Can’t get ahold of anyone.

I am Trying to get a hold of GFL trash company to cancel my trash service for the end of December but have not been able to get a hold of anybody. How am I supposed to cancel the trash service if I cant talk to anybody

Pay my bill

I have been on the phone waiting for you to answer for over an hour now and I can't sign into my account because the app is not working either, please call me at 417-350-**** so I can pay my late bill, thank you

Crap customerservice.

Crap customer service, they hang up everything I'm on hold for lengthy periods. Web pay account that is not working as it should. Pay my bill is like extracting teeth. I'm sick of this!!!! This even tops Walmart's "bag your own crap policy!"

Was with WCA for over 10 years. Bill constantly went up (doubled) and service went down.Find another companyff

Yard waste not picked up

My yard waste has been left for over 4 weeks. I called the supervisor April and she told me it was on the list to be picked up last Friday which was the 22 of October. I called again Tuesday and that put me as a miss pick. I called again Wednesday and I was told it was on the schedule that day to be picked up. It is now Thursday and its still on the ground.

Irregular service

As stated in my original message the service is irregular. He has been here 3 times in the last 7 weeks. I have called and called but it continues to be an issue. I have paid for weekly service through December. After my last message the driver came the next day. We will see if he comes weekly! If not you will hear from me or my lawyer.

Email

I have 6-7 dumpsters on site in North port Florida. Can not reach anyone to empty or request an extra one. The emails have gone unanswered for a week and half...help ! 941 237 ****.

Poor on line billing processes

The GFL web site very successfully makes it impossible to leave a follow up message so that a problem can be resolved. I suspect that GFL is a very thin veneer hiding the still remaining WCA organization which has had administrative issues for years notably out of the Lebanon MO operation.

Want to cancel service as of 7/22/2021

I did transfer my service from WCA and continued my auto pay but I want to cancel my service with this Wednesday being the last week for pickup. I am disappointed at the lack of help I got to transfer over and the inability to reach anyone via phone. Then there is the price increase and the need for a computer to have your service. Thank you. Discontinued service and toters have been in my location for four months not picked up

I discontinued service back in March and I still have two toters that need to be picked up from my home address and every month a call and ask when theyre going to be picked up and I keep getting the runaround.

Didn’t pick up trash

I was standing in my yard when the garbage truck pulled up and picked up everyones trash but mine. So as he drove to my neighbors house and emptied his load unto the truck I asked him why he didnt pick up my trash. His reply was that it wasnt his job. Like wtf?! Youre driving the truck picking up trash, my bill is paid so what is the problem? First of all you came late. So I told him I was going to call in on him and he basically call me a *** in Spanish and drove away. I cant wait until morning so that I can report him. Hbb

Trash not picked up. Tried to call customer service but could not get anyone to answer

Not being able to talk to person. Left message but not called back. Pay someone money to do a service and you expect it to be done so now I have a trash been full of trash and I do not know when it will be emptied. Friday and can not try again until Monday and then probably no one will answer.

Complaint

I'm in Hawesville ky, I have wca as our waste company, they have continually failed to pick up my garbage, in 2020 they failed to pick up my garbage for 7 weeks in a row, I have called in weekly to complain about it, nothing is ever done, they make me feel as though it is my fault for calling in to complain. The customer service is terrible, I'm canceling my contract and going with another company, such a waste of money

Failure of WCA to pick-up waste, Failure to credit customer for said failure.

Tuesday 9 Feb 21, trash container taken to the edge of road for pick-up on Wed 10 Feb 21. Trash was NOT picked up. Weather was not bad until later in the week. Saturday, Sunday, Monday ice impacted the area. Trash container due to be street side tomorrow night, still has not been picked-up 8-12 inches of snow due today on top of the ice. Attempted to call WCA-Princeton, Ky 3 times...No Response. Called the 855 number, referred to the Princeton office, 855 coordinated, got an instant response. Although, the response was to blame the weather and driver safety, not received very well. Never had this excuse (skin of a reason, stuffed with a lie) when I lived in Omaha, Ne or Spokane, Wa. Further no credit against the bill for WCA's failure. This is the 2nd such failure in the past 6 months. I am tired of this run around BS and considering my options for legal actions.

Since this is the second time an Email was sent with no response, I have now sent a letter directly to WCA Houston Headquarters to see if they will respond.

Poor customer service

My name is Charles Macrelli. I reside at 151 South Oak Grove street Marshfield,MO 65706. I came home yesterday to find my trash can missing. Called local office to find out the problem. They told me that my trash can was removed due to not paying bill. However, I have always paid my bills on time. The representative said it was their error and a new trash can would be delivered. What upsets me is the fact that they came onto my property and took the van without even checking with someone first. I want some answers now before I turn it over to the. AG
