Wedding Paper Divas Ruined My Wedding...STAY AWAY
I, like many people on here, have heard many great things about Wedding Paper Divas. I heard they had fantastic products, customization, fast response times, and great customer service. Well, after losing two of our orders and making us miss 10 wedding programs for our guests, I would have to say WEDDING PAPER DIVAS IS TERRIBLE. When I called customer service about my two lost orders they said don't worry, we will reprint them and ship them out Next Day Air. I was like great because they weren't huge orders and it was still a week before the wedding. No problem they said. Well, THEY LIED. I received the bigger of the two orders in 3 days, which was amazing, and I assumed the other order, the smaller of the two, would soon be to me as well. NOPE. After repeated calls and their repeated assurances that it would make it to me by the deadline, it never showed up because the warehouse was closed (which out of the 5 times I called no one mentioned). It makes no sense that Wedding Paper Divas customer service would be open but the warehouse is closed. Thanks for RUINING MY WEDDING. I cannot wait to tell every single person I know, and even people I don't know, to stay away from Wedding Paper Divas.

STAY AWAY FROM Wedding Paper Divas
There is a glitch in their website check out process. My proof and finished product for a bridal shower invitation was perfect so I clicked through to the next screen to check out. However, the cart populated my order with a prior incorrect version. The checkout thumbnail was so small that I could not see that it had the wrong address for the shower location. The correct version is still online titled "Finished Product" and it was also correct in the online invitation RSVP. However,the company said it was my fault for ordering a draft version and would only offer a 40% reduction in the price on a REORDER on the printed invitations. (That's double postage too.) You cannot know that the cart switches drafts online in the check out process and there is no warning about the possibility of this happening. They need to fix this website! At $150 for 30 invitations, the website should follow the final version through to cart and printing.
