Robert Olshever, from Wheelhouse Creates & I know promotions wheelhousecreates.com/ linkedin.com/in/robert-olshever-134****/ Promised he would deliver tickets to the premier of Games of Thrones premier in July 2017. He received a payment of 12,000 USD and did not deliver the tickets and kept the money. He was also asked to provide an accredited Videographer for the “Game of Thrones” Premier Event in Los Angeles California, on the evening of July 12th, 2017. Exerpt from legal letter to Robert Olshever. For these services MGI had agreed to pay to your company I Know Promos, LCC, USD 12,000.00. These funds were paid to you in two installments, for which you confirmed recite of the final payment that was made to you on June 29th, 2017. You have failed to provide the (or provided evidence that you would be able to fulfill your agreed upon deliverables) the deliverables in the aforementioned Service Agreement that includes the tickets to the Premier Event, and the accompanying Videographer. Given your failure to meet the terms of the Service Agreement, MGI requests that you return USD 12,000.00 (via bank transfer, to the coordinates below) no later than 17:30 hours (5:30pm) July 12th, 2017.
