Sealer not working
Had 2300 worked for two years . Bought 3000 worked one year and would not seal. Cannot take to anybody in company to get fixed customer service Sucks

Replacement trays for gamekeeper
Nothing is what happened, Im not pissed about anything. I would just like to order some extra trays for the game keeper. I just cant seem to find any. If anyone out there knows where to get extra trays for this device send me an email. Thanks

I ordered the stainless steel juicer for tomatoes and all I received is a assecory kit. Or is the main box shipped separately?

No customer service
Bought a home meat slicer. The plastic blade protector broke within a few months. I have been trying to get them to replace the part for almost three years. I get it that the pandemic interfered with business and production, but I cant even get anyone to answer the phone at customer service. When no one answers, I get the mailbox isnt set up yet message. They also put my email on their newsletter list, so I get monthly ads to buy more products from them. Talk about adding insult to injury! The letter I wrote was answered with a form letter.
