Need a new recycle bin, old one has broken lid

Still need a new bin or repair the lid. My wife talked to someone in the maintence dept who said they would replace the lid sometime this week

Cancelling my service

All of a sudden youve become way to inconsistent on times you pick up. Used to be able to count on pick up mid to late morn. Now itssometimes before 8a last week it was 7a - that doesnt work for me

Not happy with the service

The glass container was not picked up almost three weeks in a row. I called so many times the costumer service and each time I was told that it will be picked up. I'm so frustrated!!! So unhappy with these missed pickups! And it happened not the first time!

Trash pick up concerns.. tick off.. need pickup asap!

SOOO FRUSTRATED -Website bad - Phone service bad - NEED NEW SERVICE PLEASE HELP

I have spent over 4 hours trying.. trying so hard to set up new service. I build satellites for NASA and can't figure out your systems.. I can't talk to a human. I can't chat. I cant use the app. Nothing works! Can a human please please reach out to me? ASAP. I need trash services. Residential. Permanant services. I can't believe how hard this is. I am trying to give you my money. I have tried calling. Says 5 mintues, sit on hold for 1 hours.

I just rented this place at one. April and I called to get a recycling trashcan delivered on 5 April. After that I called three more times and still no trash, cans delivered.

I called 7 June recycling trash can. . still no trashcan. I called back on the 17th and they said it would be delivered today. No trashcan still the 21st.

I have never engaged in business with with such a disorganized and incompetent company as Waste Management.

Too many missed pickups, poor customer service (the last time, I waited almost an hour on the phone to speak to someone), they promised to pick up the next day, which Ed turned out to be the last day before regular pickup, even after customer service rep said they would be out the next day, then the next, then the nextthe website is a disaster as well as the automated help line. Its only a vicious circle, sending you back each time.

Terrible Experience

I am a new customer through waste management in hamilton county and have called three times about a missed pick up. Each time I have been told they would provide service that day but no one comes by to collect the trash. After calling for the final time I was advised to "just wait" until my normal trash day. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up for this terrible service! We will be switching companies today!

Complaint against driver

As I was leaving for work this morning: I was turning down my alley to go to Laramie and your driver comes barreling down the alley so I can't turn in the alley of the 5200 block between Diversey and Wolfram so I backup to go down Wolfram to Lockwood ant stop in front of the alley when this dude comes barreling dow the alley and stops inches from my car. Then has the nerve to take pictures of my license plates and tells me he's going to get a ticket for my car. This guy was barreling I mean driving really fast down the alley I share with Diversey. If you ask me this guy should not be driving so fast down an alley. The time wS 7:27 AM Zip code 60641. Robyn Squire

Awful experience

Website wasn't working, chat operators ended conversations without helping, impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Wasted over an hour trying to sign up for their services. If this is what it is like when you're trying to give them money, imagine what it would be like after they already have your money...

*** poor customer service if You can call it that

I am sure if a person answered the phone before an hour of being on hold I could resolve this problem. Not just 1 occasion. Unable to get through after several attempts. They really don't need a phone number. Can We go lower than 1 star?

I need to know if my payment went through

I need to talk to a real person. I have paid my bill on full and I am getting invoices saying I still owe money. The payments have come out of my bank account. Bot I am still getting bills that I still owe money. I can't get a real person to help me with this problem. I have been on hold for over an hour and on answered I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over 3 hours. This is ridiculous.

I paid my bill on full but I still am getting a biil

I paid my bill of 61.50 on 5/17/24 and another one for 5.00 on June 6/7/23 both have come out of my banking account. Why am I getting another bill saying I owe 61.42. so I have paid a total of 66.50. Why am I still receiving a bill for 61.42. I am paid up. It would be nice to talk to a person. I waited on the phone for 1 hour and 3 minutes and got sick of waiting. I called or 4 times with no success. I need a number to talk to a live person so this can get cleared up. I wasted over 3 hours of my time trying to get a hold of a person. This unacceptable

Damage to property

I have video of of one of your trucks damaging my property They took the turn too tight and rolled over a boulder and also knocked down a reflector stick in front of the rock, it has created a large pothole and mound of sod and destroyed the reflector I would like someone to come fix it I have video and pictures of the event/damage if needed

Pick up times

Ive lived at my residence less than 3 months at 163 Cedar Street Flatwoods WV and my trash pickup is supposed to be on Tuesdays today the automated call that I made said the trash would be picked up on 06/20/2023 between 2:10 pm and 5;10 pm and it was never picked up!!! Not the first time this has happened!!

Not as advertised

Website states recycling picked up weekly when its actually every other week. Switch recycling to every week and green to every other week with all the fraught resistant landscape in so cal . its difficult with all the on line ordering to clean out recycled articles every other week. Cans over flowed and when dumping leaving trash on the street.
