Courier did not deliver

Courier guy picked up the courier so late and then did not deliver it and stop answering the call . I had a loss of rs 700 kindly do the needful because of your u professional staff why should I bear the loss

Parcel haven’t go delivered

I booked a parcel from Wefast havent yet delivered also the person who took the parcel is not picking up the call and from yesterday he has my parcel attached the photo of the person Chetan who picked the parcel. The parcel was allotted to Shahrukh but Chetan came to pick it up

Aweful service

Ur delivery executive was highly unprofessional n rude and refused to pick my order at d door asked me to cancel n book a new one . Tried calling your sick company but to no avail. No customer care number is reachable.

Wallet refill amount is not yet updated

I have recharged my wallet twice but amount not showing in wallet Rs 700 500 once on 13th April and Rs 200 @ 20th April Kindly @wefast support rs 700 has been added to wallet... Also rs38 rs is in wallet i can not make new orders as whenever i recharge wallet amount not shown iny wallet How do i fix this problem please help

Delayed my order by 1-1.2 hrs

I delivered lunch its 1-1.2hr and still not delivered. Very disappointed with this service app. Ordered at 1.51pm its 3.26pm and yet not delivered.

Lost my Courier

We have lost our courier can some one please contact... As we have already informed to company but from last 3 days we haven't heard anything from them. In parcel we have 20 Ethnic Wear going for catalogue Photoshoot. They are high in Prices and courier boy just vanished with our Parcel. Please look into this and revert ASAP.

Fraud conducted by your delivery guy

With my deepest anguish and despair, I wish to report the fraud conducted by your courier boy, Abhishek Dharmvir. My daughter had booked a courier package on your Mobile App, to be picked up from my house in Sector 65, Gurugram & delivered to Model town, Delhi. He entered our condominium at 1:46 pm on 14-4-2023, giving his name as Shailendra. This was his first fraudulent activity. He called up my daughter from his cell no - +918440****75 at 1:53 pm, instead of the We Fast number +916350****78. This was the second most fraudulent activity. He picked up the package, bearing We Fast order no. 82005 from my household help at 1:58, charged us Rs. 380/- Cash for delivering the package and exited the gate at 2:06 pm. We had given him the entry on the MyGate App and we have all pictures & videos, of him entering & leaving the premises on his bike, whose last number is 0308. The estimated delivery time was 4:00 pm on 14-4-2023. Till 5:00 pm, when there was no confirmation notification, my daughter called him up & sent him numerous texts. He picked up the call on the Wefast number +916350****78 & said that this number is in Rajasthan, & he has picked up no such package. When my daughter continued imploring him to return back the package if he is unable to deliver it, he inquired about the contents of the package & started talking in threatening and abusive language with my daughter. He even conversed a few words in English. He threatened my daughter repeatedly and asked her not to call back on this number, because the above-given number belonged to his wife. The Display picture on the WhatsApp number is that of a lady in a green saree. My daughter reported this case on your bot chat and was assisted by Mr. Anirudha, who said the location of the courier boy was Sector 67, Gurugram till 5:57 pm. He said that a case would be registered & action taken in the next couple of hours, but till now, we have received no assurance from WE Fast, that the package will be returned back or compensation will be paid. At 5:58 pm, there was a notification of the package being delivered. How could the notification be given, when no such package has been delivered, which has been confirmed by the family whose destination address is Model Town? If the delivery had been done, why is your courier boy, not picking up our calls? What is he scared of, if he has done his due diligence? Or, should we say, that your 100 Crore company is running a nexus of fraud courier guys? We are only interested in getting back our package within the next 12 hours or we report the fraud to our Police station & claim compensation from you. Please send us Senior Management Cell numbers to contact them, which the call center is not helpful with.

Complaint about delivery guys

The person have picked up my order at 3:20 in after and have still not delivered it and wrote that order have been completed and now he is not even picking up the call ..
