Flavor of golden tobacco is so terrible now. Didn’t used to be.

I dont know what theyve done to the golden tobacco, flavored, but it is disgusting. It smells people tell me I smell like cigarettes since the flavor changed its terrible

Same as everyone else. Bad Pods!!!

Waste of $!!! 30% of pods taste burnt. Wish you could get it right. 1 star seems too high of a review. They are too expensive to go right from the store to my trash!!! You guys suck. Blowing it up on social media now.

Vape pods that don’t work

I like your product, but lately I have been receiving a lot of faulty pods that dont work. At $18 for a pack of two its very expensive do you have to continually replace because the pod stopped working with half full.I currently have 10 pods that are defective and thats why Im sending this message. Thats too many. Can you help? Thank you

Had 50 defective pode- I sent them to Vuse, I was expecting a refund, but Im just getting the run around. I have every call to Vuse recorded and every communication documented. My sister is an attorney, she listened to the calls, and said there is legit basis for a class action lawsuit. I just want what I was told I would get, and move on. I was told 7-10 days- today is day ten and the only communication between myself and Vuse has been initiated by me. Just spoke to customer service, they are escalating my case, i am going to give Vuse a week to contact me- I sure hope they do- I mostly like Vuse vapes, but this situation is leaving a sour taste in my mouth- which happens to be the issue with a lot of the pods I sent back.

Update on past complaint

I have learned to check the serial number on the side of pods before purchase. If it ends in 1 dont buy, that whole batch is messed up. I only purchase if it ends in 2, and have had no more issues. Theresa

One I was not pissed too I just wanted a replacement pot because mine Lee three the customer service represented was a wonderful person the first one I spoke to hung up on me

I wanted a replacement plug because the one I have was cracked and when I draw on it it leaks into my mouth the customer service agent was great as far as if you make pot I really wish would come out with a 1 mg

Faulty Pods - 2 out of 4 didnt work

have been a vuse consumer for about 3 years almost. I Recently bought a 4 pack of menthol 2.4% Nic for $27 and 2 of the pods completely did NOT work. At first I thought it was the alto device, so I bought a brand new one and still nothing. Very frustrating to spend that amount of money and only half of the pods in the 4 pack actually work. I would appreciate a voucher or compensation for waste of money. I can send the pods to you if that helps as well. Thank you in advance

Doggy company!

Doggy company!!! Signed up for a golden subscription, they then split my order in 2 and charged 2 different cards with obviously way more money, one of which I did not authorise. Sounds illegal, doesn`t it?! I sent an email to which I did not get a response and called the phone number provided millions of times but no one picked up... Took me 4 days to be able to chat with an agent via live chat, which had no agent over the weekend even though they claim to have them available 7am - 7 pm every day! What a joke! When I called them out on the unauthorised charge they said it was a system error and they will get back to me... The agent was rude and not understanding at all. After this is sorted I shall never order from this company ever again!

Pretty regular defetive pods

I randomly get a defective pod which is really starting to add up$. I'm pretty satisfied until I put one In a new pod and it doesn't work. I have 2 units so I will try the pod in the other unit fully charged. Then I put another new pod in and it works. So I know the pod is just defective.. Unfortunately it seems to be happening one out of every 10-15 pods or so. Its like buying a pack of cigarettes and then just throwing them away randomly...

EVERY single other chevron and 711 always take my coupon. Through vuse all in app. This man didn't want to take it even after seeing its thru vuse. Not a sketchy coupon. Then he started yelling and berrating me, threatening to call the cops over a coupon?? Now I'm out a coupon. And said *** buying vuse. I only get it because of the price point. But now it's all the same.

Golden tabacco pods that will not work!

Ive emailed and called over and over for more than three months. Every time im told that I have to contact the United States! They wont forward my email at all! They have ripped me and countless other people off ans thats not right! My contact email is: Pam.sue78@***.com.

The pods are getting worse

Besides paying $30 for a 4-pack, I can only hope not to get the brown ones that you can't even smoke. Now I'm receiving pods that aren't even full.You guys have really gone down hill, but not before getting me hooked on these. I tried calling customer service and nobody answers...lllll)lllllklllllkkj

Pods stop working!!

So this is the second cartridge in just this 2 pack alone I bought that *** out on me and it's still half full and does not produce any vape the green light comes on but it just doesnt work. These things are expensive I've spent alot on money on these pods and seems to be a trending fail rate of like 20-30% on them.. I'm about to just pick up smoking again.. am I just that unlucky with them.. or has this been a thing with you guys... I'd like to hear what you have to say.. for almost 20 buck for a 2 pack I'd expect to get my money's worth. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in your brand. Ps I can't even enter a US number on the email form

Wasting My Money on your Product

OMy problem is your product is never good. I spend $27 on 4 pods and get 1 thats good. And usually I get NONE thats good. The brown pods taste like *** I cant smoke them and the convent stores refuse to switch them out anymore because they are losing money too. Here are only a few that I have purchased and I kept because I CANT SMOKE IT ITS BURNT TASTING. I want my MONEY back. Thank you, Cynthia Darling I have photos but this site does not allow me to upload photos. Why thats interesting. Now that I waited for a response but was ignored after you read my message. This company is crap & they have to loyalty towards their customers. You suck Vuse

Disappointed with pods lately

I recently bought a 2 pack of Golden Tobacco 5% flavor pods and one is a dud. The other one works/worked fine. I also have been getting dark discolored pods that taste disgusting. What I find most frustrating is that I live in Maryland and have to pay the RIDICULOUS TAX on my Vuse products. I was very satisfied with your products up until now. I tried to exchange the discolored pods but i was told that the store wasn't allowed to and to contact Vuse and you will make it right, I hope you can help me.
