Question about a drop off .
I wanted to purchase one ticket to Baltimore and 10 tickets to Atlanta but there is only one bus that would accommodate and thats the 10p.m. bus

Bus never came
I was sent a text message that the bus would be 2 hrs. Late. I called the number on the text and was told the bus would be in Hagerstown Maryland between 3:30 am and 3:50 am. I got to there at 3:15 and no bus ever came. I called over 15 times someone only answered 1 time and hung up on me. I just stayed on the phone for 3 hrs and no answer. This company is a fraud and I want my money back. I missed my appointment.

There was driver driving the bus number 9697 on 8/11/23 at 9:44pm in the BQE THAT IS DROVE LIKE A RECKLESS MANIAC!!! Didnt care about any other driver on the high way just cutting in to any space he/she can! There was literally a foot between my car and the car in front of me and the didnt give a damn and force his way in! That is not acceptable mor if you had passengers on the bus! Please investigate this because things cause have been way worst!

the driver who loaded my luggage under the bus lost my luggage i was told file a complaint i did and i never got a call back and no one never contacted me about my clothes where brand new never worn I'm so disappointed in this company and I've never experienced this until June 23 and 24th of 2023 I've made 3 claims and no one got back to me not even given an offer so I will proceed and file a complaintn

I was getting a subway sandwich, one person working the subway line. I have 4 pplz in front of me. As soon as I paid for food, I ran out to side of building and the bus was gone.

I have a big problem on my current trip and the driver doesn't speak English
On my return trip from Wilson, NC to NYC there was only one seat left and the person next to it spilt beer in it prior to me boarding. I told him he should sit in his beer filled seat. He wanted to fight. The Driver spoke no English and would not get involved. Due to time constraints I had to take the only available beer soaked seat. It was a nine(9) hour ride. I want a refund

I purchased 5 tickets for a bus that never showed up. I waited 4 hrs after being yelled at and told the next bus wasnt until 3:30am. (Originally scheduled for 12:15am) I waited and waited and the bus never showed up customer service stopped answering my calls. Im going miss my sisters baby shower. Im very disappointed. The policemen who regularly patrols that area confirms no bus ever showed up. Hes been there since 7:30pm and no bus.

The bus never arrived and no money-back guarantee. I bought 4 tickets for $181 to travel from Washington DC to NY on the 17th of June at 1:30 am. We waited until 4:00 am at a pirate bus stop (in front of a gas station - shell station) and the bus never arrived. We were around 10 to 15 people waiting for the bus, and all of us had different times of departure: 1:30, 2:00 am, and 3:00 am. All of us were the first time using the company. Several of us left by 4:00 am and the bus never arrived. People tried to talk to customer service, support, etc., but no one replied. All of us found the company in different apps, I found it in Wonderu, but definitely, wanda coach is a scam

Logically explanation for missing my bus
Live in Forest City NC, purchased bus ticket schedule for 10:00 pm last night, my rides car broke down & I could not & still have not gotten in touch with anyone to have my ticket rescheduled. This is unacceptable & I will be contacting a lawyer. You do not do people like this.
