After finally getting through to someone great response!

Kenny Rees contacted me and responded to my complaint right away. Wednesdays missed pick up was picked up within the hour. Was not the regular scheduled driver but was very polite and explanatory. Did not get his name but thanks to him and to Kenny.

Continually missed back door pick up service

Continually missed pick up. Been paying for back door service for years and having to complain many many times of missed service. Can never get it fixed. Communication evidently doesnt get to driver.

Don’t use them

Driver refusing to pick up trash even when my bills are paid. Called local office twice and still nothing had been done

Shysters!!

Greedy!! Poor service!! They want you to sign a contract that only benefits them. If at all possible, don't do business with them!! No one is with the company very long, so nobody cares.

Driver complaint

I was backing out of my garage this morning & saw the Waste Connections truck had already moved past my home. I live in a clu-de-sac with a center island. I backed out the opposite direction of the truck to proceed down the street & he sped ahead of me & stopped in order to pick up trash. This is a narrow street, he knew I needed by, but yet he did not pull over to the right & stay in his lane. I went around him, but on my left were landscape boulders & snowplow indicator sticks. I was brushing up again the sticks because I was as far left as I could go. Going around the truck, the step that protrudes on the rear driver side of the truck punctured my tire. As it deflated, it also tore off/loose the rear fender of my car. The driver & assistant seemed to think it was funny. The driver said it wasn't his fault. (It WAS his fault because he was obstructing the driving lane.) I told him that he was too far over & he said that I could have told him to move. I will now have to purchase a new set of tires (will ruin differential by only replacing one). + body work for repair/replacement of fender. This is not a small issue. 3/12/23 No response from this company.

No pick up in 3 months.

I had contract with revolution.its a very good company. pickup on time. 4 months ago waste connection bought ouver. its 180 degree change. no pickups. call & email several times, still no pickup. customer service is terrible. keep telling me the gps show the truck was there. I saw the truck go by but did not stop to pickup the waste

No rating, at least once a month we don’t get our trash picked up and I have to call. Today they are sending all calls to voice mail!

My dumpster had a broken lid, They replaced it with the wrong size, and I had to wait over a month to get the correct size.

No one will help any other way

I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting consistently and when I call I always get someone to say there going to help but never fixes the problem pretty sad these days people just take your money and treat you any kind of way after words

Fed up with non-continuous service

They keep canceling pickup because of weather. Which is complete bull. You expect my money monthly I expect my service to be completed weekly. I should not have to have trash building up because you were neglecting services but still collecting funds! I hope that our county switches back to the other trash service we had your services are horrible! I want to speak with somebody as soon as possible this is getting out of hand the weather is not even that bad outside!

Missed trash collection and very poor customer service

They have failed to pick up trash or recycle four times in past two months. Impossible to talk to anyone. Have called several times . Left messages but no response, or have been cut off without being able to leave message.

What day is my pick?

My pick up day has Tuesday. I received a call and a post saying pick up day was changed to Thursday no show both days. In the past it has been picked up every other week is that what it is going to be in the future?

Very unhappy with service and management

Upon review of our billing we noticed that fees were creeping up and when we checked around locally we found that they were charging 73% more across the board. We tried to cancel our service as we could no longer afford the service, they said okay, but you will have to pay for an additional 9 months as your contract rolled over and is for 5 years. And that was before the Covid-19 pandemic. We have had to shut our doors for 2 months, lay off all of our staff and still they will not let us terminate. In fact they have now not picked up for 7 weeks and will not allow us to remove the bins from our property. This is now becoming a health situation. They are a shameless and dishonest company. I never leave reviews but I am just so frustrated and astonished at the level of "gangster" from this company. Had to hire a lawyer I cannot afford.
