I need parts and complaint your customer service

Your employees at the phone number 641-585-**** keeps me on hold for over a half an hour with their phone ringing 34 times and they hang up. When I call back to speak to management I get no results your Winnebago services, the employees are incompetent

Very poorly thought out 110 locations

I am completely shocked that Winnebago did not provide a working outlet in the kitchen area for a small coffee pot while using the house battery and inverter. If you aren't plugged into shore power and you don't want to wake your spouse with the loud generator, you need to put the coffee pot on the floor near the bathroom, which is Ludicrous!! I spent over $125k on the vehicle and I can't make and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. They should actually use the RV in all ways before selling it.

Will not stand behind there product

BUYER BEWARE!!! If only we could give negative stars. We purchased a winnebago 2100BH and extended warranty September 23rd 2022 from La Mesa RV. Very quickly started having structural and mechanical problems with it after only using it on 2 quick weekend trips in the fall, never using it to its full capacity including not filling water tanks. After many unanswered messages we were finally able to get it in for WARRANTY repairs in May of 2023. After that crickets... after a month of them having our camper and no communication we reached out multiple times to get a status on repairs and would never get a call back. In July after again many calls we were told they would not cover many of the things that needed repairs and blamed it on winnebago. This week after having our camper for over 4 months!!! we were told it would cost an additional $2000 to repair the broken water heater stating it was water damaged. WE NEVER USED THE WATER AND WINTERIZED IT PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!!! Along with charging us $400 to adjust the door that swings open when traveling. AGAIN THIS IS A BRAND NEW TRAILER STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ALONG WITH HAVING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. When we asked for our trailer today they told us it would take a few days to get ready for pick up. We told them we wanted it back today, almost 5 months was long enough, they sat it in the middle of their parking lot without placing a block under the hitch leaving us to scramble to find bricks to lift the hitch high enough to hook on to our truck. Camper was also dirty and full of dead moths at pick up. Such a disappointment and the $400 door repair we paid for didn't stop our camper door from swinging open on the way home... THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM LA MESA RV

Terrible Customer Service and Product

DO NOT BUY A WINNEBAGO PERIOD! Even our service center said they do not build them like they used to. We bought a brand new 2017 Winnebago Vista with a Forever Warranty and have meticulously maintained the coach ever since. If I were not a handyman and former mechanic, this coach would be in the shop more than weve used it. The Forever Warranty is all but useless and Winnebago Customer Service is a joke. The last straw was when we nicked a picnic table while leaving a campground and the entire back wall almost tore off because it was rotted out from underneath because of wheel spray from faulty manufacturing. After numerous back and forth with them, they insulted our intelligence and offered to repair it for $4750 plus tax, IF we would drive 1200 miles one way to their factory. All our estimates were less than what they were offering. We had it fixed locally for $4200. They would NOT reimburse us! DO NOT BUY A WINNEBAGO PERIOD! Unhappy first time rv and winnebago owner

WINNEBAGO MINNIE last 5 of VIN# 63053 currently @SERVICE CENTER CRAIN RV OF LITTLE ROCK (501)-476-**** WARRANTY CLAIM # 0139072 right side exterior slide out fascia has pulled away from rv (rivets and fascia) slide out hangs up on out function and has to be worked back and forth until catches and straightens (has done that since purchase but not every time) as a first time owner of rv unsure if that is a normal slide out function but none the less needs to be assessed after the issue with the fascia. Problem is no one is resolving the issue. We have sent the requested info above regarding repair and warranty. I have several email correspondence from dealer, winnebago customer service etc and have sent email twice and the automated email from winnebago says they still havent received the info. Disappointment

I was a fan of Winnebago so I decided when the time was right I bought a 2022 Minnie Winnie. What a huge disappointment, within the first year The catalytic converter did not pass inspection, The light fixtures started to drop from the ceiling, there where multiple leaks from the roof, the hydraulic levelers blew lines on a regular basis, the rear panel separated from the RV and the thumb controls for the radio are inoperative. This is the first and last Winnebago I will buy, heck even the Jayco's are better engineered and built. This is a huge mistake buying this and a lesson has been learned.DO NOT BUY

Bought 2023 Winnebago View 17 April and can’t use until coach is fixed. The Grey water tank leaks, steps don’t work, coach idiot light for passenger seat rings constantly, and audiovisual faulty.

