Shake too much

TI have ever bought in my life I like to send it back, Home depot will not take it I would like whirlpool to take them back. your paper work sucks

Dryer not grounded

Ive been calling whirlpool for four days no answer finally got them. They made an appointment for Sunday between eight and four. Never showed up called back. Woman said she would call the service place and get back to me. Never got a message back my dryer is still not working and I cannot get in touch with Whorlpool.

Appointment today. Checking to make sure they're coming.m

Im sick and tired of talking to machines is very hard to get in touch with a human being. I think its disgraceful especially when youre having problems with your dryer and its been unplugged for five days. Supposedly someone supposed to come today which is Sunday Im not sitting at home 8 to 4 because I know nobodys going to show up and not only that I cant even get in touch with anybody. This is a disgrace.

My refrigerator is a LEMON!

Not enough space! This is Ridiculous!!! This unit has spoiled my food and been unable to maintain temp with frost build up in rear of the deli drawer 4 TIMES. Now all of a sudden whirlpool is offering to pay for repair??

Refrigerator less than a year old when ice maker and refrigerator stopped cooling. Called immediately and someone came out after a few days. Ordered parts and waited for them to come in. One part came in 2 weeks and other is on backlog for 6 weeks. Called and was lied too about getting a new refrigerator after 48 hours if they couldnt expedite part. Still waiting and they refuse to do anything for 21 days now. Service people said they give them nothing but lies and the runaround. Will NEVER buy Whirlpool again. Finally part came in after 6 weeks. Hope it d

Continually Broken oven

DoMy oven is brand new. It has not worked since I bought my NEW home in 12/22. The Via repair person that came out last was extremely rude and condescending to myself and my husband. He was just plain rude. He clearly hates his job and has no business being in a service position. My oven has bed. Broken since I got it. He could care less. He blamed it on the previous via repair person saying that he ordered the wrong part. He would not take the time to help connect to Wi-Fi even though he claimed that was part of the issue.

Broken door shelf

7/19/23 I called customer service for completely broken door shelf on 8 mo. old refrigerator.Was told item was out of stock to call back another time. I asked if I could back order, was then transferred to parts dept.Was told by parts dept. I would have to pay for shelf replacement (over $50). Refrigerator is 8 months old. Was then transferred to warranty dept. & put on hold for parts dept. After 1 hour of my time I gave up. Would rather do without than give whirlpool any more money. Terrible service. Would never recommend. Pool quality should be covered by warranty. Nowhere does it state shelf not covered. So much for your commitment to being the best global kitchen & laundry company , in constant pursuit of improving life at home as stated on Corp. website!!!

Whirlpool has the worst costumer service and warranty policies.

Whirlpool is a nightmare to deal with and has horrible costumer service and warranty policies. Especially when you purchase a brand new machine and it comes defective with rust inside instead of replacing the defective machine they will make your life living *** to fix it rather then replace. FYI my machine is still not fixed!

Whirlpool Avoid UPDATE! Bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from Costco. The control panel failed. Tech was out on 5/10. Whirlpool can not locate the part some eight weeks later. They are unwilling to fix/replace the machine! I have called several times only to hear they have a process they are following ???!!! Avoid purchasing a Whirlpool product. UPDATE After a two-month wait for the part, it was installed only to fail again after one load! Called Whirlpool and Costco who have set me up for another appointment. So frustrating. Technician came. Needs parts that are on backorder as well. Looks like another eight weeks. Still refusing to replace the machine!

Length of time to make it right.

I purchased a side by side refrigerator for one of the properties that I manage and 10.5 months later called for a warranty service call as it stopped cooling. They sent a company out that said they had to order 3 parts and would keep me updated. (This was on June 28th) Today (July 6th) I call to get an update and they say that 2 of the parts are not due until July 20th. This is unacceptable. My Tenants lost all of their food and have no way to keep food cold or frozen. They or the manager had no sympathy for this taking a month to remedy. Whirlpool says it is not their policy to overnight parts and can do nothing but follow the procedures set in place. They should have offered to overnight or replace it. If 3 parts go out less than a year after the purchase, it should be replaced, not repaired

I never get my shipment

I paid for my product on 06/11/23 and they call me 2 weeks after to schedule my delivery appointment, it was on 06/26/23. They never delivered my shipment and no one called me. Till i tried to call and they said they cant track were my shipment was. A big and so respectful company as Whirlpool should not be acting as a scam.

Resolved: Whirlpool refrigerator died less than a year old.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company didn't fix anything.

