I tried to contact someone in the company regarding a bet. I gave up. It was made so hard that I had to give up. I put in so many details nothing. I tried to call and realised I was being called a pissed customer. I do not use or understand that language.

The only way to get in touch is thru chat! Waited 35 mins, was told someone would contact me regarding an account that had been opened using my email, was verified (god knows how) and allowed an account to be established. Tried every phone number going, all dropped out. WH have not been in contact in anyway regarding this fraud and my credit could be being ruined and they do nothing!

I was playing Adventures beyond wonderland when it landed on a Walter spin which gives you two spins in total. I had placed a total of £3.60 with 80 pence on a Walter spin. The wheel landed on a Walter spin which after gave me a total win of £77. First spin was £25 and second spin gave me £52. After my winnings the game went off totally. I was not even able to load the game back. So I called customer service. After all the checks, I was told the game had gone under maintenance. After two days from the 10/03/23 , I called again and I was told there were no winnings. I went back to my chat where I was told the game was under maintenance to take a screenshot, and it's disappeared but all the other conversations are there. I have been scammed and I want my money back. If not I'm ready to take this further. Don't take me for a joke. You can also see from below that when I search for the game it does not show. This search is recent with a video just to prove to you that the game has totally vanished on William Hill. I even cleared my catch and reinstalled the game as I was told but this has not changed. I am totally fuming

So the gaming board head go back to me with this, and they ruled it in my favor cause the rules even see in nfl.com so William Hill has 20 days to pay me the full amount still does not feel like a big win for me but I’ll take it and hopefully the guys that place the...

I won a bet on a Super Bowl prop: will the lead change in the final minutes of the 4th! The lead changed in the in the last 0:11. Oh, so not only that they were down for three days right after Super Bowl but the mark my ticket as a loser I did so much research on that ruling I finally got a verified testimonial on that ruling and now that you even Google, or look it up to research the first thing on the ruling comes up with these exact words. (Attached picture) Even the customer service person that was helping me thought it might've been a mistake but when it was up held. I asked him for some kind of verification on that ruling on they couldn't say or provide anything... they confirmed my name and number just in case they decide to pay it out. And I had to take it up with the gaming board if I wanted to dispute it.. just glad there's other options now for this service..

Fell for their fake scam site
Saw an add saying Florida gambling online and looked it up. Signed up and funded an account. Immediately couldn't log back in. Tried chat support for every state listed (LV NJ FL etc) and they said I do not have an account and have not funded a non existing acct. I have bank statements of them pulling money from William hill NJ (again NJ customer support says I did not have any funds with them) and they have all told me even though I signed up a Florida account they don't bet in Florida. But I'd have to contact Florida support. But they don't bet in Florida right? Oh wait they lied and Florida customer support told me I didn't fund anything and they don't have any info on me. How do you keep pulling money out? Time for a class action. My lawyer is already working on it. Good luck with these scammers.