Coach has been returned twice for leaking tank and inoperable steps. Still has yet to be resolved. When returned to dealer today, tech found a broken pipe (initial repair was just to coat pipe with caulk/sealant). Stopped all repair after three hours. Put cover back on and said I would have to return (3 hours each way). Tech left washers and screws on ground after replacing cover (I retrieved and will replace). I was instructed to return in three weeks due to backlog and awaiting parts. Stay away from Winnebago products and Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach. Terrible products, customer service, and support.

Poor overall quality 2020 Winn Spyder

A little hx-we purchased a 2020 Winnebago Spyder brand new off the dealership lot. We had faith in the quality of Winnebago products. Every trip we have had electrical issues, getting into get it repaired has cost a lot of time and sometimes takes time to even get in. The first issue was an electrical relay, batteries wouldn't charge, three trips and repair and its still questionable if it will work. Batteries that came with the unit stopped with in 6 months.rear camera wiring continues to flash in and out of signal. Toilet valve broke. The leg screws in the seats have come out -we replaced those ourselves, due to not being able to get in and didn't want to miss another trip.Screen door latch broke, actually trapped me inside. The brakes are intermittent. The last trip we lost trailer brakes 6% grade not ideal. It was confirmed not our tow vehicle it is electrical in the trailer.

Winnebago Towables are Garbage

Bought a new 2023 Minnie Winnie travel trailer and it's been a total disaster! Started with a leaky slide, followed by a leaky sink, followed by a leaky toilet and now to top it off a leaky black tank! I've been back to the dealer for all previously mentioned occasions and it's over 2hrs each way. I'm at my wits end

A very close friend of mind bought a 2021 winnabago

The service is terrible the slider stopped working while on a trip. It's been in the shop for six months what a bunch of crap. If you can't get parts for your motorhome you are selling. Winnabago should stop selling them.

To acknowledge their timely and informative answer

I need to know what type caulking/sealant to use on micro Minnie roof for general periodic maintenance

Avoid WINNEBAGO At ALL Cost

Updated by user Jan 27, 2023
Have not heard from Winnebago at all. We picked our unit up again from the dealership for additional repairs.

Cabinets in slide werefalling down and dealer found screws were missing. The limiting switch on the Happi Jac bed system was either faulty or wired incorrectly...

Original review Dec 28, 2022
We bought a brand new 2021 Spyder Toy Hauler. Before we got it home, the generator straps broke as well as the sliding bathroom door straps. That was just the beginning of our issues. The entire rear toy hauler door fell off because of missing bolts. The underneath storage flooded because the connections were not tight. The awning detached from the camper itself. The Happi Jac bottom bed broke and sheared bolts off. This system also malfunctioned and crushed one of the beds. The heater unit was broken. Half of the USB ports did not work. The upper cabinets in the slide area are falling down leaving the bolts exposed. We are just waiting for the entire kitchen area to fall from the ceiling. The recliner chair has not worked from the beginning and is broken. The electric tongue jack controls are completely mis labeled. Please keep in mind, we previously owned another brand of toy hauler and used it a lot. We never ever had any issues like this. We paid $70k for this unit and thought Winnebago was a very reputable RV company BUT we were so very wrong. There has been absolutely no help from their customer service department. So far, the warranty has covered everything HOWEVER we are having to haul our unit to the dealership where we bought the unit which is about a five hour round trip for us. The amount of lost camping time because of problems, being in the shop, our fuel for hauling the unit to the shop so many times, our lost time of having to haul the unit is just an absolute disgrace. The more I research the lack of customer service from Winnebago the more it breaks my heart for all of us who are stuck with these sub par units. I know we dont want to pass our horrible problems onto another family. I truly feel Winnebago should have to replace our poorly manufactured units with ones that are properly built or they should have to give us our money back. As Winnebago owners that purchased these sub par units, we have all lost a lot of time and money. Winnebago I encourage you to step up to the plate, take responsibility for these sub par units and repair your reputation.
