If someone is charged with harassing or threatening someone in such ways, this could mean up to six months in jail and a fine of $2,500. This is the possible sentence for a Class 1 misdemeanor, the most serious type of misdemeanor offense. The seriousness of the charges and possible penalties (including the devastating effect on your personal record) gets multiplied when a cyberbullying charge takes the form of a felony charge. Cyberbullying can be charged as a felony if any of these is true: The offense occurred after a restraining order was placed The suspect has a domestic abuse conviction on his or her record The suspect is said to have harassed the targeted individual on a prior occasion In such cases, cyberbullying becomes an aggravated harassment charge. This could mean no less than six months in prison, and up two years in prison, plus a $150,000 fine. While this means this offense is "only" a class 6 felony, any felony can mean this massive fine, and any felony conviction can absolutely ruin your record, and that penalty lasts a lifetime. William johnston was going door to door soliciting in our mobile home community he done my neighbor and so I had him look at my roof said he going to use reflective rubberized roof coating in white we came out to check up on him and what he said was his grandaughter a young blonde lady who looked like she wasn't all together well and we found her behind our mobile with my gardening bucket sitting on it and asked her what are you doing with that bucket and she replyed dunging of which we had no idea what that meant and later found out while the older gentleman and her was arguing over ciggerets that it meant *** he said to her you always do this on jobs and looking at the material they were useing it was water and little white paint mixed after they left our home we found liquor bottles around back and they left the bucket *** and all never picked up the ciggeret buts I belive these people are gypsys and drug dealers becouse while on the job several calls came in and they were fighting and talking filthy and we're saying ya I got some how much do you need I had no idea there was a third person with them they kept her in the truck she rolled the window down and a large cloud of smoke came out she resembled the mis formed creature from 300 Spartans and she must've been a phone sex operator don't hire these people you'll catch something

Scam Roof Coating
William "Bill" Johnston was traveling through our neighborhood in Gilbert one day and knocked on the door claiming was in the neighborhood applying a ceramic roof coating on homes whcih would seal the roof from the weather but also reflect UV ray which would keep the house cooler. After some dickering I finally agreed to allow them up on the roof . His partner got up there with some sort of sprayer and in no time they were done with my check in their pocket. Some months later after a rain the roof started leaking so I called a professional out to look at it. It seems the super coating they put on the roof expanded and took the protecting weather barrier with it. It was coming off in chuncks and I had to have the whole roof redone. When I called to complaint Bill claims there were to warranties and didn't have time to take a look at the problem. I called the Registrar of Contracts and found they are not licensed. DOn't let this guy on your property.
