Been 6 months and no go kart and no refund!

I was lied to by the owner as well as the employees for 6 months now they are out of business and wont refund my money. This was to be my daughters birthday gift. What a scam they owe me over $2,000.00

Completely devoid of customer service

I e-mailed them to ask a few questions about their delivery,final assembly instructions,and cash form of payment.his reply was akin to something a five year old child would write. They dont seem to even care if they make a sale. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Still not shipped after buying a product 4 weeks ago

Bought a tbr7 on 8/14/19. Money taken out of bank account on same day as ordered. Contacted WMS 2 weeks later about the purchase. Was told it is being shipped and should recieve it in 1 week. Called again 1 week later. Was told again it was shipped and should have it in 1 week. A week later still havent recieved the tbr7 or any shipping notice

Total Scam

Wmsbrighton company scammed me. I waited 34 days and they never refunded me nor they shipped the scooter to my client. The fact that shocked me, is that they will not refund you or send the product in good faith. Stay Away! - never order from this crooks!

THIS IS WHOLESALE MOTORSPORTS IN MICHIGAN PLEASE DO CLARIFY THE SPECIFIC ONE FOR NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION FOR CUSTOMERS ON OTHER SIMILAR NAMED BUSINESSES. THEY CLEARLY HAVE SEVERAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT HAVE SPILLED ON TO EVERY OTHER COMPANY WITH SIMILAR NAMES AND NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE TAKING NO INITATIVE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THESE CUSTOMERS TO RESOLVE THESE COMPLAINTS BUT IT MAKES ME WONDER WHY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do NOT give this company any business! Horrible customer service. They left my order in a processing status for a month just sitting there. I ordered a dual sport bike to be shipped to my house. The manager told me on the phone that I did everything right as a customer (their words). But, he said that he wasn't going to ship the bike until he could confirm that I wanted the bike shipped. Yes, you read that right. I ordered it to be shipped but they wouldn't ship it until they could confirm with me to have it shipped. They said they called me but kept dialing the wrong number even though on my account my phone number is correct. They never sent a follow up email or anything. They told me they had to keep my order until I, the customer, gave them a courtesy call to let them know I still wanted my order shipped. They admitted to making all the mistakes and then, they canceled my order completely because I was unhappy with their admitted mistakes. I never asked for it to be canceled. But they canceled it anyway like a whining spoiled child. Apparently it's there policy to fix their mistakes by telling people they don't ever want their business again if the customer ever rightfully gets upset at their admitted mistakes. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Dont buy from this company

purchased a new atv come from chain can in a create had to put together with viedo that was not the viedo for my atv put it together in oct . after is put together would not start call motorsports they said there was nothing wrong there support team said go and check the carburetor still no start so the team send a new carburetor and for me to put on they would walk me through the process no way i not going to buy tools to put it when i not a small engine repair person. they have no one in kentucky thats does service work they want to fix yourself . i found a person to fix it put car on them the wiring was bad from sitting warehouse in china payed 750.00 for atv cost 350 to get it to run they say they were not going help broke contract and they do not pay for labor this was a new purchase hope you learn something from this

Stay Far Away or be Ripped Off! Wholesale Motorsports is a FRAUD / SCAM. You have to literally call the police to get your money back. You pay them, they do not deliver anything after 1 month, and then hold your money hostage and will not return it. Complete Fraud / SCAM. Stay very very far away. Worst so called "customer service" that I believe exists in this world. Buyers beware they are crooks. Never had a worse experience then this one and I usually do not write reviews but because how crooked they are I felt others needed to be warned. I do not think you can get worse then this so any other company on earth would have to be better then this SCAM / FRAUD. They take your money and RUN!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't even consider having any kind of logical communication with these people. That is if you can even get a hold of them. Do yourself a favor and just avoid horrible customer service. Hard to believe that you can run a business this way. Absolutely horrible. There's no way they can continue a business acting this way there's just no way Good luck

Ripoff at wholesale motorsports

Bought a 5,000 dollar massimo gunner they said they take 3 hours to prep it. Tire pressure werent even set tires 18-27 psi should be 7 psi toe adjustment way out of wack. Loose bolts everywhere nut fell off drive sprocket nut fell of lower shock bolt. Called and left 3 messages nobody returns the calls. The owner hides and claims to be a regular employee. I imagine this is from all the complaints. 10 miles on machine it needs to be completely gone through to make sure nothing else falls off. Waiting for my 25 dollar sprocket nut i ordered online. So it will atleast move under its own power!!!! Do not buy from this place!!!

Great place

Every one that says these machines are junk are just dumb they are cheap machines you get what you pay for if you have common sense and a little bit of mechanical skills these machines are great I have had no issues with mine besides the clamp on the carb boot came loose. Most parts are interchangeable with Honda!

Wholesale Motorsports - Customer Care Review

Stay FAR away! Don't waste your money. This business is completely unethical and has the worst customer service ever! They run a scam by selling broken machines and blame the customer. Then want to charge you the labor fee to fix new machines that never worked to begin with. The question is are they really new machines. I was lied to, experienced the worst customer service, and made to feel like it was my fault. They seem great at first but once they sell you the machine it all changes.
