I have sent multiple emails and have called over the last 5 weeks and can not get any service or response. This company started out great, I have used them for over 2 years but now they have changed and you can no longer chat with them and I am getting no response to help me get the service to work properly.

Because I want to talk to a live representative and no one answering the phone so I don't want it‼
You can never talk to a live representative. It always hangs up on you or it tells you to email. I think this is a POOR excuse for a website if you cant talk to a live representative.
