Lost Luggage

Had to call Vueling because they lost one of our bags and it contained a needed medical device. The woman I spoke with was nice but you could tell by her tone that this happens often and there wasnt much they could do about it. I explained that it was a medical device that we needed, where my bag showed based on the AirTag and that we needed it today. There are only two flights out of Barcelona to Florence a day and only one could get the bag to us by tonight. I dont have faith on our bag getting back to us any time soon though and they could not guarantee anything. We luckily have travel insurance and will start to replace the items as we need and I had to call their medical emergency line to try and figure out how to get my husband a new CPAP machine here in Italy.

Problem with check-in

Hello! Recently I purchased a ticket from a third party website. My flight is tomorrow from Prague to Barcelona, and then from Barcelona to Porto. I'm trying to check in through your website, but it says that my booking doesn't exist. I need to check-in and add 32 kg luggage to my ticket. Please, help me to figure out how can I do this online, as the standard procedure doesn't work. Thank you!

I am sending you this email to express my utmost fury as I lost my luggage from Barcelona to Athens last Saturday and since now no one has contacted me to inform me where the bag is. I have been trying to reach anyone from your team but failed miserably. The answering machine in your system is lousy, the phone numbers do not connect and no one replies to any emails. I expect to know where my bag is today as this is extremely inconvenient. I attached the complain I issued upon arrival.

Not allowing to board

I have arrived on time to my flight and the gate was closed, you said it was close 5 minutes ago, no near the departure time, just 10 minutes after boarding started, you affected all of my other flights, I hope something happens bad to this company, and I mean this. So many complaints, unbelievable. You do not deserve to be a company. Your guy pushed me to book another ticket when by your fault you closed the gets earlier.

Forget customer service

Reference #: DBVVY13630 If they happen to read this (Doubtful!!) Lost luggage on 7/21/23. Immediately filed a report. Have not heard anything from them other than their automatic emails telling me they are sorry and to be patient. I can see my luggage is still at the FCO airport from my AirTag. Cannot get through to lost and founds customer service line to speak to someone. Left voicemails and emails, but still have not been contacted back.

Worst customer service, correction* NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked my flight ticket from Amsterdam to Malaga (VY8364)on 19th July. I bought two tickets for myself and my friend from the Schipol Amsterdam Airport on 19th July. I paid 459.98 EUR as I was told that there were still seats available. Upon reaching the boarding gate, we were denied to board the plane as there were no seats available. Then, I was told to fill out the refund form and that someone from Vueling Airlines will call me to discuss about the refund. However, until today I have no news or update about my refund. I have emailed them but no response. I have tried to call them but same automated replies no solution. I was told that I will get refund plus compensation as it was not my fault that they are selling tickets to customer and then telling them that there are no seats. But it's just words so you will leave and once you do nobody cares to resolve. I work in the hospitality/customer service industry myself for the last 13 years and I have yet to see an organization as bad as Vueling when it comes to customer service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC

Vueling lost my luggage July 6th its been 16days and I have no information where he is... my vocations was ruined. Please get me back my luggage asap! I been calling vueling and workers said they still dont know where he is its not funny guys..! Tracking doesn't help also! My luggage is in spain and I know it! Nobody is looking for him for 16days!!

Last Minute Flight Change

My flight was changed without my knowing from Catania airport to Palermo Airport(which is 3 hours away and I dont have a car with me) and my taxi is going to cost 564. I demand compensation for that.

Wrong flight time given to us resulting in is to miss flight

We were given a confirmation email stating that our flight was at 3:45pm, we got to split Croatia airport where they said our flight was in fact at 08:40am that morning. No vueling representatives at airport & cannot get a hold of any customer service advisors over mobile phone. Leaving us stuck in croatia. With no where to stay and also a lost day on our holiday from Australia, not to mention the 94 taxi here to the airport.

