Where is Wingstop in route employees and managers

The order wasnt right I wasnt told that I cant order boneless wings by themselves argued with the young lady asked to speak to a manager and she was a manager which shows how unprofessional they are then I went to pay and she said I only gave her $60 I gave her 80 and she had already had the money in her hand and walked back to the back and brought out another manager who was rude and came to snatch the bag out my hand Which I dont appreciate he was extremely rude and then they huddled up like they were at a football game and talked about me when I was getting my drinks they are beyond unprofessional I have to time they dont even get your spelling right on your name and then there was baskets of food you know from the fryers sitting there draining and you have 10 people back there and they cant get the orders, right And my five-year-old grandson said I dont want to come back here anymore. I wanna go to McDonalds, so does that tell you how they acted unprofessional by far if you guys dont do something about this Wingstop they need to close down to have managers sit up there and be so blatantly rude Im concerned I am of mixed race so I dont have a racist bone in my body but I am concerned because I thought there was a law that you hire different nationalities if you have two managers that argue with their customers what does that say about them training their staff how do you think the staff ask and then you huddle up talking about a customer I frequent that store and this isnt the first time Ive had problems in there. It is the worst store that I have ever experience next to the one in Montbello in Denver Colorado. Its an excellent location we were so happy when they came here but I guarantee you if you go later in the evening even working DoorDash orders are wrong or youre waiting an extensive amount of time and this is not the first time Ive had to interact with one of your young male managers there and for him to come and snatch that bag was not acceptable that you guys need to do something and I dont wanna talk to nobody in that management company at that store. I want corporate to contact me.

BAD first experience.

What a horrible first experience with Wingstop. Store #1989. San Marcos, TX. Order #200563****264****. I opened the app and was greeted with 5 Free Wings. Yay. Butafter several tries it couldnt be applied. I ordered at 1:21pm. I was never notified that the order was ready. An hour later, I went to the store. The order was on the far left of the bag tray and had clearly been sitting there for a while. I asked the guy at the register why couldnt I use the promo code. He said its only good on combos. News to me. Attached is the promo. Nowhere does it say something like terms apply. He offered no solution. When I got home the wings and tenders were soggy from sitting in the container steam and sauce. The chicken was tender enough. The drumettes were tiny. Any solution Wingstop customer service?

Hair in my food.

There was hair In my French fries. Also the cooks were not wearing a hair net, which I think is necessary when preparing food. Other than that the customer service was good the staff was helpful & very pleasant.

Disrespectful employee

Long story short my husband is black was denied water after the white man In front of him got some they got rude and loud with him so I went in the white lady told me I could if I had a cup so I go get a wing stop cup when I open the door with about four customers in there the black manger started yelling at me telling me if she didn't hand it to me I couldn't get nothing so I went to go to the bathroom to get some they started yelling and being disrespectful to me now this is the first time I've been in there and I am very sick person I am about to contact a lawyer because I know it is all on camera I was about to pass out and my kidneys are shutting so I'm pretty sure if I wouldn't of got hot water out of the sink and something would of happened to me Wingstop could be held responsible then the embrassment and stress of how I was treated and the clear racism from the employees I am very upset I have never seen a place deny a dying woman water if it is a rule it should apply to everyone at all times

Complaining

We ordered online for this location for the 3rd time and never again. We always get an ETA 16-21 mins and willl even come like 5-10 mins after ETA and still have to wait another 20-30 mins. You would walk in to alot of people who done the same thing as we did and upset because they are still waiting. The manager was rude to be when I called to complain and decide I need to contact corporate. The employees act like they don't ever want to be there. This is the closest location to us as well. When we got our wings hardly had any sauce on it like they half way put any sauce on it and some of the wings were overcooked so it was hard to bite into. Manager Out Of Line

I CALLED WINGSTOP IN COPPERAS COVE TO LET THEM KNOW MY FOOD WAS BURNT BECAUSE I ORDERED UBER EATS MY CHICKEN WAS LITERALLY LIKE A BRICK I CALLED AND ASKED TO GET IT REMADE HE SAID BASICALLY THAT HES GONNA REMAKE IT AND THEN I TOLD HIM I COULDNT COME IM A NEW MOTHER AND PLUS IM PREGNANT NOW I DONT HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO GET THERE I CANT JUST WALK ALL THE WAY THERE THATS 20 minutes away walking so he was like tomorrow isnt gonna do anything for him and Im like what you guys burnt my food and then basically tell me if I cant come tonight I cant get my food so i asked for cooperate and he said Im not gonna argue with you Im like what ? You dont talk to customers like that omg his name is Nathanal and he was working on 07/08/2023 at 8:45 pm central time

