Sealer not working

Had 2300 worked for two years . Bought 3000 worked one year and would not seal. Cannot take to anybody in company to get fixed customer service Sucks

Replacement trays for gamekeeper

I ordered the stainless steel juicer for tomatoes and all I received is a assecory kit. Or is the main box shipped separately?

No customer service

Bought a home meat slicer. The plastic blade protector broke within a few months. I have been trying to get them to replace the part for almost three years. I get it that the pandemic interfered with business and production, but I cant even get anyone to answer the phone at customer service. When no one answers, I get the mailbox isnt set up yet message. They also put my email on their newsletter list, so I get monthly ads to buy more products from them. Talk about adding insult to injury! The letter I wrote was answered with a form letter.
