Incorrect order
I ordered the incorrect item and I am still trying to get my ESA letter and nobody is calling me back and I keep getting emails that I cannot respond to.

I had 2 pets I needed a letter for and only received a letter for one and I cant move into my new apartment because I dont have the second letter

Mistake in paperwork
I paid for 2 animals to be put as emotional support animals and only one came up on the letter from the doctor. I will not be able to move in without both of them on there. King is my dog and Taz my cat was not on the letter. Please I need the letter ASAP.

Never got my esa letter and they offer me a refund but not the letter. I dont have time to wait for another 4 weeks to get it.

I have used waggy for a few years. Just recently, they are not recognized by TSA through the airlines ESA dogs are not allowed so I tried to switch to a assistance pet which states thats its allowed to travel from the American disability act. They communicate by robot only via e-mail. They are not understanding my concern. I just want a refund. I have called a few times. No returned voicemail

I call several times , no one answer They got my payment but I never knew was the status of my order, not even answer the email. Hope I got my money back

I asked them for further information regarding one of my emotional support animal that was asked by the Petsecreening platform. They never called me back or resolved my issue. The customer service line never responded when I called them

Fake ESA letters with valid PLC licenses
It was brought to my attention ESA letter from waggy.pet. It is unbelievable what people can do.I went, and I purchased ESA (emotional support animal) letter just to proof how fake the system can be and people are getting away with it. By answering 30 self evaluation questions online, with real licensed doctors signature from Kandi Morris # 79357 that I have never seen in my life and licensed in TEXAS, Oklahoma and other states for the dog MIKO that I don't have and disability that I don't have that is approved by ADA and even better protected by Fair housing laws. Unbelievable deal will get you on airplane to fly with your dog for free, landlords waive pet fees and deposits. Savings after savings only for $98. And if you can't sleep like me, apply any time you want, I got my ESA letter at 4:15am great convenience. I didn't know that it takes only $98 with self diagnoses at waggy.pet to become disabled but years to write laws. Its is my responsibility to report this fake ESA letter purchased from waggy.pet because it is fraud and harm for people with real disabilities and disrespect to the medical community, landlords or your own pet.
