Be upgraded
Hello I am not very happy as I had myself and my partner seats booked with TUI and received a email saying we are now flying with Wamos I have never heard of Wamos and the reviews are not good. I want to be upgraded on the flight to cancun on the 30th December 2022. To business class as we both need room as we suffer bad backs. Obviously I booked with a luxury aircraft to be now flying 10 hours on a budget airline. I will try and get refunded the difference but in the mean time can you update our seats.