I fixed the problem buy endlessly calling people, by working at a resolution nonstop for months. The company does not care at all about the consumer.Credit card co. disputed purchased.

The company I purchased it from got involved (once they found out I wanted a refund), they contacted extended warranty co. They confirmed the refrigerator was not fixable and gave a complete refund-minus the cost of the extended warranty.

Received a check from extended warranty co. It hardly makes me feel whole considering how I was treated and how much time/effort I had to put into this.

The Whirlpoop fridge died a month shy of its one-year birthday. On a Sat. night when I realized all my food was going bad, and after listening to the compressor trying to cycle, I went online and informed Whirlpoop of the breakdown. I was given an appointment three weeks away. On Monday I called Wp, they said that was all they had to help me and gave me numbers to other "authorized" repair companies. All but one said they only service what they sell. The one company that would come out is the same on that Wp told me of. They were able to get me in 2 days. Too late for my food. After weeks of waiting for the part that the repair co. decided was a fan motor, it was replaced., I informed the repair person that it was making the same noise. He said "oh that is normal" Fortunately I never went food shopping. It never worked-next visit, the same repairman said it is the compressor. I said the same one you "mansplained" that it just makes that noise. Two more weeks-husband and I bit the $$ bullet and bought a small fridge for the garage. On a call to Wp the "escalation supervisor" said I should buy an ice-chest. I asked her if she would pay for it -of course not. I contacted my credit co. they disputed the transaction. First one compressor was replaced- it never worked. The extended warranty co. sent out a different repair co. The newly installed compressor didn't work and may have been welded incorrectly. For me, this was the very last straw. My hair was falling out from the stress- and my depression was hitting new lows. Long story-short. Once my credit co. got involved, the wheels moved. I received a refund for the piece of *** fridge. I have suffered through the disrespect of Whirlpoop for the last three months. Furthermore, I will never buy another anything from this company--ever.

My bottom freezer get snow ice everywhere

Customer Service sucks. All the other times I've called and never had a problem. Why today? Never had to email proof of when I purchased the appliance. All I want is my freezer fixed. If my appliance is still under warranty and I purchased extended warranty at the time of purchase, why isn't it still in your computer system?

Dishwasher

Brought a kitchen dishwasher work one day. called and put in a complaint service came out and used my paper towels to drain water out of the overflow panel cleaning light went out he said its good to go as the weeks went by notice my wood floor under the unit started turning black. Dishwasher switch was turned off its just the two of us so dishwasher is hardly used just wanted a good one with less noise this dishwasher was rated at 39 D. Very quiet. Open door dishwasher full of water even with the switch off. Waiting on them to come again. Why in the *** would you leave paper towels under the dishwasher so it could drain to my wood floors instead of finding out what the problem is

Receive defect product

Hello Team, This has been a very frustrated customer experience. I purchased the refrigerator in month of Jan, while the tech guy came i informed the fridge was making more noise, but i was told that it will alright in couple of days. All of sudden cooling stopped and not working since 15 days. I registered complaint thrice below are the ticket numbers BAN270******** BAN290******** BAN0705234**** On 2nd of may technician came and checked, i was informed that the compressor has gone and this has happened due to whch the delivery people while delivering the product could have misplaced and they have registered to change the compressor. After which no response and ecen after reaching out to customer service team a 10 times i have been routed to different department but no solution. This is ridiculous being clueless what to do next. Now am trying to understand why the refrigerator is not working as this was purchased just two months back, and even after changing the compressor what if the problem raises again? I would need a resolution nor please exchange with a new refrigerator. I have been waiting patiently for a solution so far but not going forward. Received a defective oven

I bought a new whirlpool oven and after 2 uses, it breaks on me. The door is locked and wont open, its been locked for 2 months and the company sends a third party to fix it and he cant fix it. They refuse to exchange it for me and insist that they only offer repair and not exchange. Ive been without an oven for exactly 2 months now and still waiting. This is a horrible customer service experience from such a big name. Definitely warning everyone from whirlpool. I need my oven exchanged !

Poor performance of both appliance and warranty

I had a new whirpool refrigerator to replace a similar 4 year old whirpool refrigerator. The warranty company tried to repair it three times before declaring it non repairable. Each time I call the whirpool / AIG warrany line I am on hold for more that two hours. Once I scheduled a call for two weeks in the future and they called via recording to tell me they didn't have anyone that could speak with me. Whirpool makes a poor product. They know it. They make money on the warranty that they have no intention of honoring if your refrigerator is not repairable. They use long wait times, long hold times and delays in repairs as a tool to reduce warranty cost and increase profits.
