Asking for a DNA
In November of last year, me and a young lady name April Lynette Pogue. We were together for bout two to three weeks... out the clear blue she said she had missed her cycle, she went to CVS to get a pregnant test. Yes I saw the test, something didn't feel right bout the hold situation two weeks later she sent me a voicemail with a heart beat and I hear her said it's the baby heart beat... I gave her belonging back to her and that it between us, that same day when I departed from her when I made home she was texting my phone for bout a month and a half... at first I was erasing text messaging because I could sleep at night I'm at work my phone going off she was threading me talking bout watch my back I know where live. I have all the text, and she was using other people phone to send me text message it got to the point I had to call the police on her I made a report on her... she wanted somebody to take of her baby, and she trying it on me I want a DNA test on the newborn, and she gave the baby my last name without my consent the name Adonis L Monk...

File a grievance
If anyone ever wants things to change at Wayne county FOC people need to start filing grievances instead of complaining on a public forum that wont do anything to help change things. There are ways to make them accountable for their actions but it requires people to do more than sit behind their keyboards complaining.

I need two to three months of my child support to be mailed
I'm so mad I do not understand Wayne county do not answer the phone they always like to keep you on the phone for hours they don't pick up and they hang up on you and they got the nerve want to stop my child support because I don't have plubic it assistant. Trying for 2 months to get copy of my child support and they won't send it. Smh

I am a male who has primary custody. Previously, other Referees have had sympathy for my child's mother who always claims that everything is unfair. Ms. Scott-Meisel saw right through the victim charade and called it out. It was the first time I saw my ex be silent - she was shocked that her pity plea didn't work. I understand that Ms. Scott-Meisel can come across as harsh, but she is fair. She just doesn't listen to excuses. She wants you to take care of your children and not play games with the other parent. If you aren't on the up-and-up, she is going to call you out. But, if you are handling your business and taking care of your kids consistently, she'll be on your side.

No friends to anyone
For the past 2 years my husband has been dealing with the incompetent people who “work” at FOC. He has been waiting for 2 years for these people to withhold payment from his checks. Meanwhile he’s been making Payments directly to his ex. While keeping all copies of payments. Now in the past 6 months he has payed up 6 months in advance. So he is way ahead. Now they finally decide to take the money from his checks after he’s payed so Far I’m advance and then Say according to their Records he’s in arrears. I’m pretty sure infants could run that piece of crap death trap Building better then the incompetent people that are there. I’ve had to deal with FOC I’m Another co. It’s nothing like Wayne co. Payments are being deducted for child support from the father, but I have not received any of them after May 2, 2019. Can anyone explain why?

Things that make you question FOC
I have talked with several moms who feel slighted by the very court that was suppose to help us as single moms left to fend for ourselves and children. I have dealt with FOC since 1999. I have not recieved nearly as much as FOC has taken from the other party, it makes me question if the FOC is more in business for themselves than singles moms/dads that are trying to make ends meet. It would be different if I were the only parent that had this complaint, but there are several asking the same question...where did/does/will the child support payments go to if not the parents who would not waste time going to the courts just to be slighted as they have already been (in many cases) , by the non-costudio parent. Whats really going on?

Too long of wait time to speak with anyone
Every time i call this pos place im hold at least an hour evey time. Like i have nothing to do but be on hold all damn day.... get off your *** and answer the phone. No approx wait time anymore. All of the customer services reps are very rude. Worst place ever is wayne county foc.... get it togther peeple damn! Hiring more people do something because this wait time is as bad as waiting at secretary of state smfh

Can’t get any answers
I filed a motion to increase child support in June 2018. I got a court date for August 2018. I had to wait till January 2019 for the new order to get enforced. Once I saw I wasn’t getting what was ordered I called and found out the order was for a increase in childcare ( which I didn’t ask for) and as many times as I called down each rep gave me a different excuse of what was going on. So now I have to file AGAIN, pay AGAIN, and take off work AGAINfor Wayne County CS incompetence. They should ha e been sued!!!
