Poor service and charges
When you pay for the info it only allows you to sign up. To get a background report or find an email address you have to keep paying more. On top of that my credit card was hacked. Don't trust them.

Do not turn your credit card into them. They’ll just start charging it and they give you no way to cancel it or get back in touch. I had to stop my entire credit card.
This is a scam and a lousy service. They will not answer the phone they give you no phone number to contact them. They just start charging your credit card every month without your permission and theyll keep charging it and they do not want you to get a hold of it to cancel it so please dont give them your credit card information its not worth it.

Can’t get any answers
I have been charged $4.99 a month since August of 2020 and I havent had an account. Its July of 2023. I cannot get any answers from them and I get just automatic emails I have requested a phone call but cant get anywhere. Help! It is very frustrating looking back at my bank statements and seeing this

I have been trying to cancel my trial but I'm unsuccessful I'm getting no where! I tried the telephone number and it says it is a vacant number!! I tried to sign into my account and was told it was the wrong password!! Now I'm really getting pissed off!! I will be damned if I will get charged fulled Price because of this, that's ***

Cannot cancel and I have no account.
I have been charged around 22 dollars as of right now and I have no account. I didnt even put in a email. I have tried two customer support lines and I am hung up on and not answered. My bank is aware and they cannot cancel for me. I am trying to reach them to alert them of the issue but I have had nothing. Do not use this, they are not reliable and the website is tricky. Because there’s not number to call white pages
I called the number yall have and no one answered, it says its the wrong number, and Im tryin to cancel my subscription/membership, I dont think Im using yall services anymore, this is ridiculous, yall need a customer service hotline, for people to call, and cancel. Inability to get in touch via phone
I cancelled and received a confirmation email on 6/25 but on 7/2 found a pending charge for $19.99 on my charge card. I have already contacted my bank and certainly hope this pending charge is dropped before they have to take action on my behalf!

I've been scammed by both Spokeo and WhitePages
SClearly asked for one time use and they turned it into an account that withdraws monthly without my permission. The front page said that there was one number found for the person being searched upon and after purchasing there was no number listed. No contact number to cancel. Withdrawing monthly out of my account without my permission.

Someone committing fraud using a telephone number under my name and address, but it’s not my number
Theres a telephone number listed under my name and address one number is correct the other number is incorrect. I tried calling the incorrect number nobody called me back or answer the phone. Then you have an email listed that goes to a mistress Giuliani, which I am not a mistress in any shape form or fashion and I want that taken off my listing also along with the incorrect telephone number please give me a call back at 617-980-**** as soon as possible. It's like they don't want you to be able to reach them. My bank found their phone number under the charges, but it wasn't even listed under a phone number it was listed under additional info! I wasn't able to find this number anywhere online but when I called it, it worked and they canceled my subscription and refunded me 4 months. CALL 1 80* *** **** - SPAM THEM WITH REFUND REQUESTS THEY DESERVE IT!
