Bought a bike, took one 30 days to ship

I purchased a 2009 Harley Davidson heritage Softail. The sales lady was very kind and helpful. After that it all went downhill. I was told I'd be notified when the bike was to be shipped, never heard a word. After 30 days and no bike I asked for a refund. 4 days later I get told by the shipper that the bike will be at my door the next day. I'm being forced to receive a bike that I no longer wanted and asked a refund for. By federal law after 30 days I'm allowed to ask for a refund. This company clearly refuses to follow Federal law business practices. Buyers beware!!!

Dishonest Financial practices. Outright lying to people about warranty coverage. Perpetrators of every low-down, *** stunt you can think of.

RIPPED OFF THEY ARE THIEVES

Brought bacon for winter storage when I got it back it needed a new battery which was put in six months before I took it ther my engine fan didn’t work my oil cooler/pump did not work it’s at a reputable dealer being fixed right now so I will find out if they cut wires or pulled fuses Or disconnected wires is why those components did not work

Worst experience of buying anything

Delivered motorcycle with NO OIL IN IT!! RESERVICED it and it leaked oil. Then on the 28th day i called..get that.."I" not them called to ask where mynpaperwork wasnto get my plates..oh..we need more paperwork..wouldntnbuy a tshirt from them!!

Been waiting 3 months for leak repair

took 1994 dyna in for a trans leak 3/5/18 received a call after a week they say base gaskets are also leaking , fine i approved both repairs . now its 7/9/18 and still not finished with these repairs . the many times i have called the guy working on it is unavailable or its his day off and will call me when he is back. call never comes and im still waiting. now i need to write a one hundred word complaint and i have nothing more to add this is now become a huge waist of my time . bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

Called service department today and spoke with John.

With John. Told hm him my 2014 streetglide was cranking a lot and won’t start. Battery then dies out. I agreed that it was time for a new battery and asked what kind of turn around time to install a new battery. Told John l bought the bike new there and said bring it in. By the time I checked in, new battery installed in 45 minutes or less. Great job! Have always received great service there. THKS JOHN

Very Disappointed!!!

What a joke!!! I bought a 16 Road glide special last year I'm interested in trading in on a new 18. Now I know this is totally irrelevant as it wasn't me. But my brothers bought 3 brand new bikes there in The last few years. And we've sent many friends there that have all bought new bikes from them. And have always respected and talked highly about this dealer. But after my recent oredeal I will make sure to tell everyone to go elsewhere every opurtunity I get. So this is what has me so heated. So they told me pre paid maimtamce is non transferable. Now I haven't touched this as I tore my rotator cuff shortly after I bought it. So it only has 260 miles on it. Now the slap in the face is they told me amd my fiancé straight up in the finance office it was transferable. If I traded the bike in. And they transferred my brothers no questions asked when he traded his deluxe for a road glide. So wtf!!! That's so bogus. Then the even bigger kick in the balls is. He wants to give me auction price for my trade. Amd they do not have a used special for under 21 with way more miles. I know amd understand they are there to make money. But *** the money off your *** prep delivery and bike aren't enough. You have to pinch pennies on my trade to. Amd make 2 to 3 grand off that to. What a joke!!! Stay away at all costs. I'll be looking to buy a 18 elsewhere.

Wildfire Harley Davidson Customer Care Review from Lombard, Illinois

Had my bike in due to issues with front break (after having them take apart the entire front end this winter). I called to get status and was told they would call me back next day. Never heard from them. After a week I get bike back with them saying no issues. Took it to another HD dealer and found calipers were only working on 3 out 8. Took them all of 30 minutes. This Wildfire dealership needs to understand customer service is customer centric and they are sadly lacking in this regard.

Wildfire Harley Davidson - Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Review from Elmwood Park, Illinois

Had a nephew go into Wildfire Harley in Villa park, IL and purchase a brand spanking new Harley with his grandmother as a cosigner. Problem is, his grandmother never even stepped foot into that dealership, nor did she ever agree to cosign. Another problem is, my nephew never made one payment to the bank for that Harley and after riding it for the summer had it repossessed. Guess who's on the hook for that bank note? That's right, my 80 year old mother! So, how did Wildfire sell that bike with a photo copy of a driver's licence, a cosigner never having step foot in that door, and a forged signature? That's what we'd all like to know!

Rip offs

Bought a HD last year my bike had 7K miles on it. One year later and several run arounds later I was told my bikes motor had blown. First I was told it had no oil in it even though they had just changed it for me. Then they said afterward it was my oil pump and it had oil in it. Then wanted 8K for w new motor . It came out of storage early 2015 and after they had it for months within 3 months I had to have my exhaust fixed , a tune up and now supposedly the motor was blown at 19 thousand miles. Do not go there!! People warned me and I didn't listen now Im screwed.

Choose WOODSTOCK HD

Integrity does not exist in this alleged Harley-Davidson Stealership. The comment Vultures does come to mind on the sales staff as well as a sales floor so morose you wonder if they are closing (Probably should) and one wonders why Harley-Davidson allows dealerships like this to sell their great machines. The associates and Sales manager or Credit manager whoever the guy playing on his phone seem to Hate each other. There is a girl on sales floor that associates talked to about helping them make a deal and I overheard them saying she's bitter because she gets half the commission the male sales manager gets???? Really? I will get back to credit in a moment. The sales people are not friendly and not enthused to be there it appears. Total different experience at WOODSTOCK Harley-Davidson.. Fun, Integrity, Helpful.. Great place to hang out. So now credit.. The DEAL Wild Fire made me had my credit rating at 6.99% when I have great credit I find out at WOODSTOCK my loan would be 3.99%??? So Wild Fire was ripping me off for 3% on a $25,000 motorcycle? I overheard WOODSTOCK manager says "Yep happens a lot" they can make more profit by hitting you for 3 points"????? What? So.. Buy where you want to.. I will take my hard earned money to WOODSTOCK Harley-Davidson and avoid Wild Fire Stealership as much as possible. Make your own choice.

One of the worst dealers in Illinois!!! Takes over 6 hours to get them to come and fix a flat on a 2 week old bike. Left it dirty and covered with junk they are terrible

Paid $2300.00 for ESP then won't honor it

I bought a hd motorcycle from Wildfire in Villa Park, Illinois. My salesman Tony told me if I bought the ESP and tire coverage my bike would be covered fender to fender and top to bottom. I purchased both for around $2300.00 My motor went out 12 months later, and the ESP was denied due to having upgrades done on the bike. The bike was just as I had bought it from Tony. The dealership and ESP are giving me the run around. Do not go to Villa Park Harley Davidson in Illinois they will not help their customers and seem to enjoy ignoring their customers. Another thing, I called to get an oil change, they needed 3 weeks. Not quality.
