Dispute from customer

The manager, a young hispanic female was totally disrespectful and rude towards a loyal customer who values Wendys highly and eats there a lot, felt the situation with an order couldve been handled differently, wasn't verbalized morally on how to treat customers, when demonstrating leadership skills for fellow co-workers in the company, Definitely needs to show more positive influential attitude on how to treat customers and others who follow under the lead of her as a manager

I went to store 5503, Dallas, Pennsylvania. I go at 9AM before I go to volunteer at the church. For 3 weeks straight i have had to call the location to have the door opened between 9:05 9:10AM.

I went to store 5503, Dallas, Pennsylvania. I go at 9AM before I go to volunteer at the church. For 3 weeks straight I have had to call the location to have the door opened between 9:05 9:10AM. Others just left, but I stayed. Week one someone came to door within 2 minutes. Week 2 it took about 7 minutes but I waited. However, when my order was totaled, the amount did not match the price list posted. The assistant manager explained the price on the board was incorrect but honored it for this purchase. Week 3, the actual store manager was there and was very rude. I waited over 15 minutes for the door to open and I was spoken to as if I were a pain and not a paying customer. I take my grandchildren to that Wendy's at least once a week as a "Grandma outing". I have not been back since. On the 3rd visit, I just walked out and haven't been back. I have been a regular customer of Wendys for over 35 years

Bad customer service

Took 30 minutes for food. Bad customer service. Food was cold and not what anyone ordered!!! Everyone working there was slow and on phones and talking to each other but not customers. Theres no greeting or eye contact when you enter the restaurant. Area is very unsanitary for people to dine inside. Please do something because our church wont be back!!!

Store complaint

Didn't get to use the service as it is only Monday to Friday. So when you need to rectify an issue you have to wait for business hours. For that large of a company I was surprised about that. I will no longer go to this location. Plenty of other food stores are the same distance. The Seaford location is always an issue and this time to embarrass me in front of my 7 year old son that was it for me.

Customer service number

No I went to Wendys on 7/15/2023 locating 6020 Porter rd cashier carnisha took my order when I pulled up to the drive through I was only Customer .. I ordered a large combo baconator meal with a lg fries and 2 frosty I pulled up paid .. sat there for about 7 mins waiting on order she gave me my bad very rudely .. I looked in my bag and it was the wrong order .. she took my bag and gave me another bag wrong order then she went through all the bags as I watched her and opened all sandwichs with no gloves and took my sandwich out another bag and gave it to me again wrong order then she gave me attitude cause it was not what I paid for or what I ordered processed to go through more bags with no gloves then see 2 more people that work there start going through the bags of food . Wow this should be reported to the health department it took her 4 times to get my order corrected while there were only 2 vehicles in line .. I paid 24.90 for this .. I would like a refund please .. I will never come here again .. what is health and safety ?

Complain

Dirty restaurant even the employees wore dirty clothes. The tray they put a paper over a dirty tray. We will not eat there again. We drove from lamesa Texas to Lubbock to eat at a dirty place.

