I WANT MY MORTAL KOMBAT 1 BETA ACCESS CODE

I pre-ordered mortal Kombat 1 the collector's edition physical copy on Walmart.com and I never got my beta access code Walmart has been uncooperative giving me my passcode they said that they called Warner Brothers and told me Warner Bros has no clue about mortal Kombat 1 or the beta access code however Warner Brothers says on Twitter to contact your retailers I'm a very unsatisfied customer and I will be suing if I never get my access code. This has been an absolute nightmare and I will never pre-order anything from Warner Brothers or NetherRealm Studios or Walmart again if I do not get my access code

Are super disrespectful. They can see your frustrated and stressed with your situation but don't care. Email them all you want they won't respond. What makes them terrible is that they don't care about their fans or anything like that. They don't deal with disputes they make them worse. I'm super angry and you will be too while dealing with them.

i apparently have stock in Warner Bros but cannot find one person to help live does exist!! the dumb on line chat goes around in circles it terrible.AT&T sold off the company to them and I cannot find out who is holding my stock what broakage firm. Just trying to get an answer for 3 hours now.

I bought Lord of the Rings 4K extended edition and digital copy was expired
Today I went to target and bought The Lord of the Rings 4K extended edition for $84 peri bought it because I wanted the digital copy. The 1st copy I brought home the digital copy wasn't even in there. The 2nd copy I brought home it was already expired. Now when you say something as a digital copy it shouldn't be expired when you buy it you should at least have a chance or one day to redeem it. I reached out to their customer service and they didn't care. When you tell me that I'm gonna get something when I spend $84 I expect to get that. It's not OK to have a digital copy advertised and it's already expired. They have it on Amazon but now I'm worried about buying it because that 1 might be expired.

I do NOT like ads with my HBO streaming service
I am already paying for this service so why do I have to sit through commercials while viewing my video content? I may cancel my HBO subscription. I would be willing to pay a few dollars more per month for my subscription in order to go ad free. I don't recall that you warned you customers re: this change. I did not receive any notices in advance of this change.

Hi batman animated series disc 9 won't work tried in various blu ray players nothing works disc is clean and no scratches was a Christmas gift so can't take back to shop would like a replacement disc thank you.

Recently ordered Shawshank Redemtion online. Dvd received was in Shawshank cover. The dvd inside was Midway. Any waybto fix this for me? Supplier unable to help. Thank you.

Online order of a WB dvd arrived in the correct cover. However, the did inside the cover was not the correct one.,. I.E., ordered Shawshank Redemption received MidWay.

I watched it on "ivi" (it's russian Netflix) because in Russia you can't watch it anywhere,but today the warner brothers contract with Russia for streaming ended. And I understand that maybe you don't want to work with Russia but can you please extend the contract I can't watch this show anywhere except "ivi" (he's not online) it's very important to me I love this show very much as "friends". I One or the other has a ad for the release of Gotham knights. Now me being a big fan I. In the US this games comes out on the 21. But one of yall posted a add for a sweepstakes. Now heres the flip. In the sweepstakes you all promote watch trailer to get 1 entry. After it says I quote: NIW PLAY GOTHAM KNIGHTS FROM 10/11 - 11/27 FOR AN ADDITIONAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY* (play now) takes you to game. Even if you bought game you still do not have access. Whats going on?

I've got several accts in gotc this particular one is quite big and due to being unemployed i was unable to purchase packs. Now for some unknown reason I can't access my acct. And all I get is computer generated gobbledygook. And when I can only provide 3 packs bought because of being broke they close my case. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WB AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICESTAY AWAY
