Calling about a charge

I wanted to know why I was charged 33.90 on 8/7. I could not get an answer because Im not the website owner.

Credit Card charge

Credit card charge

I called to ask why I was charged 33.90 on my credit card and because I am not with the owner of the account, the agent could not help me. I think this is ridiculous and since my credit card is on the account and I maintain the website, I should get an answer on why I was charged 33.99 on 8/7. Yegzeru Amare

Not happy.

Please inform custermers before deactivating service.I was unable to retrieve my website do to an ERROR 404. Not until a payment was made did the site return.

Unhappy with the process.

I was not able to access my web site do to an error 404. After many attempts and a payment of $216.00 my old web site appeared. My concern is whether I was suppose to pay a fee and renew when I was still under previous contract. Please respond.

I am not able to talk to a real person at customer service about your charges

I've received an email saying you were raising my website domain from $30 a year to 144 and I have questions I would like to talk to someone about this but your company has nothing available

Web site frequently down

You guys take my money, but my web site you host is frequently down on your end, and there is no way to contact customer service to ask about it. Do you actually have any customer service? Your automated help wants me to pay $55 a year for customer service!

Once again Weebly is charging me for a 2020 canceled account and there is literally no way to contact them unless I would sign up all over again. I am pissed!

Charging my debit card fraudulently

I cancelled my website and account with Square over a month ago, but they keep charging my debit card. I cannot get hold of a person to resolve the issues. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Scam artists!

Do Not Waste Your Time

Weebly does not upload edits when published correctly and the customer service is non-existent. Weebly is a waste of time!

Want to make payment for website

Weebly phone contact does not help. Forgot my pin. I have tried what I gave to do but still I can't get the pin. No one to answer phone calls. Please change the customer service to your customers.