Cancelation of a flight

Ayer miércoles 5 de Julio del 2023, tenía un vuelo pendiente con referencia WIIJPG de Amsterdam a Valencia a las 7:20 a.m. con Vueling (puedo adjuntar toda la documentación). a las 2:30 aprox, cinco horas antes del vuelo, recibo un mail que me dice que se cancela mi vuelo por condiciones adversas. Estábamos en alerta en Amsterdam. Yo cuando veo el mail ya estaba en el aeropuerto. Allí con la confusión, el estres, los nervios, el sueño del madrugón y el cansancio, de repente quiero que me reembolsen y que me indemnicen por los gastos derivados de la repentina cancelación. No sé ni como, estaba en exteriores, oscuro, llovía, no tenia mucha visibilidad y tenia la pantalla del movil mojada (ya sabemos lo impredecibles que se vuelven estos dispositivos con la pantalla mojada) y entiendo que la pagina web no tiene muchas pantallas de verificación de las tomas de decisión, acaba saltandome que he comprado un billete autogenerado por el sistema para el jueves, pero no el dia siguiente como cabía esperar, el jueves de dentro de una semana! Eso ya me parece una vejación y un trato clasista a las personas que compran un vuelo mas barato, no me reubican en un vuelo inmediato y yo trabajo y tengo que estar en Valencia esta semana. Después de esto, (me he dado cuenta rapido), busca como contactar por teléfono o mail con atención al cliente para solventar el percance con la mayor inmediatez, puedo demostrar que he estado perdiendo mi tiempo y mis nervios toda la mañana, esta en mi registro de llamadas, en mi historial de busquedas de google y en una serie de comentarios que he puesto en redes sociales, no te atienden, solo un bot con preguntas cerradas con los casos mas habituales y esto es bastante excepcional. En algún momento me ha parecido ver que tenía como 24h para solucionar el asunto, desde el minuto uno he intentado infructuosamente hacerlo, pensaba que solo me tomaría unos minutos, pero esta indefensión es otra vejación a los derechos del consumidor. Tengo gente externa que me ha estado buscando como hablar con un operador, como mandar un mail, Nada. Luego me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que como es un billete barato y ya se me ha autogenerado una vuelta, que no me interesa, no reembolsan como mucho puedo cambiarlo por un billete de vuelta de Amsterdam en otras fechas y yo no quiero un billete de vuelta de Amsterdam con otras fechas. De hecho, inmediatamente después de llamar, también se me ha generado un check in??? y me han mandado mi boarding pass??? , sin hacer check in, antes de una semana y antes de que exprirasen mis 24 horas de reclamación legal, que por mucho que te pongan palos en las ruedas, entiendo que es legal un tiempo para poder rectificar un error, aunque fuera mio, cosa que no es el caso. Para poner un ejemplo del caos de la compañía, en una de las llamadas te daban opciones numéricas pero marcaba y no reconocía los numeros la lucución. Durante toda la mañana he recibido un maltrato de la empresa, una pérdida de tiempo tras otra para intentar solucionar algo aparentemente sencillo y una frustración y un estres muy acusado. Ahora se viene denuncia por lo mercantil, no habeis dado el servicio os toca reembolsar. Vuestra pagina funciona fatal, no encuentro personal en el aeropuesto para pedir un mail o telefono de atencion al cliente, me solucionais una emergencia con un viaje una semana mas tarde y seguro que me dejo cosas.

Impossible to solve any issue - only useless chatbots/ virtual 'assistant'

5 hours delay from their own fault (all other planes on both departure and destination airports took-off and arrived on time, or with a reasonable 20-30 min delay), yet they: - reject the claim with a generic message (not even stating why it was not their fault) - send it from 'no-reply' account so there is no way to ask/ challenge provide additional information - have no way to talk to human agent, only useless chatbot on the website and even more useless and time consuming automatic voice bot See you in court fookers!

