Whataburger and favor Dnt knw who at fault but they both not getting my money anymore

Melva, the night manager, makes such incredibly awesome Whataburger food she absolutely needs to be teaching at Whataburger U in San Antonio!!! I eat at a huge number of Whataburger because my delivery job takes me 635 miles to complete every night. I quit eating at Whataburger for a couple years because all the food just went really downhill The fries were nasty and cold. They werent season correctly, the onion rings were falling apart and soggy, yall took the shredded cheese off of the Whataburger app, which I still cant find out why yall did that But I just happened to stop at the Whataburger store off of Highway 37, the Alice bypass, and I ate a big heaping helping Of Hope that morning at 3 oclock because that was the best Whataburger hamburger Ive probably had an eight years. And the night manager is the one who cooked it for me. I had called in and ask them to please sub the Monterey Jack cheese, which I hate, almost as much as I hate American cheese, for the shredded cheese, and she said she was happy to do that. Shes got another young man, Jason, cooking almost as good as she does, but I kid you not, corporate store, or franchise store, this woman needs to be put someplace where she can teach people not only a smiling, happy attitude, and how to handle adversity and customer service but how to cook a damn good burger, an incredible breakfast chorizo taco with eggs and some hot, juicy, well seasoned fries and onion rings that are number one, bar none! I have spoken with her Superior manager during that next day and she really kind of acted like she couldnt be bothered, and I cannot remember her name which means that the conversation was pretty forgettable, because I was unable to impress upon her what a gold mine she has in Melva She doesnt deserve Melva. Melva needs to go teach at Whataburger University And I will continue to say that til the day I die, but right now Ill keep driving mids and eating Melvas food when she is working, which wont be Mondays and Thursday nights so God bless yall but I kid you not you need to look into doing something with her because she is so talented but leave Jason there at that store so somebody can cook my burgers the way I like them! Derrick at Rittiman Rd in SA cooks a good burger but I dont know if that young man is still there. He took pride in his food preparation as well, and there was a manager there that ran a tight ship and had the respect of her teams.

Every time I ask for my veterans discount, cashier always has an excuse, so sorry I already hit the button

Well I told her I was veterans, showing id, before I started the order .It was really crowded so I paid full price. Not wanting to cause trouble for her. Next time I asked for veterans discount, guy acted dumb and said he could give me a senior free drink, so frustrated I agreed But then, the cup is so small, only 3 swallows Otherwise I'd be a frequent customer Pissed in Texas $#&@+*:$&#@

I eat every morning at Whataburger and going thru the drive thru yesterday I saw a picture of the new BLT. The picture showed the picture as having bacon on the bottom and then bacon on top with lettu

of double bacon on top and bottom with lettuce and tomato in between . We went that night and got two. We had maybe 2 pieces of bacon total on each. It was pieces of bacon , not whole, which was burnt. If that's how it comes , If that's how it comes , you really need to take another picture to display and not mislead people, please! As I went this morning for breaksfast this morning, I spoke to the manager about it and all she said was that she would train them on it. Didn't say sorry or apologize ,nothing. Nothing about the store is good. It is dirty,it’s slow,the kids that work there are not the caring type. We have tried several times to eat there but they are so slow. We have tried both indoor and

And drive thru same thing. Burger is cold. So we went to another one and it was fine. This bad one is in Frisco Tx on 423. Very bad management. Hope you can fix it Martha Lester Now today we went to number 977 on Preston rd in Frisco Tx and what a difference cashier S Laconia was so so nice. He needs to be trained to be a mgr.

Drive thru turn around time

I have been a loyal customer since day one.My complaint is the time it takes to get your order. It always takes too long to get your order. Today I was 3rd card back and the 2 in front of me had small orders(1 sack) Dining room was not over filled and it was after one 1pm,so calls ins should have slowed down. I am a loyal customer but I don't eat like back then. My complaint it took in excess of 15 minutes to get 2 number 7's with drinks. Also ordered unsweet tea and received sweet. Enough said. I have the receipt if you want it.

Find nearest location

Its nearly impossible to find a location on the website. The toll-free number doesnt work. This is complex and very frustrating.

I have a complaint against Jack Ludwig.

So I was wrongfully terminated. I was told I walked out on the team because I clocked out and went home after my shift was over. Jack isnt a good leader for that team. You need a new manager who doesnt run out of dish detergent to do the dishes.

