Non responsive action from senior customer support
Good afternoon I have been locked out of my GoT game for almost 72 hours. I have submitted numerous tickets and had some responses. It was requested I sent details of the last ten in game purchases I made and then a further 4 with specific dates. I have done this. I have requested a Peace Shield is put in place until the matter is resolved, this request has not been met either. I have spent huge sums of money in order to play the game and feel very let down by WB. This is a matter of urgency as my keep has now been attacked several times. My team mates are also incurring losses whilst trying to protect what I have built. Please could this be rectified as a matter of urgency. I have yet to get a call or text from wb games in regards to this issue. I've tried 3 times to call using the number I was given with no response.

I randomly got locked out of a game that they run and that Ive spent thousands on. (game of thrones conquest) They claim no fault so I try contacting them. No dice, might have better odds contacting leader of North Korea

My WB account for MK Mobile was recently suspended for a reason I have no idea what it could be. Ive put a lot of time and effort into the game for the progress made and all of a sudden this happened and I would love to have my account back. Please look into it and email back ASAP! I lost over 500$ in gear, upgrades, characters and was replaced with less than 200$ worth of stuff
I spent around 500$ for my son within the span of 2 weeks and hes only 8 so I didnt know how to save in iCloud. So all the gear, characters, progress was gone. I got back hardly 200$ maybe even less worth of stuff, I feel scammed and disappointed. Extremely upset and betrayed a loyal customer. Disgraceful

Hogswart Legacy glitched
While playing summoners court: 5, I had saved my character and returned the next day to finish my mission and the glitch won't let me finish my mission or do any other mission. I had tried closing the app and reopening it on my PS5 console but it still went back to the same part and won't let me do any other mission. I hope that wb games can fix the glitch so I may keep playing with my character.
