I have never used the service that I signed up for stupidly. I wanted them to cance the draw on my checking account . They refused!! Said I had to go the full 10 months. That is at 10.70 a month.
I never took advantage of the program that I signed up for and canceled my plan after 4 months of them taking money from my account. I just wanted them to cancel the draw. Would they? NO just kept saying that I signed up for 10 months and that is what i am paying for. Even though I am not using it. Absolutely would not cancel the draw. Do not sign up for a 6 month or 1o month program. They are terrible and will keep your money. I didnt ask for a refund just for them to stop the draw. They refused.

Google isnt sending me to right place in warsaw i am in a business parking lota
I have been going to WW off and on since the 70s. I was surprised that I couldn't go to meetings without paying an additional fee. (Quite a lot) Also, I went to the Fort Wayne office-closed.It used to have regular hours. Googled WW found one in Warsaw. Another 3o miles . Wrong address . I ended up in a dead in. Some kind of auto shop . So I called the WW s phone number, was on hold for 20 minutes . I was upset ..the nice young lady I spoke with was awesome . She found the right address. But as we talked she found out I didn't have the right plan . I think her name was Ronnie . Of course none of this was her fault . She was a trooper . She helped me with several questions I had . I do like the app. But not happy about the meeting fees. Ps terms is quite lengthy !

I want to stop my subscription to Weightwatchers on my phone app
I press the wrong button I am not pissed off at Weightwatchers. I just decided financially I can't pay $52 or whatever it costs a month so please erase that from my review I'm not pissed off I am very happy with Weightwatchers and I wish I could continue but I only like it when it was the old way.

Poor communication and terrible customer service
I spoke to a representative in April to cancel my account after the free trial ended. I did not use the account at all so I wanted to cancel and be refunded. I was refunded for April and told via chat my account was cancelled. Today I am seeing I was charged in May and June for a subscription I was told was cancelled. Yet when I spoke to a representative today via chat she said they never issued a refund yet I can see it via PayPal. She insists PayPal issued the refund even though I as a consumer can not request one. The company WW must on their end. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Moved support group out of town
I live in LaGrange, Georgia and you have removed the in person support group for people who benefit from the weight watchers program. Many need to meet in person as this is what the program is about. Group therapy. Not all have the means to go out of town.

Call to put in my account on medical hold as I am incapacitated do it to an accident ahead I was told to cancel my membership but I wanted to do the virtual online and I was informed that the only way
Been member since 1970 became lifetime member a year after I joined. I truly believe in Weight Watchers however its become too expensive for me. At this point I was a member paying $25 a month and now its gone up to like almost 60 I am unable to go to workshops due to a medical problem issue I have temporarily I thought I could do well core and have online visit tracking my weight in my and my points. I was told now I could not do that. Your company is become so expensive that most people cannot afford it anymore.

WW continually charged me for monthly fees for almost 3 years after I cancelled.
WW acknowledged that I did cancel my membership but one month later someone started it back up. I DID NOT START THIS MEMBERSHIP BACK UP. WW is getting away with charging me over $400 for this time frame of which I cancelled the membership! The only offered a 6 month refund. The App sucks. It makes no sense. A complete waste of time and now I'm out almost $400

WW charged me 3 years of monthly fees after I CANCELED in 2020!!!!
WW said yes, they did have record of my cancellation but it was restarted a month later. I DIDN'T RESTART this subscription. The App is horrible and very hard to make sense of anything. Very disappointed. WW ripped me off for almost 3 years. They suck. I wouldn't even give them ONE STAR if I could.

Office closed for customer service. Feedback - Not pleased with news about cancelled all in person meetings. Are you insane? Going to all zoom, non-personal meetings is crazy. Couple that with promoting diet drug-use is equally insane. People need the people contact, ideas, encouragement of these weekly meetings. This decision could put WW out of business and confronted with medical negligence lawsuits when people are affected by drug you will promote.

The new ww program is not working for me! I did well for 11 months when I joined ww program last year with incentives for free points when eating certain zero foods like vegetables and well hydrated with water. I consistently lost 43 pounds within 11 months and was...

I joined last Decemberand lost 43 pounds using the last point system where I got rewarded with free points, 60 + ounces of water, vegetables, h baked potato and sweet potatoes are now 2 points each! There are other foods which were zero on the previous ww program! Since starting the new program Iin December, I have gradually gained 10 pounds. It just isn't working for me as I cant even thinf about my goal weight! Can something be dobe to impliment thevprevious program with the incentives to eat healthier! Right now, I'm loosing faith and not sure I can continue! The last two people that I chatted witg sent me to a page to pay $5, $1 respecfully. I don' t want to do that.!¡
