Placed order with CC charge went thru never got conformation e-mail. after several days tried calling never answer and will never call back, have tried 5 times over several days with zero response. I believe this site is (((SCAM)))

They twice took my order and twice didn't answer repeated phone calls or emails asking if my orders were in stock,then they email me with order not shipped,order cancelled *** but CALL YOUR BANKS AND DISPUTE I did and was fully refunded as you all will be stop wasting your time with them that's our banks job to do and you will get the charges reversed if they didn't ship your orde

I placed an order for a United Cutlery UC2698 knife on 10/22/21. I received an email from Weapons Universe on 10/22 stating my order had been received and would be processed in 1-2 business days. I received another email from Weapons Universe on 10/25 stating my order had been cancelled. In that same email, Weapons Universe stated they attempted to process a refund to my account, but the refund was "declined". HOW DOES A REFUND GET DECLINED? I have never heard of the EVER! I have attempted to call them numerous times. No one ever answers the phone. It always goes to voicemail. The voicemail box is full. I have sent them multiple emails asking for someone to email me back with an explanation as to what is going on with my order. No one has emailed me back as of today 10/28/21. If this company is legitimate, they have TERRIBLE customer service skills. I am thinking they are most likely in China. I have dealt with other companies in China before with similar problems. This order with Weapons Universe is very similar to those other companies in terms of the lack of communication and similar circumstances that simply do not add up. "REFUND DECLINED". Yeah, RIGHT!!! The bottom line here: Don't waste your time and money with WEAPONS UNIVERSE.

Never got my order
I ordered 2 pairs of sap gloves from them. Never received and complaints got me nowhere. I'm not sure how they are still in business. I guess you make a lot of money selling items you don't plan to deliver.

So I've read the reviews and it seems a lot of people had bad experiences with this company. That said, I received both of my orders and I'm stoked! I placed my order Dec 24 2020 and I received them both on the 30th. They are definitely nicer in person! Now on my 1st item of the order they sent me the wrong thing but it actually worked in my favor because they sent me a better item that costs a little bit more for the same price! My 2nd item was fine, exactly what I ordered.

Paid $67, got a receipt, never received order nor response from several emails. Called customer service several times left a message never was called back.

Let several emails, called multiple times no answer.. sounds like home answering machine.
They emailed a receipt upon purchase and never received my order! This website is a scam do not buy!!!!
