Wardrobe boxs

All items ordered on time,,very happy, But I am a lady on my own and packing up my belongings,,,unfortunstly no i instructions on how to put together said boxs, can anyone out there help please. Spoke to very nice chap on the phone but hv not been able to log onto their site in order to follow their instruction on how to put boxs together.

Do not order from this company

Ordered 4 bags to cover mattresses , settee and armchair, order arrived and consisted of only 2 bags , no sizes on them so had to guess what they were for , emailed to say half my order was missing , so the rest was dispatched a few days later . I was absolutely got smacked at the state of the cardboard box , it looked like it had been kicked round until it was all split open , the sellotape was hanging off and the bottom was hanging out and it was beyond belief , the two bags that were inside were screwed up and just shoved in the box . 22 quid I spent on four *** thin inferior polythene bags . What an absolute rip off company !!!!!!!

Horrific !!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

did not sent items I ordered, had to chase them up to find out what was going on......ordered 5 items at the same time and came as 4 separate deliveries. piano wheels was lost and not delivered on time resulting in us having to pass a job on to someone else, loose void fill finally was delivered after 15 days, ordered 425 litres and they sent me a small bag that had been taped up. Absolute joke of a company, avoid at all costs. they will rip you off and cost you money. Also I had to ring 4 times to find what was going on, I was on hold 25-40 mins every time.

Worst Experience Ever

The most unprofessional, unreliable, disorganised and frustrating company I've ever used!!! All I wanted was 1 TV box to transport my 60" TV during house move.. Delivery was initially sent out without informing me so no surprise that no-one was at home to collect, from here problems occurred. I wanted c. 20mins on the phone to get through to customer service, then when the call was answer a very rude lady dealt with my query, she couldn't find the order and was put out to be dealing with me! We arrange re redeliver at a convenient time, I made sure I was home that day. The delivery never arrived. I call up. Wait another 20mins to get through. No explanation as to why the item did not arrive. I mention that its getting close to moving day, same lady assures me it will be delivered the following Monday (day before we move). Delivery never arrived!!!! And the customer service cycle starts again... So we were left to move a 60" TV with no Box.. and currently hoping the refund comes through, otherwise we'll dispute the transaction via our bank

Worst company ever !!

Placed order Wednesday to arrive next day, Saturday and still not here I will be cancelling the order on my CREDIT CARD! After 45 mins on the phone to you and given a fact tracking number and company I believe you are a scam company Never in 25 years of business have I dealt with such a poor and rude company I wouldn't be surprised if your business was to go bust !! People like you should not have the right to be on google and I'll be reporting you to hem as well as making sure your name / names are all over my twitter amd Facebook so they will be on google shortly too!! Scam !

Bad service

Useless costumer service, I've been try to contact them for two days on the phone non stop and I wrote more than 5 mail no answer at all...

Awful

The order didn't show up on time even though they offer next day delivery so I had to cancel it and asked for a refund. It took them several month (not days) to get it sorted and the person on the phone didn't say sorry even for once. Never order from them again

Bad attitude and sighing, No refund been waiting a month

No replies to emails , calls not being answered. After two weeks of trying i finally get though . Bad attitude and sighing because i want a refund for an order which has not been delivered going back to the 25th May ( Today is 28th June ). How do these people get jobs in customer service when their default position is "what do you want me to do about it ?" Avoid dealing with these people. You have been warned or make sure you pay with paypal so you can get your money back when you have a problem. Not if you have a problem but when you have a problem. If i had seen these reviews before hand i would never have ordered from them. We live and learn .

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I was guaranteed next day delivery and included a note that I would be at work so please just leave the boxes by my front door (I live in a very secure gated building...not worried about someone stealing boxes) and instead a delivery guy calls me at 11am to tell me that he can't leave them and someone has to sign for them. Who is home at 11:00 on a work day?? He then hangs up on me, frustrated because of the language barrier. I then spend the next several days trying to get ahold of someone in customer service when finally (five days later) an unpleasant woman offers no apologies or explanations and simply says they can try to get it to me tomorrow. I ask for a refund instead to which she says, 'Sure I guess', in the most bored voice you've ever heard and that's it. No compensation for the fact that now I have 24 hours to pack and no boxes, no guarantee of when I'll get the £80 back, nothing. All over CARDBOARD BOXES.

