Poor customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered hand sanitizer and pumps. They sent the hand sanitizer but not the pumps. I have contacts them multiple times waiting days for a response. They say they filed a claim with the parcel company but now After two months they are requesting pictures of the shipments. The pumps are the cheapest thing in the shipment and they wont take care of the issue. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. Do not buy anything from them ever unless you want to be ripped off.

Sent wrong color to start. First one opened had half the paint missing. Took pictures of all and was told some would get back with me! Not so much. Nothing but silence

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!
Before I placed my fist order I asked if large would be the size to order for the average female wrist size, they assured me it was, When I received the order they were too big for the average female wrist, I contacted the company and they basically said sorry but that's not our fault, They did offer me a few dollar refund and offered to remake the order with a few dollar discount, I reluctantly agreed because I still needed the bracelets in the correct size, After weeks of waiting I finally received the order and they are the wrong color, I ordered periwinkle for stomach cancer support and they sent me blue, so again I reached out to them and they insist they are the right color, I even sent them a picture of both orders side by side and you can clearly see they are not the same color. They were still telling me the order was correct. They told me they would remake the order after I told them I wanted to return the order and get a refund, Today I received a email telling me they had remade the order and would only be giving me a 50% discount, I never responded to the email they sent saying they would be remaking them in the correct color. I had basically given up fighting with them. I figured fine if they show up and they are correct , great, if not I would just cut my loses, and now they are saying they are gonna charge me. I told them again I don't want the order I have or the order they are trying to bill me for. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take advantage of people who are trying to help raise funds for someone with a terminal illness, Shame on them

WARNING ~~ save your money!!! I was ripped off
I ordered 100 lanyards for a special event ~~ when I got them SOME were attached backwards (which I had pictures), and ALL were NOT as shown in their proof which I approved....also some were attached with the sharp edge showing and the smooth side would be next to your body.....When I immediately sent them notice after a few days they offered 10% because they said if they gave more then that it would cut into their profits too much!!!! I notified paypal because I had used my paypal credit card (that was a mistake)….AFTER more then 30 days I was first notified it had been decided in my favor but NOW I would have 10 days to PAY to RETURN the items and then they would proceed with my refund, when I ASKED since so much time had gone by and I have now moved and trying to locate which state I had them stored at, I had 60 but couldn't find the others and thought they might be in a different storage they immediately sent a notice saying NOW it was decided against me???? The company was horrible to work with and had the worst customer service ever....Guess they figure there will be more people to rip off

Wrong color won't refund
ordered wristbands from them, speedy production and delivery but were not RED they say thats their only red which is orange, and will make another color for a fraction of the cost. Well we wanted red, so i'll need a refund, won't do that. week of email and call center calls to no avail. now in dispute withe charges... not that big a deal !! people want the color they want.. when they don't get it - you must refund or change the order to be the correct color at no charge. their mistake the onus is on them to correct it at their cost. how did we get to a customer service doesn't matter world.. they get your 5... to how ever much money and then won't back their product and refuse customer service... companies will do this over small amounts of money.. short sided and hopefully costs them their business.

I ordered and paid for product Never received
The shipped my items to a fictitious address. Ups said they could recover package. Seems they got paid and told me it was delivered to the wrong address and that was delivered so no refund. Run like *** these are scammers and no customer service

Just received our order for 4300 bracelets and could not be happier. Customer service was perfect, communication was thorough and timely, order arrived in plenty of time, and quality and price was great. Special thank you to Tina and her staff. WBPromotions ripped me off!
My hard earned $$ taken by this company and they were less than kind about it. The man I spoke with tried to make out like it was my fault. I received incorrect quotes from them, paid and then did not receive my products. I don't make much so this really hurt my pocket book. To say the least I now have nothing to offer my family and friends for Christmas. This was my splurge. Shame on you WBPromotions for not being an honest company! Shame on you for your rude and vulgar insults! Shame on you for not standing behind your products, your quotes and delivering products when promised! I will NOT be back, nor would I recommend allowing this company to have access to your phone # or credit card #. You will regret it. Also, their products are not made in the USA. They are processed in China and shipped. If you are unsatisfied it will either be blamed on the factory or you. They will not take responsibility!

Horrible customer service - possible scam
Ordered gel bracelets and was immediately charged twice for the product. They denied it even though I sent them a copy of credit card bill. Parcel was lost in shipping. Visa removed one charge. Ups has paid them lost parcel claim and now they have sent a fake collection agency letter claiming I owe them more (can tell same people writing by very poor English. I will now be asking visa to remove the second charge. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. So far I am out over 400 dollars and have no product. The highlight of all this was speaking to one of the "customer service" people who informed me that only unhappy people write bad reviews. No kidding!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY! FRAUD ALERT! I feel like an *** for not having read all of the negative reviews and fraud alerts on this company, which operates many websites as fronts for the same business. I won't get into the details because a legal case will soon be pending, but they delivered a sloppy, *** product, then refused to refund my money even though their policy specifically states that they will issue a refund if you are not satisfied. They consistently state that they "have to check with the factory" which is in China -- as though they have no responsibility for the products you order from them. No customer service, no ethics, shady business practices.

Wbpromotion.com is a total SCAM!
I ordered wristbands from wbpromotion.com and they supposedly delivered them to my residence, but when I never received them from the company, I wrote them and they wrote me back and said that UPS attempted to deliver them, but that they were refused by someone at my residence (total lie) and that I would need to pay an additional $20 to have them reshipped. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Theses wristbands were a gift from my wife and I to a charity for women who have lost their children and we are completely disgusted by this type of behavior. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a charity, just for their own personal gain.

What a Joke!! Stay far far away
After 3 days of speaking with the company about advertising issues, I was transfered to a manager that identified himself as Jason. After our discussion, and as i told him if they did not resolve the problem I would not remove my complaint from the BBB site. After making this statement he got very hostile and told me "if i was in front of him he would cut me, and *** kill you, you piece of ***" This is not the first time this has happened, 3 years ago I had the same issue with the same guy and was able to work out a resolution with the owner, Azim. These types of threats and misconduct are unacceptable from a companies customer service manager.

Wrist-Band.com STAY AWAY!!!!
I ordered 100+ navy blue and black wrist bands for our youth baseball team's end of season party. They sent black and royal blue. When I inquired about the issue, they apologized and said that it would be fixed immediately. About a week later, someone from their so called "sales dept" sent an email disputing my claim. The party is in 3 days...guess what?...not gonna get the wrist bands!! Additionally, I ordered 3 different sizes. The ones, although wrong, that they did send, were all thrown together in a huge plastic bag. No separation between the sizes!! Now they're telling me that they're NOT sending me the replacement bands. Just bad business and poor customer service! Stay away...too many other competitors with better ratings!!
