Hi. Am a regular consumer of your big food chain, and never been disappointed till today , i went to store #5296. 1900 w international speedway blvd.daytona beah.fl.34114. My surprise i went to get a soda from the fountain machine and bummmmm no cups at all i asked the clerk and the answer was you have to pay for it before you can piur your drink and then make the line again if you purchase something else!!! WHATTTTT? YOU WASTING MY TIME AND CrEATING A HUGE INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND OTHER CUSTOMER. THE ANSWER WAS THATS THEIR POLICY AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT! I ASKED MANAGER HOW COME ALL OTHER WAWAS ACROOS THE COUNTRY DONT DO THIS AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER...MADE ME FELT LIKE I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG I DECIDE TO PAY FOR MY FOOD AND LEAVE THE PREMISES. I WILL TRY TO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR ANY STORE RELATE TO THIS POLICY .YOU CAN JUST DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH MY TIME BY MAKING ME DO DOBLE LINES AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IF AM ABOUT TO STeal a PLASTIC CUP. So DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR POLICY AND IMPROPER TRAINING I THINK WAWA CAN DO BETTER !!

Terrible Sandwich
Good thing I didnt mind that red stuff on my very sloppy sandwich bc I didnt order it. Im writing the legal dept bc its the one I'm defaulted to ... again, I didnt ask or want this to go to the legal dept but that's the only address I get no matter what link I click. You should advertise the sandwiches as a mess instead of a picture of them neat. I couldnt even take the sandwich apart and eat just one slice of bread because everything came off the sandwich when I tried to do that. The sandwich was A MESS to eat. I will NEVER get it again and likely will NOT get food from WaWa again. Ill go back to coffee only

There was red stuff on the sandwich I've never had before and didn't order I went back to see if it came on the sandwich and I missed it, but that's not what happened. Plus the sandwich was A MESS to eat and to look at

Was over charge and got sick from
me and my daughter went to Silver Springs over here in Ocala, Florida. It was store number 5336 and they turn around. I ordered the Sandwich and my daughter on her Paniti and. My Sandwich I got home. The bread was hard as a rock and then I got sick from the meat. And I was overcharged. They charge me $27 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, and then didn't give me a receipt.

I got really sick and couldnt really get to work as recommended but I really love my job and its a awesome place to work everybody is like family and would recommend Wawa to anyone

Physically threatened by security officer
It's 6:15 in the morning on a Friday.. I have been coming to this Wawa since it opened some years ago... i spend lots of money in this store every single day... Plus I am a disabled 50 year old woman who's homeless.. I'm not a thief and I'm not a liar. This morning I was ran off and trespassed from the property because I don't have a car to sit in to drink my coffee.. however everybody else in the Free world is allowed to sit at Wawa and drink their coffee in the morning.. but because I'm homeless I was singled out and harassed by security I recommend you don't go to this Wawa I recommend going to Cumberland farms up the street instead

I was lied to when the employee at the counter told me my money with the right back on my card within a day and it’s been three but I will get my charge back and I need that money. I need answers
A charge back to my account. I need to speak to someone now. I was told that the chargeback could go back on right away and thats why I perceived charge myself 25 dollars again but still never got my original 25 back yet.

I own the property on side and rear of store 486. I am having problems with your tras coming into my property. Thousands of pieces of trash not exaggeration on rear and side I can provide pictures if you need . land scappers cut right over them making smaller and blow over fence .Maybe a taller fence would help? Please address issue so I don't have to go to township and complain.

Discrimination and Disparate Treatment and Informed staff would stab me
On June 08, 2023 at Wawa store located 1250 H St NW, Washington, DC 20005 approximately 5:30pm, Wawa staff informed verbatim " when I stab you" while in an argument after a different Wawa staff instructed me verbatim to go " *** in the alley after I inquired about using the restrooms. The staff then name, -called numerous derogatory names including "n*$$a" ( n-word ) , crackhead, and numerous other vulgar and disrespectful words. The Wawa staff that informed I would be stabbed went to the kitchen area where knives are obviously located. I immediately contacted emergency services- 911 The staff lied to law enforcement without being aware I have the entire occurrence recorded. The recording begins prior to me entering the store because I was assisting an individual to locate their lost phone and purse. This offense is so debilitating that I can not memorialize the remaining of this horrific incident that is caught on recording. My police #CCN#: 23-0*-*** I was given a report number after calling Wawa +180********. The number given to me was CS0606575. This individual refused to provide the General manager and Area manager contact info.

Yesterday I went to buy a sandwich croissant melt she tell me is not unable to make because is no crews member to do also I went to get a smoothie frozen and the crew member she be rude to me when I m overthere is not nice to doing that to the customer talk that way and be slow to prepare the food and drink

The muslim chick making the smoothies at the Cheltenham wawa is the absolute worst!! Terrible attitude to go with terrible smoothies! I'd never go to another wawa ever again if this was my only wawa experience.

Food quality, chicken not fully cooked !!
I ordered a chicken sandwich last night. I love Wawa and get MTO quite often. I ended up being too tired so I put my sandwich in the fridge and put it in the oven the next day. Even after it being in the oven , the chicken was white /pink and it was obvious it wasnt fully cooked. This has never happened to me. Everythings always been amazing !! But I had to throw it away because its not healthy. I wanted to reach out incase a fryer or something isnt working right and nobody gets sick.

Extremely poor experience
Every night I get off work I get a latte from the wawa on 601 Ogletown rd Newark Delaware 19711 and half the time they cant follow instructions on thc up and make what I ordered I tried talking with the managers but they dismiss the issue disrespectfully and refuse to correct the issue and they wait until 10 pm to clean the coffee machine Im a chef when I get off I want a latte and I want it made right theres no ripping me off because Ill know Im bringing this to your attention because the next person isnt gonna be so kind so if you could get back with me Id be glad to inform you how to run your business if it means I can get off work and just get what I pay for as it should be and I got names of all the people who are terrible and incapable of making drinks Ryan and Teresa just for starters but really its the entire night crew and not just that location
