Can not send the correct information to receive my free sun glass.

I bought a 22 Walther pistol from Palmetto State Armory. I received the pistol and tried to send the proper pictures to get my free glasses. I received a message from Josh Clark that it was not what he needed to process the glasses. So I dont know what else to do.

Resolved: I own 6 waltzers and thought I loved them until I dealt with customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Walther has finally reached out to me and been awesome the guys answering they’re phones are terrible but if you email them they will be great they have apologized fixed everything and have even sent some free magazines I’ve changed my mind I will continue to do business with Walther.

Im a serious shooter that doesnt have hk pockets so I went with Walter I own 6 after dealing with customer service for plates and red dots as part of the promotion on the pdps Im actually selling all of my waltzers just to switch to another company they are rude on the phone they have flat out lied to me about them being delivered theyre almost impossible to get ahold of and when you do they either lie or are rude and when I asked them about them lying they then called me a liar! Out of pride I will not own or shoot Walter they do make a decent firearm but please whatever you do do not support this company there are so many other companys out theyre that give a *** about you and your hard earned money do yourself a favor and support them even if theyre trigger isnt quite as good out of the box

Sights replacement front.

I love my Walther P22 however, this is the second time my front sight has fallen out. If there is an upgrade to fix this recurring problem I would greatly appreciate having one. Thanks.

Phone "mailbox" full

On 4/18/23 purchased new ccp. Put 64 rounds through the gun on 4/20/2023 then the rear sight came flying off. Drove home immediately filled out ALL the paperwork to send back defective gun. The manner in which on line items must be sent required me to ask my neighbor Computer Science major, to help men input the info. He knew his stuff but most non techies like me 77 yrs. old would have given up. Tried to call customer service 4/21/23, as directed to do BUT mailbox full", then Walther disconnects call. Poor at best, but calculated. Beware of "LIFE TIME WARRANTY". I can not get service after four days.

Not receiving my optic plate

Ive called the costumer service number and nobody answers. Ive been waiting patiently for my optic plate. If this is a professional company, I should receive the plate I ordered. I need it now. They said, 14 to 21 days and Im still waiting. Ridiculous. Ive been excited to purchase this gun but the customer service will not answer. If this proceeds I will tell everyone about this and tell them never to purchase the PDF firearm because you will never receive your optic plate which is promised when purchased. I want my optic plate I ordered when I purchased my gone way over a month ago

Poor service

As per Walther, I ordered a mounting plate for my PDP compact 3 weeks ago. As yet I haven't received it and one Walther rep told me it could be 9 months before they come in!!! I need a type 2 plate for a Bushnell RXS-250 red dot. When I call Walther to verify my plate, they tell me to call Bushnell. When I call Bushnell, they tell me to call Walther!! What a pain in the ---.

Mag base pad for 10 rd Q5 Match SF

No response from customer support. Still waiting for information about magazine base pads for my PPQ Q5 Match Pro 10 round.

Dissatisfaction in service.

I am disappointed in the service I received from you concerning my PPKs 22. During service they replaced the barrel in this gun and now even though it is less than a month old the serial numbers do not match on this gun.

P22 does not always eject rounds. Also can not now depend on a racked round firing.

My P22 is unreliable, it does not eject rounds in a dependable manner. Worked fine for at least 300 rounds of various makes of Ammo. Also will not always fire a racked round fired double action. I use the pistol as a conceald carry weapon. I need it fixed, has beed cleaned. The ejector appears to be part of the problem. Also cannot always clear loaded round when trying to unload the pistol. The ejector claw will not engage the rim of the loaded round. Please advise!!!

Walther P22 CA barrel nut

Walther Arms responded quickly and way beyond my expaectations.

I watched an internet video which showed the P22 being field stripped including removing the barrel nut and sleeve from the barrel. I subsequently followed that procedure and found the barrel nut difficult to remove. Eventually removing forcefully with pliers, I damaged the finish with deep scratches. How can I order a replacement barrel nut for this CA model? I now understand it was installed with locktite.

My complaint is about one of your employes talking to me about the problem of why i cannot release the charging handle on my hammerli tacr1 22c rifle

talked to a employee of your company today about why I cannot release the charging handle on my new purshace on my hammerli tacr1 22c rifle. I explained the problem in a way that as the customer of a new product could. He told me that the ejection port cover or dust cover how to drop to pull the charging handle to rack the bullet to the chamber.take a hammer and tap the right side of the handle while releaseing the left side to pop open the cover. I told him I didn't like this method of buying your new product to get my rifle to the shooting range for a day of fun shooting. HE TOLD ME IN A FEW WORDS OF A DROP KICK TO GET IT STARTED AND NOT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT GUNS. WELL I BE DAMMED I JUST TURNED 76 IN JAN SERVED MY COUNTRY IN VIETIMAN 66-67 AND CAME HOME TO A COUNRTRY WHO HATERED CHILD KILLERS. I JUST WANT TO GET MY RIFLE FIXED OR REPLACED SO I CAN HAVE SOME FUN AT RANGE AND NOT TAKE A DAMM HAMMER TO IT

P22 NOT WORKING

I bought this for my wife and it has not worked correctly since day one. After trying several different ammo types, it still doesn't work. The trigger does not hit the firing pin most of the time and you have to keep pulling it until it does fire (usually three or four times). Totally disappointed in this gun.
