Cancel a reaccuring payment

Hi, web loyalty is been deducting my money for consecutive 8 months which I didnt know? Could you please stop this immediately? Could you return me the money? I can give the proof if you need

Why are you taking money from my account

I am getting £15.00 a month taken from my account I didn't sign up for anything can you stop it now or I will contact my bank by the end of today

This company is scamming people

Another scam company using shady business practices to get people to unknowingly sign up for monthly recurring payments unknowingly. It doesn't even appear on my statement only when I specifically check my recurring payment. so sneaky.

Payments from my Bank Account

Good morning I contacted you a few days ago with regards to a monthly payment that you have been taking out of my Bank Account for 11 months for the total of £15.00 per month. I haveNEVER AUTHORISED you to take any money out of my Account, I had NEVER HEARD OF YOUR COMPANY or about anything that you do. I want you to repay me the £165.00 that you have taken in total including this months payment otherwise I will have it Investigated legally. I have not received a response from yourselves to my last e-mail. Thank you Jean Cammack

To cancel subscription

I was told the number wasn't recognised so wasn't able to actually speak with anyone. Never even managed to say I never set up anything to go out my bank. I have had £120 go out my bank for nothing.

Hi iam just asking not to take any money from account without my authority because i i checked on my account and another f 15.00 is going to be deducted called my bank and they said i should contact yu and tell you not deduct the money so please stop taking any money it was a one off purchase which i dd on line Thanks

Stealing my money

This company is taking money out of my account with out my permission they have set up a recurring payment on my connect card and the bank will not stop it. The email contact form is a joke as they have a capch that does not work and please do not get me started on the phone number.
