manual bilge pump , no parts, specificall, on pumps are screw on ends, within lies a 25 cent soft membrane that make pump work by not letting water go out of pump, West Marine has no replacement which forces us the consume to purchase a new pump. That is calle planned obsolesence, bad for consumer and land fills good for West Marine Corporate

Identify purchased transducer
Cant identify the transducer I bought cant find anything in my email store. Cant find anything and I need to know the model number so I can get a machine to work with my transducer. Cannot find an order number bought online. Somebodys cannot find a order number bought online. Somebodys got to have the information.

Unethical and NO Integrity at West Marine
An order was placed for an ADVERTISED SALE Item. Typically order confirmation and shipping information is provided within a day and items are received within 3-4. After 5 days the SALE item did not ship. No shipping confirmation. Customer service stated item was less than 50 miles from me. Order was then cancelled as it had not been charged yet. Email confirmed cancellation. 8 days after the order an email is sent stating order shipped yet USPS shows NO RECORD of the item. Card still had not been charged and order had already been cancelled. Cancellation email was sent to customer service to confirm same. 10th day AFTER the order was placed and 5 days after the order was cancelled the credit card was charged. Checking prior orders, another order is now 19 days with ZERO Update on a product ordered. To boot, orders are placed and the prior order with 11 items shipped 9 of them in 4 different packages and 2 items are still outstanding after 19 days. Totally unacceptable and will not use West Marine. Everyone be safe. E

Online inventory is never accurate
d AvoDon't know why I still go to this store. Just today - drove about 1/2 hour pick up a NMEA2000 T-connector. Online inventory said they had one. Didn't call ahead because previous experience is they can never find small electronics parts like this. But no joy - they couldn't find the part and said they thought they didn't have one. The associate helping me said the online system was "garbage" although he used it to tell me another store 1 hour away had the part. Ended up going further afield to BOW who solved my problem as usual. The

Misleading
I needed to replace some rigging. I went in on Mon.11/2/2020 in the early morning. I was told that my measurements weren't going to be good enough. I had the lengths and type of fitting and the description. The only measurement I was lacking was the thread size and direction of the threads. I was asked if I could bring them in. I returned around noon. The associate wanted me to leave them. I should have just sat down and given my information that I had. I ended up leaving without a estimate or my rigging. I called the rigging shop a couple of days later and nobody had a clue. They said they would back. There was no call. I finally went to the shop personally and spoke to the associate. He told me that the rigging was shipped on Thurs. 11/5/2020. I called the following Tues. 11/10/2020 and I spoke with Geofry. H e told me that the rigging had been there for a couple of days and that it will be a couple of more days before he could get the time to give an estimate. If I had just given my original measurements I would not have to put up with all this *** Where this goes, who knows. Pissed Off

New employee , told me they were out of antennas when they were not, also told me the VHF radio didnt need an antenna but it did, told me to go to orange motors and Marine inDana point to get an antenna but they dont sell antennas, drove back to West Marine I looked and there was like 10 antennas there I got an antenna he told me it was a wrong kind but it wasnt, I spent a lot of money in that store over the years thousands, I dont know if had anything to do with the Trump hat On the dashboard of my big truck, but this kid clearly what aggressively lying to me and treating me like ***

I worked there for three months. I left due to unsafe conditions and managerial problems. We filed for food stamps and they refuse to send me a copy of my paycheck stubs. I has been in contact with them for a month and they keep sending me to an unanswered line. BBB is going to have a field day.

Ordered two wooden oars 33 daze ago to No-Arrival yet
Order 2x wood 7'ft Oars on July 17 Pending status on my bank account reverted to zero after five days. I called customer service on 23rd of July to ask about my status; they tell me that my order had been picked and it's about ready to ship. I called back 19 days later asked: They're 7 to 14 business day delay to check the status only to find that being increased the wait time to 14 to 28 days although the items have already been picked and packed and ready for shipping the 5th day after I ordered it. It's been 33 days and I still have not received my order and or my bank account has not been charged due the fact that it has not shipped yet. Summer vacations practically over and the use for these items will be void by September 1 from school Avoid at all cost