Email regarding your Wendys store located at 615 Dundas st east Toronto Ontario M5A0C7 Good after Mr Penegor unfortunately we are here sending you a message as your customer complaints clearly do not think its important enough to follow up my concern as you can see I have added your media also . A copy of this email will also be sent to the appropriate persons today . Let me start by saying I find it very concerning that your complaint dept didnt think this issue was serious enough to call me back so I feel the need to send it to the papers and the city of Toronto bylaw offices for hygiene purposes. I was in ur store at the above address a week ago standing in line waiting for my food I looked over and saw a man blowing his nose / washing his face and head in the coke dispensary machine . I immediately told him that was unacceptable and to stop it so did many other customers. I immediately told ur staff and the manager to shut the machine down as this was a health related issue . The manager ignored me and proceeded to continue to serve the very same person who just did that . I then got very upset as did other customers and demand that the machine be immediately disinfected and shut down . Again no respond then I started to tell customers do not use it as the incident took place . A young guy thats works there took a few napkins and wiped it . Mind u no disinfection solution was used . I asked for a refund as I did not want my food anymore cause I was stomach sick about it all . He refused and told me my food had nothing to do with machine ??? I threw my food out . I am very upset over this and feel like the situation was not addressed properly and to refuse to give me my money back is against the law . I dont think I was being u fair as I was grossed out by the situation on hand . Whats more concerning is that ur complaint dept has not followed this up with me . We are in a state of a virus and fir soneone to blow there node in the pop machine is unacceptable abd then wash his face and head after Is very bad . The fact that the manager did not think it was important to shut the machine down is crazy . That particular store is ran very poorly all the time we wait like 20 minutes in a line before our order is even taken most days . I tryed to handle this problem properly but seeing that I got no response from anyone I now believe its time to involve the city and the better business company this kind of hygiene issues are very very serious and it put people health at risk because nose snot and head skin and who knows what else was involved. What if this person has a serious disease we were all out at risk . I kindly would appreciate if you can respond to my email and tell me what is being done about this situation here . Nothing has been done I have called no one has called me back I have made a complaint nothing has been done they still have not returned my money to me. Nothing has been done and then Wendy's wants me me to mark it as resolved.

I'm not going to do that until my money is returned. If not I will get my attorney involved with this matter.

I went to Wendy's, and I was served cold and frozen food. I will never ever again eat from Wendy's or have anyone I know ever eat from Wendy's again. Furthermore, I will get in contact with my attorney on this matter. To go through Wendy's drive through and get served cold and frozen food as a woman carrying a baby. Oh no.

Manager treatment to customers and staffcant

Wendy's should definitely step in and find out what happened that day and get rid of some of the staff or at least one person Jen. This was Friday about 8:40 that night. There was four five people in the store when I walked in. One lady was really pissed. Another lady younger woman was just waiting and the rest of us were just standing there. The lady that was pissed had waited 25 minutes for a chicken salad.. younger woman came out claiming to be the manager said oh I can discount your bill lady just said I'm tired. Got the discount and left. The younger woman kept saying they gave it the wrong order. This so-called manager Jen walked over to her and started yelling at her degrading her telling her she's trying to get food that she never paid for to a point I stepped in and said stop now you don't ever talk to anyone that way she looked at me and continued. I kept saying stop talking to her like that. The