I purchased the Winslow suite pro bungle package and I cannot get it to take the activation code or the registration and I follow the directions but I did log into Windsor share but I need my Winzip pro.evertime i signed into my accout ani i choose validate it takes me back to account for previos percase. i need my winzip . im afraid if i remove the old winzip i loose my files

I would like to stop a payment to you which is pending in the bank.please as I do not have my computer anymore or WiFi so it is a waste of money to carry on with the subscription. I am currently on holiday in Burnham-on-sea otherwise I live in Penwortham, preston lancashire.

Very dissatisfied WinZip customer
I renewed a subscription for WinZip services in May 2022 and spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get a License Code for installation. It was finally installed but now, when attempting to open statements from other companies (PayPal, for example), a WinZip advertising pop up appears instead of the statement. In addition, a fax number appears on WinZip's website but no phone number which I located only after doing a Google Search. Please know in advance that if you cancel WinZip more than one month after subscribing, there will be no refund of any of the purchase price. I lost $54.30 but now consider it money well spent to be done with WinZip.

Never got a response
Despite numerous queries no response. We bought another registration and downloaded file again and finally have winzip. Our early one year old subscription remains inreachable.

Failure to respond to registration code issues
we paid $69.95 for a subscription. The registration code has not worked denying us access since July 2021. Repeated requests to fix the issue have gone unattended. On 10 May 2022 we called and were assured we would get a response in 2 hours. Again nothing. On 9th we emailed twice. The only response we got was to end them a screenshot. We did it twice but no answer. Most of the links provided don't work either. They are quick to take your money but slow in resolving issues.seek alternative zip file programs or dont use zipped files.

Corel Winzip has by far the worst customer support of any software company with whom I do business!!
As a fully paid subscribing member for Winzip Pro Suite since September of 2020, as shown on my winzip account page and as billed and paid by my credit card, suddenly when I access winzip I am told that my free trial is ending. When I input the Registered to and Registration code as sent to me by winzip just today, I am told that the information is invalid. I have wasted an immense amount of time with the useless help link (no contact from winzip in re: Case No. Corel #333****). Even after calling the help number for correl, the agent sent me information that I already had from my login to my winzip account, so zero help. I was also told that I would be contacted by the help desk to assist me with the problem within two hours. NO CONTACT. I have been on hold with the help number for the last hour with nothing but elevator music. I am finished with these idiots and will report Corel and Cleverbridge to the BBB and seek full reimbursement for all fees paid. If there were negative ratings shown I would select the lowest negative possible!II
