Cannot get through ever. What a joke spend money on their products and their customer support never answers or calls back.

Bad trail camera

Bought 6 24mp cloak lightsout wildgame innovation trail cameras and none worked.Talked to customer service and they are suppose to send me 6 replacement cameras.Havent recieved them as of 8/20/2023.I am hoping to receive them.Hopefully wasnt just a bad promise.

Can’t ever get a hold of no one spend all kinds of money for product that don’t work

Called and called always get a busy signal wait on hold for 3 hours this dont work for me. All I want is for my camera to work

My encounter is junk and customer service is beyond a joke.

Unreasonable hold times just to be cutoff and the have to start over again. Nathan gave me a email so I could get ahold of him without having to wait on hold, guess what he hasnt responded to my emails either. I will tell everyone I know to avoid wildgame innovations like the plague. Unsatisfied is a great injustice to how I feel about this camera . Ill never make this mistake again.

The SD card will not connect via a USB on a card splitter. Worse yet their customer service line 1-80*-***-**** is disconnected is disconnected. Customer service line is disconnected

Customer service line 8 00-864-**** has been disconnected. Trail camera is flawed at best. Good heavens, they're making me enter at least 100 characters in this message this is as much crap as the camera that I can't return can't get customer service on and the camera is a total piece of crap. If you read this don't buy any WGI trail cameras. You'll be sorry.

Says short after each cycle...reset and tried other expensive batteries. Has done it right from the beginning

Havent been able to talk to representative for over two weeks longest waiting for over 46 minutes not acceptable n keep trying every morning n all l get is recording ,,wait for next rep to help you n never an answer,,,

Cant get anyone on th phone when calling different times on different Days unacceptable ,,waiting on line from 20 minutes to 46 minutes th longest and still havent talked to no one and Not received a Callback even after leaving my callback number

False warranty claims and fraudulent business

Equipment breaks after less than a year in active use followed by a complete lack of customer service after multiple emails and phone messages requesting such assistance, and the general perception industry-wide that this company is a scam. I have 6 cameras now less than 2 years old ...none of them work at night! I have been voicing this issue for 6 months in every format available...but no response. So, I will attempt to make a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection Division against your company. Maybe that will get the attention of WGI and Plano. As a private business owner I truly resent being lied to about warranty service since I am personally responsible for ensuring the quality of my own products.

Terrible Customer Support

The camera is out of warranty. I am aware of that. I just want to know if there is a repair center that I can send the camera to for a second opinion and trash it if it is beyond repair. I've written to Wildgame Innovations two times. No response. Called three times. Gave up trying to reach someone. No response. One voice message. NO response.

Still waiting for phone call back 3weeks ago

Been trying to get a hold of yall for over three weeks still have not read heard back from you about my game camera that I cannot get to work I have left numerous messages do not know what the problem is please give me a call back 501410 **** I name is Greg

Customer service sucks a big

Spent over 6 hours on phone in last two days and no one will ever answer, email them no response email them no response do not buy there cameras you will be very upset. Rut is just now getting good but camera will not work.

Two days waiting for customer service to pickup the phone

Called 9/19 and 1st time left phone number at 1:30pm, 2nd time on hold for 35 minutes and you hung up on me. 3rd time on hold for 1:15 hr and again you hung up. Called 9/20, at 8:00am on hold for 1:25 min no answer, called a different number, on hold for 20min and then again left my phone #. If this is solved I will remember when buying again!