No Response

The boxes ordered arrived as scheduled but once unpacked damage was found on the lids of two out of the three boxes. Sent an email to customer services including send photos of damage. There was an initial response requesting information about number of crates, to which I responded. There was no response to the initial email and there has not been any response to any of the many follow up emails. I am unable to get any response from the customer services, which seems to be a consistent issue with this company. I'd go elsewhere if you want any sort of customer service.

Wanna Pack Delivery Service Review

A very bad service!!! I've order some boxes and I've not received these! I've ask for a refund and the customer service has said me that the driver has delivered in my way but to another resident and it is not possible to redeliver to me my order and not possible to refund me money paid! Very bad service!" And absolutely an unuseful customer service!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY APPALLING

Ordered boxes and paid for express next day delivery received a shipping invoice with number to track my parcel. Needless to say boxes never arrived tried to track to be told that number is incorrect as not enough digit. After being on hold for ages to Wanna Pack was told the boxes were out of stock and were awaiting delivery. I asked how I a shipping order - I was told it was an error. I asked why the money was taken - was told that's also an error and will be processed and back in my account in 14 days. I said the money was taken within 1 day so I expect the money back in 1 day she hung up on me. Appaling PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and experience what i have today

Time Wasters. Appalling Customer Service!

Ordered some boxes, delivery arrived but it was wrong, wrong size of product and wrong quantity. I called, and was asked to email. Emailed. 3 days later I got a response that my order would be with me on Tuesday. Ok. Delivery arrived. Late 1 day should I add. Wrong again! Same product that arrived before, just more of it this time. I called again. After a wait on hold I was told 'the item you ordered has to be made bespoke', 'ok, soooo what's that got to do with me getting the wrong order, twice?', 'so would you like us to make those boxes for you?', 'what do you think? I was just ordering for the fun of it? I want what I ordered. Just send me what I ordered.' Is it just me or is that a little poor? Where they purposely sending me out the wrong thing? Did they think I would have just accepted 4 boxes for over £100? or the 16 boxes the second time... Doesn't matter... Back on track, the guy said I'd have them by Tuesday. Great. Tuesday came and went, tried numerous times to get in touch on Wednesday, no answer. Got through on Thursday, 'ok, we'll need to get the agent who was dealing with that to call back at 1pm. 1pm came and went. I called again at 2pm, couldn't get through. I received a call just after that thankfully. 'I'm sorry but we can't get your order out for another 7 days'. Asked for a refund. Cannot trust them at all. Great prices but you'd spend more on your phone and time after ordering than it's worth. Buy from someone else.

Do not use - failing company

I am advising prospective customers that you DO NOT order with this company, they may be going out of business as they are not sending out full stock and are ignoring requests for refunds of non-existent goods. This is classic behaviour of a failing business. We ordered over £100 of boxes from Wannapack in May 2016. We received about two thirds of the order and no contact to say they were sorry that the rest was not forthcoming – I had to chase a response – a refund was promised but never materialised. They then since ignored all communications and have been doing so for a full month now. Apart from the customer service being terrible, I suspect their creditors / suppliers may have pulled the plug. If you order it is therefore reasonable to assume you may not get some / all of your order and lose money.

Rubbish!!

In spite of my asking for confirmation that the packaging I ordered was starch based and receiving an affirmative reply they sent polystyrene and then ceased to reply to further communications. So, I was left with a huge sack of useless stuff to dispose of and £26 out of pocket.

The website is ambiguous about whether the void fill peanuts are polystyrene or starch. I wanted starch, not for packaging but or children to model with (they stick together very well with a little water). Polystyrene would not do. I ordered and received a confirmation e-mail specifying polystyrene void fill. The phone number on the website returned a number not recognised tone. So, I immediately sent an e-mail requesting confirmation that they were starch as described, not polystyrene as illustrated and requesting that in the latter case the order be cancelled to which I received positive confirmation. When they arrived they were not what I wanted, but Wanna Pack have not responded to e-mails. So, I have had to go to Paypal to request a refund. I am still left with a huge sack of rubbish to dispose of, though.
