I spoke with Mikefrom Walker Home Security here in Dallas, Texas. What an idiot - do not waste your time or $$$! He blew me off as I just asked him a few questions about his services compared to others(ADT, etc). He basically told me he was the cheapest of the cheap. However, don't ask him if they monitor their system 24 hrs(cause they probably don't). Do not has him response time(12+ seconds - hopefully it be that and the thugs that robbed you are not long gone!) Do not ask about what if a robber cuts the power or telephone time(cause he does not like this question). And certainly do not ask him or tell him about the compeition. He has no programs. This guy sucks as a sales guy and indiciated that he was an owner of the company. Only before he told me to stop asking him so many questions and that he did not prefer to deal with me. So bottom line here is do not sign with Walker Security Servces in Dallas(972-248-****). They as they are in the wrong business. It is about customer service now days not always offering the lowest cost! Customers have lots of choices out there. I encourage all to look around and avoid this company.
