Scam
Order was late, after complaining I received the wrong size pills which were nearly out of date. I complained and got no refund so took it up with the bank who refunded my money because I paid via my visa debit card. All I had to provide was a trail of my order and emails and requests for refunds and any telephone numbers and other contacts I had. The total order was over £100 and the bank totally refunded me. If you have a problem with this company take it up with the bank because it really is worth a try and let everyone know what a scam they are!

Received wrong product
Ordered a quite expencive joint supplement for my cat and received a tiny pack of some kind of pills for dogs. Contacted the seller asking to send me the right product. He promissed to issue a refund to my paypal account. It's been coupple of months now and no refund still. I sent him about 5 emails asking for the right product or money back and every time he promisses to send me the refund. It is getting very frustrating and not fair. I hope there is something we can do. This is not how people are supposed to do business. Where is customer protection?

I received my order after a month of complaints, and just 1/2 of it. Never got refund.
Not long time ago I urgently had to buy medicine for dogs. I paid express delivery (17 euros) and four packages of pills. Only in a month after a long correspondence by email I managed that Wilder Store finally sent my shipment. When it arrived, there were only half of the order: two boxes instead of four. They never returned me money, never refunded express delivery. Just emails and promises. Later I found out that this business is a scam. And I am not the only one, who lost money, nerves and time. Just be careful and avoid this "shop".

My email invoice states I was billed $71.55 USD which would have been 44.98 British Sterling Pounds. They actually billed to my credit card $71.03 USD. This has made the transaction confusing for all involved. I never received my order and it's going on 3 months since purchase. After attempted contact with Wilderstore through email many times, they finally responded claiming they would issue a refund. They did not issue a refund at that time. A few weeks later I got my credit card company involved. At this point Wilderstore issued a refund of $44.88 USD. I assume Greg was thinking 44.98 British Sterling and also made a typo. They owe me $26.15 USD to complete the refund as of now and I don't expect I will ever see it. Do NOT deal with Wilderstore.com, aka Mercasystems JL on my credit card, aka p2dmarket in my PayPal!!! They're scam artists and apparently with many identities!

How can wilderstore ripoff merchants be stopped
I ordered medication for my poultry from wilder store at the end of november 2014,still waiting 6th jan 2015,i have had exactly the same expierience as you good people here.They did reply to my e.mails eventualy each time asking for details that they have already got.Is there anywhere we can report them to? The person who emailed me was called greg just for the record.If i have any success in getting my goods or a refund i will let you know.But let us not hold our breath.Please anyone who keeps livestock do not entertain the wilderstore.

Wilderstore is a SCAM!
Wilderstore is a shambles. Never buy from this corrupt website. Jose (Website owner) claims to ship the items from the UK, when he is in fact shipping from Spain. I ordered 3 items and only received one which had not been packaged properly and had leaked everywhere on its arrival to me. After repeatedly asking for a refund on my faulty item and the 2 items that were never delivered to me. I was lied to and ignored. I have still not received a refund 3 months later. The labeling and quality of the product was of a poor standard and is not true to the picture on the website. His website is a SCAM. Please do not make the mistake of ordering from here.

Order never arrived, no response to messages
I placed an order earlier in the month which hasn't yet arrived. I have messaged the company twice now and received no response. I too am in the UK and would advise everyone not to order from this company as they are obviously scammers. I am about to contact my credit card company and cancel the payment. Undelivered goods
I placed an order for Dog ear drops, also thinking this was a UK Store, delivery time was 1 to 3 weeks, upon chasing up the delivery three weeks later I was told it will arrive early next week, Five weeks from date of order and a further three e-mails of me chasing and not getting a response form either, J.L. Muñoz or Jose Arranz, I finally sent a e-mail cancelling the order, surprise, surprise I got a response 9 minutes later saying No problem order cancelled. I now only have to fight to get the payment refunded to my credit card now. Do not use this company if you are a UK resident, there are no contact details other than a e-mail address that they do not bother to respond to.

It's funny that the things he wrote to me is exactly what he writes to others. I think PayPal has closed his account because of what he is doing. I have reported this to my bank and I also went to the police here in Sweden. I recommend strongly that you who have been scammed would go to the police. This is the best way to stop this ***. I ordered from this website 24/8-2014 and paid extra to get express delivery with tracking id. 10 days later I mailed and asked for my order. He wrote that he has sent me my order this morning. I asked for the tracking id and he gave me a fake tracking id for GLS. Later he changed his minds and sent me another tracking id, this time with another shipping company. Of course, even that tracking id was walse. Than I wrote to him again and complained. At last he closed my order and wrote that he has refunded the money. No money was refunded. Again, it should be easy to put him where he belongs, in jail. So again, I strongly recommend those who have ben scammed to report this to the local police.

Cheated me
I bought some medicine for pigeons. They sent me the wrong medicine and that medicine cheaper than what I payed. There is no batch number or manufacture date and expiry date. When I received it, the bottle was opened and it was leaking everywhere. I tried to contact through emails and I sent them pictures but they are not replying to their emails. Please do not buy from this company, they scam you. It is like they are ignoring me and they wont give me my money back and I there is no other way to get into contact with them.

I too have been stuffed around by Jose who seems to be a dodgy ***..currently trying to get my refund..and I wont stop there.he cant provide any proof of orders sent and he cant communicate properly..clearly a scammer! I have sent multiple emails and he just keeps lying and stuffing me around.i have ordered some pigeon products and he claims 1 order was sent but never arrived and then said he would send another order with "insurance"..when I asked for details or tracking number he just don't reply with any revelant information .....why the *** do I have to enter 100 words here for??? this is bloody just as dumb as the wilderstore....***!
