No complaint, Very happy customers. They go beyond what they are supposed to and leave no pieces of trash in the yard. They are always with a smile and have a good day as they leave to go to their next yard for trash pick up. Best trash pick up fellows I have ever had for years and I am almost 75.

I live on the beach-side in Daytona Beach, FL. I would like to commend Kelvin Lewis and Rodrick Bartley on Truck 133105 for always doing an exemplary job. I am a widow and they are helpful & kind.

I certainly do not have any complaints, Kelvin Lewis and Rodrick Bartley on Truck 133105 are always polite and respectful. I hope that they continue to service this area for many years to come.

bebeI am shocked that people write nasty reviews, I have lived here at 13 Putter Drive for 2 years and 1 month, and her helper is Joseph. I always try to give them soda which they appreciate. I even saw her mentioned in the newspaper and saved the article. I used to live at 1 Bradley Place for almost 4 years, sold that home and live here now. I have never had any complaints about your service, and also had great workers there also. They all know me and my friendly dog who loves them too !,,I may be contacted and am not related. I look forward to trash day, and so does my dog, he is funny and hears them coming, and runs to the garage. He is big, and cant wait to greet them. I love Johndras smile, and her so ever polite ways, a great asset to your company and us here. thanks for your service.

*** poor service

We have only been with waste pro for less than 2 months and already have missed us twice this week March 13th 2023 missed Monday I called Tuesday morning said they would have a truck out to us Thursday Thursday no truck Friday morning I called told us they would have one by the end of the day it's now 6:30 Friday evening no truck Way to go to keep your word. Absolutely horrible service.

Garbage Service Inadequate and Needs Major Improvements

My Garbage was not picked up two times over the past three weeks. We live in a subdivision where the Home Owners Association would like you to not have the lid sticking up which many people do and I do not being courteous of any type of trash falling out, or getting loose. They Need a little, or better service in this are as it seems to be a ongoing problem that I had not had before with the previous company.- Hammond, Louisiana!

They need a better logistics process

many people pay for the garbage service as is fair and there are people in the area who use the service and do not pay for it and they have been like this for years, I filed my complaint and commented on the situation that is happening, and they tell me that there are people who still have not received it The garbage company's containers have arrived, that's why they use other containers while the company ones arrive, but they have been using containers that are not from the company for years, it is not logical, obviously they do not pay for the service, and not for people like that They improve their service, and they increase the cost for those of us who pay for it, they should have a control of ships in the containers and thus see if who pays who doesn't so they would have better control and a better service, the person who answered my call How was he not amused that I commented on this? How can it be possible that after you tell them what is happening they take it badly?

Brandi Mason and helper.

Brandi Mason is a driver who service my home with recycling. She doesnt leave the can in my drive way. Her and helper has a unique with the way they turn every can a certain way. Waste pro can depend on excellent when it comes to these two.

Dishonest when signing up for trash service

Worst business, deceitful office personnel. The trash pick up is great. The dishonest office personnal is where my issue lies. When signing up for waste pro I was never told there would be a $3 paper invoice fee, $12.75 environmental recovery fee, $21.17 fuel recovery residential fee. So my $79.68 waste pro trash pickup cost is actually $113.60 when you add all their fees which waste pro does not tell you about. The office girl is a rude unprofessional employee. So they say I signed up for trash removal on 8/31/2022. I receive an invoice dated 9/20/2022 in the amount of $179.20. So waste pro makes you prepay three months ahead of time for their service. What a scam waste pro has going.

They Are the worst

They are our city's waste management contract, but they won't pick up select trash, then say there will be an additional fee. In my case $300 dollars to pick up tree limbs! This is BS and is wrong. Palm Coast will find a new waste management group soon! Good luck waste Pro

Bullying behavior from the Chief Operating Officer

rneAfter complaining for 2+ years about poor service and our recycling being combined with trash, i reached out the the COO of the company. Not only did he insult my integrity, he gaslit me and claimed that I was a coward for not wanting to enter into another lengthy conversation with his staff. Now he and his mignons are saying that they will raise the rate of trash and recycling pickup of our entire neighborhood (dead-end rural street). Pathetic.

No trash pick up

I've had service for a little over a month now, and they have failed to pick up my trash twice already. Not reliable. They make excuses and do not keep their end of the responsibility, while I, the customer keep mine and pay for their services. They need to be fined a stiff penalty for every time they fail to comply. Their service sucks.

Pick up

I called on Monday and they stated that I would have a pick-up/drop off on that Tuesday. I received a call from several bosses saying that the container has not been picked up and I stated that it would sometime during the day. Well they did not pick up. Called this morning and was told it would be today (the truck broke down yesterday) and that is why they did not make it. Ok well another boss contacted me about it so I called again just to verify it would be today. Welp I got a different answer and that we would not be picked up until tomorrow. These folks must not speak to each other or they do not record statements they make to customers. Its a *** way to do business. No wonder they want a contract just so when we get sub par service we have no choice but to deal with it.

Lousy service

Went out at 8am this morning to bring my trash cans back in and found that a bear had knocked them over in the night so WastePro just drove by and left them. I called WastePro to let them know I would clean and right them, and would they please schedule to have them emptied. I was informed No, I asked her to speak to a supervisor, she spoke to two and both said No, they arent responsible for wildlife. I said that I am not responsible for wildlife either, but I pay WastePro for a service that I did not get, they said Too Bad, go to Ace Hardware, buy a bear lock and modify their trash cans Well, why dont your trash cans come with wildlife locks since you dont pick them up but once a week? Did I say I hate the terrible service that WastePro does provide, or chooses not too?