I need to speak to a person

You can not talk to anyone. The flight attendants are great. Speaking to a person on teb phone is a nightmare. I am a full fare passenger. I am also in the aviation business. Customer service with 2 agents on alicante see bad. The rest are great. Phone service is at its worst.

Stealing my pag in airports in Spain from Vueling airline.

Fly number:VY7829 on 10/05/2023. On 9:30 in the evening flying times. I arrive in the Spain 1:30. in the morning at 11 of May 2023 we go to collect our bag from gate 15 we receive one bag only another bag we dont receive it. We waiting over one hour we dont receive it. Nobody in the air boats no security no police nothing after two gates I see someone who wear uniform I want to go to ask him about my missing bag, what I want to do it when Im near him, hes so Benwick this guy and I see my bag with him and another bag as well. Only I ask him what you doing in my bag and he shut the bag and he ran away. Im Disable man I cant run after him, but I make a Photos in his face. How was he ran away and how was he hide his face and I go back to collect my stuff on the floor. I want to go to contact the police I see someone in the airport I ask him where is the police here he said to me whats problem I explain to him and he said to me show me his photo I show him he said to me I know him hes off is there I go in his office I asked the lady can you call the police she refuse to call the police she said to me Wait whats your problem I explain to her I show her the photo and shes gone inside after 10 minute his manager he come out. Hes very rude start shouting and me tell me no no no I said what no man I think hes partner for this guy and hes be after him he coming he dont care this guy, he still defend him and support him. I tell him off I cant find the police and after that the gentleman tell me you have to go to coach because my group is waiting for you. I go in the coach after a few hours, I go to police station I report this matter, I send you all the reports and the photos and the ticket and everything I like to claim for all. What are you missing my money my jewellery, my watch my classes and my priceless and my carer, she lost her watch and her bracelet. If you like more information, can you contact me please I need times the bag I give for the airline and stuff he steal it from the airline two different gates. He starred into what he like money and jewellery and my stuff and and when I got him he shot everything in the floor and he ran away. I send you all the photos. Can you please contact me as soon as possible about my claim if I dont hear anything from you I will give this matter for the solicitor, and youll be all what cost me. I am frustrated and desperate. I have tried every conceivable way to contact Vueling regarding lost luggage. I am still hoping to get in touch with someone, perhaps you can help. RE: Vueling flight VY1006 August 27, 2022 Booking code GIGLMA Luggage tag on my carry-on 0 030 VY 774040. Tag on lost bag will be either one more or one less than this, as they were printed at the same time. The lost bag also has a personal tag with my name, home address, e-mail address, and European phone number. Ive heard nothing from the airline. The story: Checked in 24 hours in advance, received digital boarding pass At airport, no Vueling staff at check-in station, used self-service baggage drop. Scanned Boarding pass, checked 1 bag, even though I had paid for two (another story). Used one luggage tag for checked bag, other for cabin bag. No small receipt stubs were provided. Arrived at Madrid airport, waited for my checked bag, it did not arrive. After all passengers had claimed luggage and left, nothing was left on belt and it shut down. Lost luggage kiosque was closed, and no staff were at check-in desk (I checked twice), so I was unable to make a claim for lost bag, so no PIR. All evening I attempted to contact Vueling by phone, using my European SIM card, my Canada SIM card (at a cost of $15 CAD) the hotel phone (at a cost of 10 Euro) and even Skype. In every case, I got a busy signal, a Spanish message offering another phone number, or a choice to switch to English. But all that led to was an automated voice menu that did not offer any way to speak to a human, and without the PIR I could get nowhere. I had a very early flight next morning, but left the hotel in time to stop at Terminal 4 where the Vueling lost luggage kiosque is located. A security guard let me in and pointed me to the Vueling counter, but it was closed and would not open until 7 am. My onward flight from terminal 2 left at 7:15, so it was not possible to wait. I left a detailed hand-written note with all the relevant details at the lost luggage kiosque, and went to get my flight. I am now at home in Canada, and have continued trying to contact Vueling, without success.
