I was cheated out of my winnings although they started paying me out.
I won a little over 3 million playing the live dealer games on wild casino. They let me withdrawal 96k before they closed my account and kept my winnings with a *** excuse about inconsistency in my gameplay. Every attempt to get an answer is met with no transparency although they claim to be transparent. They are a bunch of thieves and crooks. I had my account for over two years and not once had a problem with my gameplay then. Only when I decided to withdrawal my money all of a sudden theres a problem. If there was a problem with my gameplay then why not say something when I was playing for two and a half days straight. My email is harrye74@***.com with payment proofs and photos of my winnings.

Dishonestly inconsiderate untrustworthy ungrateful not to mention that the steal all your hard earned player comps. Customer service is a complete joke . I deposited twice to this casino today online and during spins on slots I was playing it would freeze or glitch out. That would cost me to lose money for the spin or lose the bets. Sometimes it would be during a bonus it be getting a bonus and freeze. I then went to customer service with screenshots and proof of this happening and they wont credit me money lost. No free spins nothing. Want me to back track for them and look at rounds of when it happened even though I sent them proof. Worst customer service and they make you feel as if your money doesnt mean *** and that helping you is the least of their worries

Deposited first of all I could posited $50 and you can't see the bats on the machines and so when you push the button so you can try to change the bet it said on 12 and 15 dollars and once it just started Auto spinning until I had $3 left so I got to push the button four times with $50 and not by choice then I went to play my $125 bonus that I paid for and only two of the they don't let you pick from all the games they only let you pick from like nine of them but only two of the nine worked and didn't even work right then it locked me out and now it won't even give me the option of logging back in like the buttons aren't even there so yeah it's just a big scam there is absolutely no customer service there's no way at all other than email to get a hold of them it's a joke I'm pissed steer clear don't even bother it's a waste of money and a big scam

DontSo today I have been on a winning streak like never before simply started out with $100 started on low hands and worked my way up but I noticed that on the Latin blackjack tables the girls started whispering and looking over and giving me personally attitude when I come to the table and finally I kind of put two into together and these girls thought that I was counting carbs I think but the sad part is everything I was doing was just the opposite of what the casino wanted you to do and they dont understand I understand logic. But I am not Smart enough to count cards but I am smart enough to understand logic oh and multiple time when I must of been heading for a large win they would say the bet couldnt be completed and takes away the option they are rigging the game on very large basis and guess what Its not cheating to figure them out it is cheating to tamper with the games and I have the evidence now to prove it. And no I am not going to attach the evidence below Ill talk to my lawyer first