Incorrect order

Good evening, I went to Whataburger on 3141 South Danville in Abilene Texas and we waited for 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru during the 7:00 hour for our food. When we got home we realized we had the wrong order. This is the third time this has happened. I dont like to complain but it is getting a little out of hand as it seems like it is the new normal. The fries and burgers were cold as well. An employee came out to ask us if we had gotten our order yet and I said just our drinks. With what we were given I feel like they just handed us a bag that had been sitting there for a while. We received order #153**** but should of had #153****.

Resturant on eastchase in ft worth still hasnt contacter me about my replacement order

1425 EASTCHASE PKWY FORT WORTH, Texas 76120The screwed up my order so I called and they told me that they qould replace it as long as I had receipt. I presented the receipt 4 days later and the said that the manager didn't work there no more so they couldn't help me.what does the manager nor being at location anymore have to do with me getting my order replaced.i was told to call customer service they told me that the issue would be taken care of within 3 to 5 days here we are 10 days later still no email or nothing . Order wrong/extremely long wait 42 minutes, employees quitting on the spot

1st I sat in your drive thru for 42 minutes. Recieved watered down drinks, employees quit mid-shift. I ordered A sweet and spicy meal, patty melt meal and was supposed to be a grilled chicken meal with lettuce tomato, and honey mustard. Lousy customer service

DTeacher appreciation week is anything but at Whataburger. I have been treated better by some of my rowdiest students. They treat customers like garbage then wonder why people get annoyed. They need to get over themselves with some after hours training at a remote location as was the norm when I worked retail.

We ordered an onion ring and it wasnt in our order. We ordered a patty melt and it was not fresh. We ordered a medium chocolate malt but were charged for a large and it was a large vanilla not chocolate. Very disappointing. They did remake the patty melt when he went back for onion rings. We spent 28.00 for 2 people, 2 sandwiches oion rings, apples and. Milkshake. The quality ant the value for that amount was very disappointing.

Life long Whataburger customer review and advice against In-N-Out Burger

My first Whataburger I recall was 1962 when I was four from its Corpus Christi Ayers Streer location. I am sixty three years old niw and live in Plano Texas. I've defended Whataburger my whole life being bias of course coming from the Home of Whatburger. Now how ever I have to write this review to you at Whatabuer in hopes it reaches soneone in the top tier management office for review. In Plano there are four Whataburger locations. A few years ago California's In-N-Out Burger opened its first loaction in Plano. I was bombarded sone of my friends who were past In-N-Out burger fans. I decided to finally go with my eife to see what their fuss was all about. Well this is my honest review of my In-N-Out Burger experiance. Please keep in my I one of the hardest and honest thing to do is truly analyze ones self. This is like doing exactly thst being a life long Whataburger customer. Here is my review and comparison of both burgers. 1. First and most apparent the presentation or appearance of their burger. In-N-Out is hands down more pleasing to the eye. It just plain looks better and more fresher looking to the eye. The lettuce looks pleasantly fresherand huge, since thet are actual leaf pieces. The same for the tomatoes. They look thicker and awesome looking to the eye. Now the buns. their buns are not mashed down and make the burger appereance look huge. You combine that with thier patties that look thicker too. Wow! Combine all that with the burger sitting up on its side in its sleeve. It just blows away the Whataburger all together as far as presentation is concered, period. Not good for this Whatburger fan. Actually embarrassing to me, really! Now the taste! It was ok and not bad at all. I had to fight my mormal reaction since I have a brain washed Whatburger taste flavor response. I even closed my eyes in an effort to turly not be bias against my taste buds eating that In-N-Out burger. Eliminating any visual clues of the In-N-Out experience. Well! it was not really that bad tasting at all. Like I said vert nice veggies on the burger large looking veggies as I explained above. Their fries were not as good as Whatburger's fries that's for sure. As for their catch up. Mo comparison to Whataburger's especially Whataburger's spicy catch up. Whataburger has the better Mustard too. All in all I believe Whataburger has a very distinctive taste and advantage in that area. What hurts Whataburger is their Vegetables they use. Actually it seems to be the way they prepare their Lettuce and tomatoes. This are my honest opinions on it. Plus it deters nit only from their overall apperceive of the Whatburger but most importantly. I believe it makes it worse. Let me exain. 1. The lettuce appears to be chopped. Doing that releases moisture causing the lettuce to wilt not looking fresh like In-N-Out's lettuce. Plus the moisture causes the buns to get soggy as you eat the burger. Add very thin sliced tomatoes and that moisture to the buns as well and, need I say more. Then you add the always smashed looksing buns to top it off. That is the overall appereance and soggy eating experience the Whataburger ends up lossing to against the In-N-Out burger. This is the hardest review I've done as far as eating burgers. Especially with regards to my belived Home town Whatburger chain. Please pass this along to your management team that reviews your quality assurance for your burgers.