Very passed off customer

Absolutely horrible customer service! I got way under cooked chicken. Called the store after having to call 5 to 6 times before anyone answered the phone. When they finally did the person was Absolutely rude and told me I was a lier about way under cooked chicken. I called back got different person and he said he would tell manger to refund me because I was charged twice. Never heard a thing. Under cooked chicken can make u very ill or kill a person. When I finally got food it was also very cold. I spend about $30 to $40 twice a week. Last time I ordered before this time I was charged twice for $70 they never did anything about that either. They are scamming people. I'm not sure if I will ever eat there again. When you treat customer's so bad that will shut a business down. I may be calling the BBB it's not the customer's fault they screwed up!! I may not recommend anyone to go there or order online.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They put the extra charge back on my card I still am not happy about the situation to begin with but do appreciate it being fixed.

Cancel order

I placed an order online, I arrived at the store, about 15 minutes after I placed the order. I arrive at the store with the only employee on a break. I ask him how long will it take, he said he doesnt know. I wait 8 minutes and he is still sitting outside. I told him I placed an online order. So I contact customer service, very friendly. He told me he would send my complaint and people higher up. And told me I would automatically get a $5 gift card, and I would receive a full refund, since the employee refused to make my food. That was 15 days ago. I havent received $5, havent received a refund, and I havent heard back from customer service. I liked getting my bogo wings on mondays.

Bad restaurants

I ordered a Boneless BBQ chicken,but didn't listen to me. They gave me a plan BBQ chicken. The fries overcooked burned and too much season salts, bad flyer oil is old. No soda syrup empty and not refill the box of soda syrup. Bad manager around and sex talk to friends, dinning room all dirty. I would contact to wing stop CEO. about this location Columbus, Ohio. Horrible experience

Friday night of April 28 my girlfriend and I decided to get wings on Friday night and we decided to go to the Palm desert Wingstop first time going to this Wingstop and we wait nearly 50 minutes for our food to be ready and I checked in the bag to make sure we got ranch because usually thats what they forget to put in I didnt expect them to ruin the entire order and we drove home and once we got home we opened our food and it was completely wrong and the fries were dry and horrible we ordered 6 pc combo classic wings Mango habanero and we received the wrong flavor and then we also ordered a 10 pc combo classic wings lemon pepper and we received barbecue boneless overall horrible experience we had to drive 40 minutes total and the wait just for our food was 50 minutes and there was only one small family a male a female and a young girl and they also waited 50 minutes for there order when my girlfriend and I arrived back to the Wingstop we requested a refund and the cashier in the front named Daryl took our order when we first arrived and when we got there again he lied and quote said oh yeah I remember that order but I didnt take it then they proceed to say we can take the receipt and leave a note for the manager which was a complete lie they were most likely going to throw the receipt away but my girlfriend and I took a photo of our order and a photo of the receipt I would like a full refund for this horrible experience at that specific Wingstop 3 of the employees looked like they were on drugs and didnt seem right in there own mind Thank you we have wings from other spots and great customer service and food just not this one.

Still Waiting for refund, 2+ months later

I ordered $80 worth of food through their app on January 15th for a small playoff football party, waited until it was time for the delivery to show up and I suddenly get an alert it was canceled. I called the store to see what happened and I was told that a driver actually did pick it up. I wait a little longer and no one shows up. I call DoorDash who was handling the delivery and they said the wrong driver picked up the wrong food and asked if I wanted them to remake it or just get a full refund. I said I cant wait any longer for the food, Ill take the refund. The DoorDash customer service person gets the Wingstop people on the call and says they would get me my money back within a few business days. I say ok cool, thank you. I wait a week. I wait two weeks. I havent heard anything. I get back in touch with DoorDash and they escalate it, and say I should be getting my money soon. Nothing. I go on Wingstops website and fill out their complaint form and say I would like to be contacted about the issue. Nothing. I try again about a week later, nothing. I go in Twitter, explain to their customer service message the situation. Im told it has been escalated to upper management and I should hear back soon. Nothing. I ask again on Twitter for someone to reach out to me. They say they will. Nothing. I file a complaint through my bank, saying this is fraud and I listed it under paid for product but never received on their forms. I submit all my evidence, receipts, cancellation notices. They get back to me a few weeks later saying they cant get my money back because technically I authorized the purchase. > So basically Im out of options. Ill never see that $80 and I guess I have to live with it. I havent been back to a Wingstop since this all started nearly 3 months ago, which is a shame because I really like them. Oh well.

