been 4+ months and around 20 calls so far and they are not agreeing to the refund. When my wife called them, the guy gave her his personal number and asked her to whatsapp him the pictures. Like seriously? You ask a customer to whatsapp on your personal phone number? I am going to file a police complaint against them. Thankfully I have contacts high up and know how to deal with people like these.

Horrible experience with wiwago online booking

I would keep it short as i just reached my destination after 8-10 hours of torture from wiwago and their cab services. Please stay away from them. Please don’t let your family go thru the torture with them after traveling international. They will make fake commitments about the vehicles and then they will take 3 hrs to find multiple vendors they work with to fit your needs and they will not fulfill it and you will be tortured and left stranded at the end of the day. My old parents, 2 year old kid and my wife had to go thru so much of hassle due to wiwago.com s fake promises. Wiwago.com are bunch of heartless people. Wiwago.com will treat their customers as only money making source. Wiwago.com will not even be sorry for their mis doings. Wiwago.com is unprofessional. Wiwago.com costed me and my family monetary loss. Wiwago.com has costed me days of fatigue and sickness. If you are even thinking of booking with them please read this. Don’t torture yourself. Spend a bit extra get reliable cabs like ola or uber. Wiwago.com are cheaters. Please spread this word about wiwago.com and save people. For wiwago.com if you are reading this I m a pissed consumer and I will make sure my experience with wiwago.com is well shared using social media and wiwago.com will have to shut down itself.
