Took my money and disappeared

Everything À la cart. Not for the everyday person that works 40+ hours. Tons of big promises and to do this you need the time.

I canceled my subscription on July 22. I have not gotten a respond or my refund.

I canceled my membership two days after I ordered it. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I have sent numerous emails never to be responded to there is not a phone number. You can call and talk to a person its a rip off.

Called the number. Stated they are not taking calls at this time.

Ordered from them & did not receive what I ordered. Tried sending emails several times over 4 days with no response. Luckily I used a credit card & not a debit card. Which will help in getting my money back.

Saw the promotion video, watch the whole thing watch the second video agree to all the terms wanted the product, and I was supposed to be charged $57, and I got charged $124.

Not happy with my purchase

First of all there has a lot of red flags I was charged for supplements that I didnt want you cannot get in contact with anyone I called the number I got a text back I called a second time and left a message still nothing I got ish I was oilfield have read all of the reviews before I spent my money now I just want my money back

Unbelievably bad business, was attempting to get a $67 dollar package and was double charged. A rep called me to introduce the service and sounded as if she was on her death bed

Unbelievably bad first impression. Was double charged. Cant talk with a person to cancel. A rep called me to introduce the company to me and she sounded like she was on her death bad. She had no enthusiasm, Joy, happiness, almost seems as if she was forced to call. Went through the steps to pay for a $67 plan. Once card was excepted immediately the charge was a $134.

I tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back as the money back guarantee assured me I would if I was unhappy with the service.

I want to cancel my subscription and get my money back but this company has made it impossible to do so. Ive reached out multiple times, all of which have gone unanswered, and it was difficult to find customer service or speak to anyone about this issue.

Coaching Refund Request

My experience with my coach was one session. And, a whole bunch of voxer announcements that I wasn't receiving. No 2nd Zoom or anything. I was lost from the beginning and didn't lose a pound. I asked on multiple occasions of different V-Shred employees to get supplements. I only got one supplement order sent. I was excited to get started, but this whole experience has been a disappointment. If you review my logins and orders, I didn't get much. All I am asking is to stop making payments to AFFIRM and cut my losses. It's too bad, because I really wanted to try your nightly supplement, but nobody would send it to me. Please help me cancel and cut my losses. I am making a payment of $183 per month for 12 months, and I am about 6 months in. Please let it stop. That is all I am asking. The staff you have is not all bad, but nobody really has been that helpful getting this process stopped. Finally, you should know that all of your Facebook ads brought in a lot of people. There is a growing number of unsatisfied customers and pulling down your phone system didn't help. Please don't throw me to the delete file and make me another unsatisfied customer. I just want to stop making payments through AFFIRM. I got nothing from this, and I am still willing to pay $1,000. Not many people say that. At the end of the day, I just want a phone call with a live person. I logged in today to figure out my order number or contract ID number, and could not find that anywhere. Sorry.

Wrong address on my order

I guess I gave the wrong address to for the supplements to be shipped to me. Ups says they were shipped back to sender. The address needs to be changed to 2124 South Spring, ST Little Rock, AR 72016. Thank you Bryan Urbani.

Need help with a refund

There is no way to contact you! You take forever to respond to emails if you respond at all! I am properly ordered a supplement and refused delivery, and the product was delivered back to you 5/4/2023 and I am waiting to see a refund in my bank account. The minimal amount should be $132 since that was the cost of the supplement. I need someone to respond ASAP, preferably by phone, I do not look at emails. My phone number is. (860)575-****.

They do not offer customer support through the phone number that THEY provided with the order. I have reached out via email (the ONLY) way you can communicate with them. They sent me an email the same day as my email and stated they would reach out soon. 12 days later and my issue has not even been addressed. I feel I have given them ample time to respond to my inquiry even though they have a larger than normal volume. Since my email there has been yet another order created. The reason I want to cancel is because the products made me psychically ill (nausea). I would be on the *** of vomiting. I thought it was the change in my diet so I started by eliminating the supplements first. I felt better and thought I would try them out again a few days later, just to be sure. Same result. Now I have called several numbers and have sent follow up emails to no avail. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. VShred inundates my inbox with emails DAILY about new products and services, but has yet to address my issue and takes my money. Must be nice to just say you respond to email requests and questions without any actual people to read or respond to them. To say the least, I AM MAD.