younger woman was just saying she was so happy. I was saying something to stop this to find out that Jen was wrong. The younger woman had paid for her food and was waiting for it. Never apology. Nothing. There was a full staff. They had one person that looked like she was training on the cash register. Jen never went to help her. Never tried to organize anything. Nothing. She was just making a complete, chaotic mess of everything. When I give him my order I said I wanted a small frosty for seniors and she looked at me and she got seniors. No way. Jen stepped off and says never. Does that happen? You pay for it.. the girl at the cash said. Don't worry, it's only 89 cents so you can pay for that. And I said excuse me. That's my 89 cents not yours. Jen came from behind the counter and said you show me where they say that you can get a small drink because you're a senior. I replied right at the door. She walked out their slammed. The door open in front of everyone and said what goes over and says where's this woman's order and through my food in a bag which was knocked my food the staff kept saying I made her special order. It's here Jen never even looked at her said anything. Just threw some food in the bag and gave it to me. People that were standing around were saying how sorry they were that Jen was yelling at me and causing all these problems and I was a senior that didn't matter. Okay, no one should be treated like this. She was yelling at her staff which were all young people. Terrified of this woman and she was bulling them. Yelling at people yelling at customers for people. Customers walked out of the store before even making an order. This was so upsetting to me. I have nonstop tried to call Wendy customer service. Whatever you want to call it. No one no one answers any phones or takes any messages. I do not or did not want to write to them to say oh yeah I have a good played. I wanted to yell and say to do something about this Jen. She should not be allowed anywhere around staff or customers. She I can't believe the way she treated staff customers everything and this is a loud at Wendy's. I have been going to Wendy since my kids were young and I'm in my 60s never ever have had a problem ever. I love Wendy's because they make exactly what I want. They're frosty's. My kids love it cuz they dunk their french fries in the frosties. Just something went terribly wrong here with hiring. Jen and they have to look into this and they have to make this right. This was so wrong it was so upsetting. I am so tired of people. If they don't want to work don't work. Just walk on the street. I don't care. Do not bring it in to people that are just going out grabbing something because they would just not feeling like making dinner that night or just wanted to walk around. Go to a park, eat something and be happy. Okay. I don't know what this platform is. I'm not very good on the computer at all but I hope that at least you will be able to contact or even show when these they've got a major problem at just passed Jefferson on Tecumseh in Windsor, Ontario. This happened two and a half weeks ago and every single day of their work week. Monday through Friday I have called. I have waited over an hour. No nothing. No one will answer the phones even when you push the button no one will answer the phone. They will not call back. They will do nothing. I did not want to go back in that store and talk to anybody that had to say anything about this Jen person.. I don't want anyone to think that anything was wrong with the food other than getting orders wrong or the staff was the problem. It was this woman. Jen, I have never seen young people working their tushes off behind that heat grill and being screamed at and standing there making all the orders. The young girl that made my order just shaking her head because she's holding my order and Jan taking somebody else's I still back Wendy's. I still love Wendy's and love taking the kids and grandkids now to Wendy's but I want something done about what happened. I'm sure they have cameras and I'm sure they look it up and I'm sure that they can make sure Jen is a job out back taking out the garbage so no one has to be in contact with her. It was so bad I could not believe it. And thank you for letting me talk on this platform so maybe somebody from Wendy's will do something about it.. thank you

