Unauthorized charges on my debit card
My debit card had fraudulent charges for a second time, after visiting the same store. I did go to the store, to try and have a discussion with whomever was in charge and was basically brushed aside, like it was no big deal. I won't be returning to the store.

Poor service
Went to winerschnitzel on 900 wooden Ave Oa oima CA #830 and was served by 1011 Juan who call Ed a lier. We ordered and parked to eat and when I went for my drink I realized he didn't give it to me so I drove back in lie to get he said he gave it to and handed ne another and said next time do t lie. WTH was that I told to search my car or count your cups you'll see upu forgot it and don't ever call me lier. I've been going there for years and this never happened I spoke with a Miguel anyes area supervisor who was very polite and said he would take care of it and I hope he does no one deserve this type of insulting comments especially from a younger generation I'm am 65 and never wad called a lier especially for a coke I paid for seriously like I wanted a free coke. This was uncalled for especially driving in line and back in what he thought someone could drink a coke that fast. Thank you I would like to know the results and thank the area supervisor that was there Miguel

Terrible customer service
I went to your establishment in Davis CA and was treated rudely. I found plastic in my chili cheese dog and returned the purchase Yelling from the guy in the back and I raised my voice slightly to demand that he needed to come to the front to speak with me and than a young lady came to the front and not speak loud to hear from me. I am a 70 year old retiree. I am appalled. I look forward to speaking to someone regarding this matter. Thank you

4 for $4 Deal on 3/18
Went to location in Barstow and was told they were supposed to have the deal but their system was not setup. Ending paying full price. False advertisement. Stopped with a car full on our way home from Vegas, we choose you...after we had searched for local deals. Thank Weinerschinztel for leaving us stuck with a bill triple then what we expected!

Where can you buy pkgs of veggie hot dogs?
I was told to email weinerschnitzel.com and find out where to purchase pkgs of veggie dogs. I had one at Mission Grove Weinerschnitzel in Riverdide, Ca. It tastes like a real hot dog. Never had one that comes that close to a real hot dog. Congratulations on a great Hot dog.

I returned to the store to get the rest of my order my husband was talking to Nahomi C she was rude and didnt want to admit she messed up my order we said never mind and another male worker went to the speaker and started cussing out my husband and I, I do have it on video so obviously we have freedom of speech and my husband was talking back we left the fast food place and the address is 12110 Montana El paso texas 79938

Bad customer service order incomplete
I went on 02/22/23.I spent $95 on my orders.I had placed 2 separate orders.I drove a distance to get there.I had bought food for our family.I had to repeat the order several times.My order was incomplete.The items that we did receive were a joke.There was no chili or cheese on my food.Yet I was charged extra for the items.Needless to say I'm very disappointed & upset.I have been going to there since childhood.I contacted the store the following day.I spoke to 2 different managers.I was told that they would give me a call back.Big surprise but I haven't heard anything from them.They told me that they had to look at the cameras & talk to guy working the drive thru.Look I'm not the thief.I'm just want for my order to be made right.I feel like I was robbed.I spent a lot of money that night.Or my money can be returned to me.Because I should receive the items that I paid for.

Refund was never processed
I tried to place an online order for delivery and the store canceled my order because no one came to pick up my order and then they didnt cancel the transaction either. Still waiting on a $20 something refund.

Sunday 02/12/23 at 7:28 pm I went to pick up my online order for the Super Bowl game which I paid almost $50 it was $47 and some change I came home to cold food and missing poppers I go back to the store and get told that Im lying about it they put the Item in the bag I ask to speak to a manager because that was false manager comes out just to laugh in my face and take his phone out and record me i said I wont come back again they said okay and nobody cares your the fat one crying over poppers VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WANT A REFUND NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN GET BETTER WORKS !!!

RESUBMIT COMPLAINT WITH RECEIPT ATTACHED. I am a regular customer, and I was disturbed being told by the worker there that they wanted to charge me fifty cents for requesting grilled onions on my beef dog. When I asked if they charge for raw onions, I was told that they do not charge for that. I have never experienced this type of service at your restaurant before because I always request grilled onions, of which is better for my digestion than that of raw onions. This has left me with a bad review, of which there was a need to notify corporate of my dissatisfaction. I requested for a phone call, and no one reached out. I feel that this is impersonal, and a change is needed in customer service & care. I hope to hear your response and assessment of my experience and request a phone call. My number is (951) 231-****. Refund
I placed an order to be delivered. It was taken as a pickup order. I was charged for the food that I never received. I placed a call to the corporate office which was closed so I left a message. I asked for a refund. The local location I ordered from had told me that I had to take it up with the delivery service which makes absolutely no sense because of the fact that it wasn't put into their system as a delivery like it was supposed to have been! Still no word about my refund... No word AT ALL because they obviously don't value their customers enough to return a call or refund of money that was basically stolen from me! They've lost my business!
