I’ve been trying to get in touch with somebody to cancel my subscription
I just do not have the time to watch the net work at all I have given plenty of donation and Ive tried to cancel many of times and have not been able to get in touch with anyone or get anyone to return my emails to cancel I have even tried to lock my credit card but the funds still get taken out somebody please contact me back I would appreciate it thank you

Customer Service won't answer ne.
I've been trying to reachout to customer service to make a return for a week now and iv emailed them several times. It's been over a week now and I haven't even heard back from them. Pretty frustrating. Like the vids and content but there customer service for there online store needs alot of work.

I've ordered multiple items from them. Until today, my last order was in 2021 and i still carry 2 items everyday. Yesterday i decided to make another purchase and had an issue wi5h my poet points. Sent an email and they fixed the problem with in 2 hours (on a Friday no less). They take care of their customers

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. A gentleman named Heath contacted me from WPS and apologized and we ultimately came to a mutual agreement.
He was understanding and accepted responsibility.
That is all anyone can ask. His outreach and candor earned my future business back.

My wife ordered two knives as a gift for me. Upon arrival shipping packaging was in good condition but the contents were in unbelievably poor condition. It had to have been placed in shipping package damaged prior to shipment. I have tried to contact them at least five times without ability to speak with someone (no phone number available)or receive a reply to messages/emails. Disgusting/non-existent customer service added on top of disrespect of knowingly shipping item(s) in horrendous condition.

I love what this company stands for and the gear itself as reviews are amazing however how is it that it takes almost 2 months to ship an empty ankle kit. I tried to cancel my order and their automated messenger tbh kinda sucks no way to contact a live phone # is ridiculous but overall I still love warrior poet society just my two cents

Poor customer service
I ordered a shirt on 12/8/22. The shirt was to small. I asked for an exchange and WPS finally responded on 2/1/23...They included there supplier on the email chain who responded that I would have to pay restocking fee and return shipping...If you look on there website it is stated. "Apparel/shirt exchanges: You can exchange your WPS apparel for a new size or color of the same item anytime within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, we will not be accepting returns in used condition. All returns must be in like new condition. To request an exchange please contact our support team." There is no mention of any restocking or return shipping expense...They are now dumping this on there supplier...Shame on you WPS...You have just lost a customer...

Clinch Pick Sheath Ruined
I paid over $100 for a clinch pick about a year ago, and a dog chewed it to bits. I liked the knife, but I need a new sheath, and I see no way to order one. How can I get one?

Awful customer experience
I like John's media content, but WPS customer service is anything but. They shipped me the wrong size item. Then said they would send the correct size. Then did not. Then asked how they can help. All along they refused to talk by phone and refused to bring in John or Evan for support. So we just went in nonsensical loops by email where the person would say things like "I can fix this for you if you'd like." ...well of course I'd like! But then they would not do anything to actually fix it. AWFUL experience and will never purchase from WPS again.

Be careful when you win something and then have to pay through PayPal in order to receive your shipment. Just another form of the African prince scam. No response to cancel subscription request
Initially recd 3 months free subscription to Watch WPS from son as a gift. Initially enjoyed it, and continued sub by registering at site and signing up with credit card info. Around mid October, attempted to cancel subscription from website, but cancel subscription link was dead. Messaged company via their site as instructed, and requested cancellation. Never heard anything, and cc was charged on 10/21. Attempted 2 more times to cancel subscription (dead links) as well as messaging 2 more times, before November 21 came around. Never heard anything back, and today, 11/21, cc was charged again. Just went to website, and was FINALLY able to cancel because link to cancel was not dead. I do not recommend starting any subscription to Watch WPS, as it is too difficult to cancel.
