Go daily to Waffle House daily on Haywood road Greenville SC. Employees outside smoking. Came in and refused to wash their hands when asked and proceeded to cuss me out. Way to treat a nurse in uni

Got out of my car. Outside smoking. Inside cook took my order. Waitresses can in and would not wash their hands said they were only doing money now. I am a nurse in uniform and always wash my hands when asked and passed this along. I hear 3 mornings A week. The waitresses cussed me out and I said I would report them

Order took too long to deliver. Online order too president over walk in.

To take an order and another 10 minutes for them to even send the order through the line as a walk-in to go order customer should I take precedence over online orders when the customer isnt there picking up the order Im very disappointed and Ill probably never go back to the store Summerville, South Carolina

Not tStore is nasty. Bench broken almost fell. Very unprofessional. I am a regular to to store 1618 but staff and management has changed and the store is now a disgrace. While I was there and had my issues. One family came in and left because place was nasty another complained food received not cooked and left. This is ridiculous. The cook got mad and said the customer was disrespecting him instead of apologizing for the food. I spoke with the manager Matt and advised the store is nasty and my bench was broken and my waitress new it was broken. 3 cooks and 3 waitresses and manager and store was not busy at all , only 5 tables being used and 2 tables walked out.

I went into waffle House at 12:36 a.m. to the front window ordered a Philly steak bowl it appears to have maybe two orders of hash browns on it burnt one slice of cheese very little steak it was a Philly steak and cheese bowl I've had these repeatedly it comes in a bowl typically and is more than enough for one individual. However I'm very dissatisfied with this waffle House located off Evans Mill road in Lithonia Georgia. The portion that they gave me is not correct the steak is burnt the hash browns are burnt I have one slice of cheese I asked for a one they give me two packets ask for four packets please quote unquote. Please contact me with some sort of satisfaction guaranteed comments. I just began eating my Philly steak bowl found in eyelash blonde in my bowl the cook was blonde she kept wiping her face and sweat on her armband that was going over the grill as she cooked I appreciate it

Disappointed in WH service and appearance

I just left the N Monroe street WH location in Tallahassee FL and I was appalled. The place was filthy. Dirty tables, sandwich bar was covered in spilled cheese and more, waffle dough sitting out not in refrigerator, waffle irons covered with waffle leftovers and not clean at all. I was the only customer and the only female employee told me that she could not wait on me that it was his turn. No name tags were worn by anyone. Grill had not been scraped and the food collection drop by grill and waffle irons were overflowing with food leftovers. Cheryl Marrs 985-373-**** - cell

They mess up order and won’t answer phone and then try to call hot line and can’t do that either. Not good Waffle House. You have to let your customers contact you!

Very unhappy they charge extra for carry out and charge tax on food Togo. Crazy!!! Waffle House use to be the best now not even close

Found a fly in my food

Poor and pitiful pricing food accommodations all the way around was the worst time I've ever had in my life 20 years. I've gotteng to the waffle house. And they try to charge me $2819. A piece $38 is

I've been coming here for 20 years. Never in my life. Have I had to pay $38 for 2 breakfast? Bowls? Very disappointed. Or no Very unhappy with the service and I would like to have. My money back ended up paying $19. A piece for me and my wife.

I was treated rudely at one of your restaurants ‼

I ask was that my food cause it was sitting to the side and ABBy rudely NO, I wasnt talking to her at all, she turned around with her back to me the young lady that I was talking to went to get the order and it was mines so I then said you were really rude cause I wasnt talking to you and then she started yelling and talking back with and attitude. Im pissed off cause I spent $15.31 and I want my money back food was horrible and experience was not acceptable.

Horrible service

I'm highly pissed. I was charged extra for something I didn't order and charged for what I did order that wasn't even correct. I drive a whole county away to go to this place, literally a whole town away. All I got was a girl that told me it wasn't her job to cook my order right and some guy that cussed at me and raised his voice and basically told me I was a liar. He said he knew damn well for a fact my order was correct, that i needed to call the *** down and screamed at me. I have a photo of my order. And was charged extra for crap I didn't ask for. Period I was over charged, what they did give me wasn't right, I was yelled at, disrespected, and hung up on. I had to call back. Supposed to me hashbrowns with grilled jalapenos and sausage on the side. Zero of either. Then that night wanna scream at me and tell me he knows for a fact he did. Photo below. I dug my bare fingers through that plate and found neither.

Food Preparation

At about 10am Monday, 19 June 2023. I visited the Waffle House on 950 E. Cartwright in Mesquite, TX. 75149. Only one employee had on a hair net. Nonetheless, I ordered the all star breakfast with a waffle, a waffle with sausage & large coffee To Go. I was not given nor offered a receipt. On the cutting board, there were two waffles that had been sitting; once my order was called out, the manager instead of making fresh waffles, used the two waffles to complete my order. When I told him that was unacceptable, he stated it would take 10 minutes, my response was that is fine, and what he did goes against all food handling practices. When I asked for his name, he stated I could not have his name. It is apparent, this manager needs to be retrained on customer courtesy and food handling procedures. Clearly, this is what is left when hiring standards cease to exist.

Harassment from. Store manager #1447

I quit back in April Last night i came in with a current employee whom is a good friend of mine we ordered well bacon a bowl of grits, exchanged a few words with a friend and went back to our car This morning i get harrasing messages from my former store manager at 1447 telling me to get a life i was there stalking her cook whom i did not even speak with last night telling me I cannot come back because i make her employees uncomfortable and feel unsafe but I truly have done nothing to cause that feeling of uncertainty. I have the screenshots of her messages and will not be deleting them And I will return to 1447 as i do not think she actually banned me, just wanted to get to me, which she was yet again unable to do.

The manager and Coworker Susie because no one was wearing name tags to b identified i sat and waited 20 minutes all the while watching orders be fulfilled. i asked for my money back and was refused

the employees mainly two older women seemed to have a problem with me because i ordered my food and was skipped for 30 min waiting all the while watching others leave and come. my order was to go. i asked for my money in return before receiving my food and was refused by all levels of management. i was treated poorl i have a video of the woman refusing my refund. i ask compensation and for the two women to be removed fro m the location because i enjoy your food. we are located in Mt Vernon Illinois. i still have my food and the receipt and the video. you can contact me at {{Redacted}}

Bad food

Our food came out burnt. The burnt part was hid on the bottom of our hash browns and the bacon was burnt. I specifically asked for no pickles and got a handful on my plate. When something was mentioned, nothing was done except advice that theres a number on the back to cal and complain. The food was awful and the eggs were over cooked. The toast was so cold the butter wasnt even melted. The sausage felt like rubber and was old and over cooked. There were onions in an order of oir hash browns and the waitress told us it happens when other peoples food is being cooked as well. Thats not how its supposed to be.
