No confirmation email. No response at all.

I made an order a couple of days ago. I have not received a confirmation email and no communication at all. So, I tried to contact the company, but there is no phone number anywhere. I requested to contact me through the Webhat website email, but they are not contacting me back.

I don't know when my order is coming!!!! No way to track my package. It only say processing. My 5 business days will be Monday still have no information on shipping.

Fraudulent charge

I was charge $11.53 and have no idea why. Pi have not ordered anything from your web site. Please refund my money to me or I will be forced to take further action. Thank you.

Ordered something in October 16 2019 didn't think I would need to save the confirmation info cause it only was $7 that came out of my account and I have proof. Never got my product it is now January 6 2020 and still nothing.. i still leave a email to be contacted even without a order number and nothing.

Placed an order for Halloween costume and prepaid but never received costume. Emailed company several times with no response from anyone.

Very Good Experience

Although I was skeptical at first because there was no phone number I went ahead and ordered anyway because they were so much cheaper than other sites. When I received the order it was missing items and there was no invoice. I emailed the company and within 2 days I received a response telling me the rest would be in the mail on a certain date. Overall my experience was very good, you just have to have a little patience with this company. Their pricing makes them worth the wait.

I need to return the products for a refund.

I ordered one set of plastic musical instruments. These were only one- sided - not as described. I could not use them. Furthermore, I received three sets of them when I only ordered one - was charged for shipping three separate times. All arrived on the same day.

With the understanding that this is the same company as: BZANY LLC

As it goes, I wish I had read reviews BEFORE ordering from BZANY LLC. I ordered over a month ago. Left 3 voicemail messages. Sent 2 emails. Sent 1 requrest through their website asking about the status of my order.... none of which were answered. While my order is less than $25.00, it is still my order and my money. Unacceptable. No communication (and obviously no order received). It is this kind of online company (and people) that gives small business owners (and human beings) a bad wrap.

Not Good

I ordered 28 centerpieces for my retirement party on April 10, 2019. I received 16. I emailed them in reference to the problem and they said they would do an investigation. Their investigation was the warehouse said the order was shipped. I found a number to call which I did twice and left a message. No response. They obviously was done. My party was May 25,2019. I had to order the remainder of the centerpieces from Amazon at a much higher price. So now I'm out of the money that I already had paid for centerpieces. Now I have to spend more money to buy the number of centerpieces I did not receive. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! This company should be shut down! They totally ignored me after they got my money. WHAT REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES THAT? PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!

Horrible .Horrible Rip off SCAM Kept my HARD EARNED MONEY WITH NO PRODUCT

I AM NOW CONVINCED THAT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY BY WEBHATS.COM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 4 WEEKS FOR MY ORDER ONLY FOR THEM TO FINALLY ANSWER MY EMAIL STATING MY ITEM IS ON BACK ORDER! THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND THE OTHER PART OF THE ORDER THAT WAS NOT ON BACK ORDER. I MISSED MY EVENT BECAUSE OF THIS! I DEMANDED A REFUND AND THEY ARE IGNORING ME! IT HAS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT!!! SCAMSCAMSCAM AND IT SICKENS ME BECAUSE WEBHATS IS HOLDING ON TO MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! MY LAST RESORT IS PUTTING IN A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK SHORTLY TO FORCE REFUND! WHOEVER IS READING THIS BEWARE WEBHATS IS A FRAUDULAND MERCHANT FOUND ON GOOGLE MERCHANT SERVICES!!!!!!!! I HOPE GOOGLE REMOVES THEM!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!

Not right item - bad communication now refuse to refund

Missing detail in measurement they gave for item led to me ordering something I could not use. Contacted the company after I did not realize I had received a (single) email re my return request to explain. They refused to take item back. p.s. item was a month late coming

Horrible Customer Experience

Purchased a Santa hat described as an adult XL but when I got it, it barely fit my young son. Tried to contact for exchange/refund with no response. Terrible experience. Will never buy from again