Asked a question was told that they didnt have almost the whole menu so yes I asked why was it open she stated that they dont have half of the menu so I asked but instead of just saying what they dont have when I said, why are yall open and she stated because we have other things on the menu but you can go elsewhere never knew that a customer service experience in my 21 years. I am a manager at McDonalds, we are not allowed to talk to our customers like that no matter what they ask us and what they say to us thats why its called customer service and if you cant deal with a customer axing you a question and youre responding in a better way than getting smart, theres no reason for you to be a customer service so I am at Wendys at 1555 West Washington St., Indianapolis, IN and I was treated bad by all the customers well actually two customers the only two that is in the store. Why a manager or the GM and another crew member sits outside and listen to them get smart with me on the speaker as they smoke a cigarette you would never have the money come in that you want if you have people working at your business like this, you guys need to fix this real quick because people like me will report this every day and get you shut down thanks. They have a blessed day.

Terrible customer service

So bad it was inedible, everything ice cold. Rude manager and nothing was made correctly. I will never return also I used Apple Pay linked to my cash app and was charged $63 for a $21 order.

SPIT, GARBAGE THROWN AT ME AND ALMOST HIT BECAUSE I WANTED WARMER CHILI

Went Saturday, 6/3/23. My husband went to get his meal that included fries and my chili. There were literally 4 fries and a chicken nugget for a small serving of fries. When he asked if this was the fries, the response from the casher was, "Do you want more". Then, when I tried my chili it was cold. The cheese didn't even melt. I hesitated to ask to reheat, but I decided I would. Again, my husband went up to tell them about the chili, it was discovered the burner for chili was not turned on. We waited and got another cup. Again, the chili was not warm enough to melt the cheese. I went up this time to ask for a microwave or a bag and I would take home. First, with the 15 or so workers, not one person looked at me/acknowledged me. I waved my arms to see if that would make a difference-it actually did not make a difference. Finally a young girl looked my way - didn't ask what I needed or if she could help. I asked if they had a microwave. She gave me a horrible nasty nose wrinkled look like I was insane. So I asked if I could have a bag. She replied something equally inappropriate to match her face expression. Then I asked for the manager. The cashier came over and asked what she could do to help. I started to speak when she said with her hands for me to calm down. I hadn't even said 3 words before she started with the yelling. All of a sudden she's threatening me, spit coming out of her mouth -- her co workers trying to hold her back. Then she grabbed the garbage can from under the front counter and was just about to throw it at me. The co-workers still trying to hold her back. They grabbed the garbage can. The manager did nothing. My husband was now up there and asked the manager directly if he was going to allow this. He said nothing. Then, the ranting cashier, comes from behind the counter and wants to hit me. She kept yelling that I was saying something about her mom, which I never did. I did ask her if this was customer service and it just kept going. This girl had a "speech" / words to say like it was rehearsed, like she was waiting all day to unload on someone. I kept saying she was like a match ready to strike. Meanwhile, the original blonde girl was video taping and then held up a huge grocery bag asking if I could use that bag for my small cup of chili. It was so disgusting, repulsive and shocking that she was able to carry on to such an extent with other customer's around, in the drive thru and children sitting outside. Not to mention how many people kept coming in to get their orders corrected. No other words but to say incredible and disgusting display of young people and no lack of manager at all. It was a free for all. So, obviously, we will never go to Wendy's again. And of course I will be on the phone with the corporate office and do as much as I could to get rid of people like this. I paid to have lousy food, get a nasty look, spoken to with no respect, almost have garbage thrown at me and almost hit. Nice Saturday out. Thanks Wendys!

WAS ALMOST HIT AND HAD GARBAGE THROWN AT ME by Cashier

Went into the Wendy's on Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail, NC on Saturday, June 3. My husband ordered a meal that included fries and I ordered chili. When he went up to get the meal, there were literally 3 fries and a chicken nugget in the fry container. He asked the cashier if that was all the fries he was going to get. The girl asked if he wanted more. He replied, "wouldn't you?". She filled up the container to the usual amount and asked him if that was enough. Never apologized. I dig into my chili, when I noticed the cheese was not melting. After a few more spoonful's, I thought I should ask for the chili to be warmed up. My husband goes up to the counter, and asked one worker that we have come to know from going to this Wendy's. He saw that the chili burner was not on. So we waited and he gave us another one. It was still cold. This time, I went up, I was going to ask if there was a microwave or for a bag to take the chili home. After standing at the counter for a minute, with at least 15 workers and no one acknowledging me, I waved my arms so someone would notice. Finally this blonde girls glances my way. I asked if there was a microwave. She gave me the nastiest look on her face. Her nose wrinkled up in disgust. So I asked for a bag and her manager. That's when the cashier stepped in and asked if she could help me. I started to explain when all of a sudden, she raises her voice to me with her arms flaring around. Then she just kept going and going, spittle came out of her mouth to the counter, I don't know if it go on me. Then, she keeps going, and yelling for me not to talk about her mother, which I never brought up her mother. Her co-workers were holding her back. But, the manager was literally leaning on the counter and allowing all of this to happen. At one point, she grabbed the garbage pail from under the front counter and attempted to throw it at me. Her co-workers held on to it and to her. Finally, she came around the counter and wanted to strike me. My husband got in between us. Meanwhile the originally blonde girl was video taping the whole thing. She did ask at one point if I wanted a large grocery sized bag for my small chili. The most disgusting display of customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If this is what you are prompting, you will never see my business again. Or maybe my money was nothing to your big organization anyways. I have no words, but this is disgusting. And to know that nothing was going to be said to any of these workers sickens me. There were customers in the drive thru, in the restaurant and children sitting outside. Yet, aren't you the company that spews all the helping children stuff? This was absolutely ridiculous. I will keep writing and calling anyone and everywhere I can until I get some sort of satisfaction.

Redip Nuggets

I did not receive my receipt for my food and the nuggets was cold and old along with fries. Took the nuggets to my kids and the thought that away we have pictures of it before throwing them away. I went to the one on North 6 street Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