Terrible in store experience and further harassed online

I went in with my husband last night at 8:45pm I can find the ticket number. We were treated as an inconvenience from the time we took our order. The cashier asked for my name and as I was telling him my name and beginning to order he answered the phone. After placing the order we sat down to wait for our food, meanwhile I reviewed my receipt. I asked one of your CSRs (Geoffrey) about the charges on the ticket as we requested a combo and were charges individually for everything we ordered down to the ranch. He insisted the way it was rung up was cheaper and I said well the menu says its $14 and some change for a combo and you charged me over $18 for essentially the same thing. He seemed miffed that I even bothered to say anything about it. My order was prepared as if it were Togo even though we said we wanted to dine in. The car announced cait?!? I said cat? He again said cait?!? I said how is it spelled as I didnt want to accidentally pick up someone elses order. He said KAT. I saw thats how it was spelled on my ticket so I said ok I think thats my order. I placed it on the counter to check it and see if it was right and I had the two boxes of wings the large fry and 1 of 2 ranches. I asked Geoffrey for the other ranch as I paid $1.19 per ranch and he said is it in the box? I said I dont know there was this one outside the box. He reluctantly gave me another. I took the order to the table and un-bagged all our food. There was no ranch inside either box. We opened out togos to sit and eat as we intended to dine in. The frys were cold, dark and soggy. They were busy so I wanted until we finished eating to request a refund for a large fry order -the one fry I tried to come to the conclusion they were gross. Geoffrey yells to the crew in the back customer said these fries are gross guys get it right! Mind you the entire place can hear the comment. I asked for a refund and he said Id need to wait in line. I said ok and waited for the 4 people in front of me. I get to the register and Geoffrey said Id have to wait for the other register, so I did. He and another csr waited on an additional 6-8 people around me before I again asked for a refund. Geoffrey got smart with me and I asked for his name for the survey. He said heres my GMs number call him. I said ok I will, what was your name? He said its Jeffrey and its spelled GEOFFREY I responded in kind to his rude behavior and pronounced his name the way it was spelled as he was loud with me in front of all the other customers in the location, as I immediately called the number he provided to voice my complaint in the presence of Geoffrey. He then audibly laughed, scoffed and began walking outside to smoke and said meet me outside! I wasnt about to lose my place in line for my refund and how inappropriate for a grown man to invite a heavily pregnant female outside for a fight? A skinny female csr was at the register and I again asked for a refund. She said what did my GM say? I said he said I could have my refund. She began processing my refund and it finally went through. I requested my original receipt in which she used to submit the refund in addition to the refund receipt following the transaction and began to leave. As I made it to the door another female CSR audibly states in a packed building over the two various types of music playing bye *** I thought I herd bye trick and had nearly made it to the car before my partner informed me it was bye *** so I turned back around and walked to the front counter where I asked her audibly in front of everyone did you just call me a *** To which she responded yes now leave or Ill call the cops! I said call them! Whats your name?!? She refused to give it to me. We exchanged a loud verbal argument before I walked out followed by Geoffrey who shouted some obscenities at me in the parking lot and told me dont come back to my store! To which I shouted dont worry I wont! I got into my car and immediately called the GM back who said he would review video. I didnt feel that was an appropriate response to the situation I just encountered so I escalated the situation both written and verbally to gain the attention I felt it needed to get a response from someone who can take action in an appropriate manner. We finally received the refund according to the receipt at 9:20pm. Additionally the bathroom smelled like raw sewage, there was water pouring out from the flush valve/handle all Over the floor. There was no hot water in the sink, the lobby trash cans were full and overflowing. I didnt appear to be the only unhappy customer there either. Had it not been for the way in which I was treated I wouldnt have bothered to complain at all and just never come back. The drink fountain was out of Dr. Pepper. While it was such an inconvenience to be treated in a decent manner there were easily 8 people in the kitchen cooking. The wings were spot on and this could have been a compliment rather than a complaint but no customer deserves to be treated the way I was treated. Please do review video. The girl who called me a *** didnt even interact with me the entire time I was there, her comment was completely unnecessary and had she not called me that following my refund I had zero intention of doing anything else but returning to my car displeased with the experience. There were only two female workers I believe. I think they both had red in their hair but the one who ran her mouth was I referred to her as fat by comparison of the other as describing a distinguishing difference between the two when your angry wasnt a real priority at the time I submitted my complaint. The skinny one issued my refund and Im sure youll see me confronting the fat one as I returned to ask if she was the one who called me a *** Finally after posting a review to the wingstop Facebook page ironically of all the negative reviews posted I was harassed by employees who made fake accounts. I really appreciate all the fake profiles, harassment, bullying, defamation of character and pulling my daughter into this as well as making some ridiculous accusations. The simple fact that literally no one else who aired a grievance on this platform hardly received a single comment let alone all the garbage I was flooded with. Unbelievable! As if the poor treatment in store wasnt bad enough!
