All I want to do is ask a simple question. I'm looking for winter dairy skim milk in half gallons. All I want to know is if they're producing it and where I can purchase it. But getting ahold of them is an absolute joke. It's impossible. I've called their number and the operator is full. I've tried the process of going directly to customer service and you have to register and you have to fill stuff out All I want to do is ask a simple question. So my complaint is it's impossible to get hold a hold of these people Make a simpler process for information access

Quality of buttermilk

When their buttermilk was made about 5 years ago it was the best I've had. Now it's tastes worse than anyone out on the market.

Bad delivery van driver

Your driver in van number 2047 drives erratically and switched lanes frequently with no reason. Additionally, trying to make a complaint to your company is very difficult. Your phone line goes to a full mailbox. Your web site is bogus. It's no wonder you're in the dumps.

I. Looking for full time employment

I have no true complaint except I have been calling for a job for 2 weeks left messages, still getting no where

Product quality

We have seen a rapid decline in your chocolate milk. I swear to God, it tasted like dish soap was in it. Another time, the milk tasted like another odd substance was in the milk. Please do something!

Your best product

I don't have a complaint about service. MY concern is why did you change the process or formula for your buttermilk? It tastes like heavy cream, not the great flavor it once was. The best buttermilk on the market was Cream of Weber. When they left to business, it seemed that Winders picked up their formula and they were the best on the market. Not with this change, this is the worst buttermilk out there. Please go back to the original formula.

DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!!

This company will nickel and dime the crap out of you!!! DO NOT USE! First, they make you sign this ridiculous contract (make sure you read the whole entire thing btw) that makes you commit for a minimum of 40 weeks otherwise you have to pay to get out of it. Secondly, NO WHERE in the contract or on the website when you sign up, does it say ANYTHING about a delivery fee or charge. That’s where they get you! They say that they will send you an email confirmation about your order and your account. NOPE! They make you either call them or they call you. They called me over and over and over again. I didn’t answer because I figured it was just some person that was going to try to upsale me a bunch of crap I didn’t need (I hate talking to salespeople), so I never did talk to anyone before my first delivery came. Well, my first bill comes through and its a $6 delivery charge for 3 gallons of milk! Geez! So then, there’s nothing I can do but call and talk to someone. Well, they were nice enough to reduce the delivery charge for me to $3 (whoop dee doo), at least its something I guess. BUT THEN, one week later all the sudden my delivery charge goes up by a dollar (wtf!). So again, I have to call them and talk to them...they tell me because of some stupid new policy that it’s a “mandatory raise in price” and there’s nothing they can do about it to make it less than that. That’s the lowest they will go. So ridiculous!! And lastly, they have this stupid little charge for the bag they give you to put your products in, so if you don’t have it sitting out the night before they deliver then you get charged for the bag. The thing is, you know they purposely give you this dinky, light weight bag so that if you aren’t careful and don’t have something to weigh it down with, it will blow away with the slightest wind gust and you’re screwed! Just all in all, you can tell this company is ran by a bunch of crooks who are just out to make a buck in any little way possible. Not a company you want to work with as a consumer, that’s for sure!

Buyer Beware! This is a contract no matter what the rep says!

Buyer Beware! Avoid Winder Farms! These guys pull the same kind of underhanded garbage that your chain gyms pull. Read the fine print and do NOT rely on the sales rep to accurately represent the "agreement." You are signing a contract! A contract for a minimum number of deliveries. Once you've signed, they can charge $5.99 for a half gallon of orange juice and $3.49 for a half gallon of milk hoping you don't notice. You can get these same items at your local chain grocery store for $4.99 for a GALLON of OJ and $3.99 for a GALLON of the exact same milk. Then, if you want to cancel the contract they never told you about, they will charge you $30! When you balk at this they will simply point to the contract.and shrug. Do yourself a favor and get Grocery Pickup and your local Smith's or Walmart.

Sent me to collections but THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT

They stopped delivering and I thought nothing of it till 2 years later I get a notice that I'm being sent to collections for the early cancellation fee. Customer service was AWFUL. I refused to pay unless they could produce the contract because I know myself- I would 100% never have signed up for it if there was a cancellation fee. Just found my contract. The salesperson had crossed out the cancellation fee. I've tried them a few times over the past 15 years and every time it's a bad one. One time in particular I signed up because they promised dye-free items. But it was a complete lie. Another time it was for a promotion and the salesperson promised things had changed. I'm never getting sucked into this crap again!

Worst customer service ever

Well they said i couldnt order from them because my roommate ordered from them and tried to figure out why when im a different customer and have a lease showing my residency here and she hung up on me. Worst customer service i ever dealt with. And my roommate didnt get his full order in the first place but was willing to give them a try.

Fraudulent

Stay away from them. They lie to get you to try it then sign you up for a long contract. They threaten you with huge cancellation fees. Don't trust anything they promise.

Not worth your time

They have a collection agency trying to collect from me for a basket that was delivered to me in Sept 2017. First off I do not live in Utah or any of the surrounding area. They were very rude on the phone and would not listen. Never do business with this company. *** Now they want a hundred words For they will take you complain. That is a bunch of BS if you ask me. They just don’t want to be responsible for their incompetence. My advice is not to buy anything from them at all. That is all for now over an out Goodbye see you later nap I hope you got your hundred words now.

Lesson Learned from unethical business practices!

So Sorry to do this, but I was deceived. I have never written a review on anything before, but this time it is needed! I made the mistake of stopping at the Winder Farms booth, because I love their milk! I was told if I signed up I could get deep discounts on all their fresh, locally grown, products. I could not get any prices, as that would come after I signed up for a trial, and could cancel if I was dissatisfied in anyway. I was told they didn't pasteurize their milk, but used a better alternative method, also most items were clean and organic, along with grass fed meats. Sticker shock! I received 2 10oz steaks, 1 lb hamburger, 1lb chicken breast, (all Frozen), 2 half gal. of milk, 1doz eggs, 2 potatoes, 2 green peppers, 2 apples, 2 pears, 3 small zucchini, 6 oz blueberries, (from Mexico) 8 oz mushrooms and a small bunch of kale, (which was the only thing that was organic!) $65! That is only after the "big" discount I received for the first time order, and by agreeing to accept at least 40 more orders. I already paid $15 to sign up, and because I don't want to continue they are charging me another $20 since I don't qualify for the discount. My cost for these items - $100! They were being generous as normally they would charge another $49 to cancel. I learned an expensive lesson that hopefully anyone reading this will learn without the expense! I can get their milk, and all these products from the local health food store, (organic!) for way less than this, Never Stop at their Booth! Is the food in the photo below worth $100? I think Not!
