Stipulate in writing June was a FTT.

No complaint. My son sent it to me via Western Union. He didnt understand that not receiving it FTT is going to cost me 35000baht to renew my visa Sep 14.

Account has been hacked

My business account has been hacked and i need to change the email address and the password. i have been unable to do it online not to mention the impossibility to get someone answering the phone. Despite my numerous attempst and emails noone has considered calling me or tried to solve the issue JPJG. I I need to get a full history of transactions and where abouts since november 2022. The money i sent hasn't arrive yet

I sent money to my mother in Ghana on 25 July 2023 and till now she did not receive it ... this is my first time having problem with wise since I started using it . I sent receipt I have from wise to cross check in Ghana, mobile money MTN and they said the money has not arrived yet, and I should call wise and verified from them .

Blocked

Hello, I am traveling through Venezuela and I used Wise to pay for my eurobilding hotel at the airport on May 16, 2023 and it was the last expense that allowed me, then they blocked my account and any type of access to Wise including the app and all Wise pages .

Didnt get WISE transfer to my account but sender said it is delivered!

dear WISE service representitive, there are 2 WISE transfers sent from USA to me which sender showed that WISE already transfered them to receiver's bank account but the fact is my bank account HAVE NOT get them! they are below 2 transfers: 1st transfer: pls see attachment 1. Wise reference # is 73617****. Sender said that WISE transfer sent out on 6th and got to my bank account on 12th but my bank account never get it! 2nd transfer: pls see attachment 2. Wise reference # is 74295****. Sender said that WISE transfer sent out on 13th and get to my bank account on 15th but my bank account never get it! can you please check these 2 WISE transfer for us asap? both sender and me are very worried. we use Wise for long time already and we thought Wise is reliable and like to use more in future! i also introduced my friends to use Wise. Did not receive my money

I got money sent to me from the UK and I havent received it yet. It has been 3 days now. I have called my local bank and they have said that they cant see nor find any money. So whats the hold up? Have you guys stolen my money ?

Missing money

I initiated a $1000 money transfer from US to my brother in Kenya on May 14. Today is July 4, and the money is no where to be found. I have made several calls with their customers service and several email correspondence and still no resolution. They keep telling me they are researching. They can't tell me where the money is. They said they will have resolution by July 25th. I amn't holding my breath. This company is a scam. I am already in contact with CBS investigative reporting team, they will be watching their company reported as a scam in the CBS news in the coming weeks. We will see their stock market take a nose dive.

My sender send me using wise to paymaya instapay.. then i can recieved email from wise said the transaction complete. But i can not recieved until now the money in my paymaya account.. please me to recieved my money in my paymaya account.. thank you so much and godbless to all... please me help me...

Finally got a reply from wise after posting negative reviews on their Facebook account.

Wise is terrible when it comes to customer service and providing helpful and meaning tips for resolving any issue. They literally do not provide a working phone number. However there are over a dozen #s to call, which gets you a recording, 'our phone lines are not in service. Please go to wise help center' freaking useless! They discontinued chat and their web site help center is also USELESS!!!
