I won’t get back to me and when they’re going to pick my car up

I need to know if and when they will pick up my car and pay me, this is ridiculous. I did everything they wanted me to do and they still wont contact me on whats going on.

They won’t get back to me when they gonna pick my car up and pay me

They refused to call me back. I did all the paperwork and they said they were going to pick it up. They are a rip off. I still waiting for them to set an appointment up to pick my car up. Where are they?

Dedicated support agent dropped off the map in the middle of purchase

My dedicated support agent, the one supposedly handling my purchase, has completely dropped off the map in the middle of the process and given no information on when my car will arrive, whether Vroom received and processed my payment, or even what documents will be coming with it. This, as you can imagine, is extremely irritating. I have been connected to a seemingly infinite number of other agents who seem sympathetic, but have been largely unhelpful in getting this resolved. All I want is some kind of confirmation that my purchase has gone through and the car is on the way.

This company is COMPLETE SHIT!!!!

Do NOT buy an automobile from a website that you cannot go Into to a dealership and be face to face and have communication!!! Act nice until the ink is almost dry on your contract then they screw you!!! Sold me what was supposed to be an EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THOUSANDS of dollars just to find out their warranty was GONE BEFORE my factory warranty was even out and JUST found out I missed my factory warranty by just under 100 miles and now it will cost $4,500 for a damn chip for my car!!!

The order for my vehicle was finalized on 7/10, shipping from Pennsylvania to Texas. The original estimated delivery day was 7/24. I AM STILL WAITING for my car with no update and I can't reach anyone on the phone. I am terrified I have been scammed. RUN AWAY FROM VROOM!!!

Sold my truck got a very fair price and it took 9 days start to finish, money in the bank.

Submitted info on line, received an offer, signed the paperwork on line, sent a vroom marked truck and a pretty lady driver to pick up my truck, got the money in 2 days, 9 days start to finish, great experience.

Quality issues with vehicle

I recently within the past month bought a 2019 chevy Silverado 1500 Ld/Lt and when I received the vehicle everything seemed perfect. Upon further analysis of the newly bought truck I realized the touch screen was not responding to touch so I called and made a quality claim. They offered to fix the issue and I was ecstatic. After the repair of the radio I now have a constant dead battery that needs to be jumped off in order to travel anywhere. And that is the issue I am having is back to back electrical problems. So to say that I'm pissed off after buying a 30 thousand dollar vehicle would be an understatement.

They lead us to believe we would get delivery on a vehicle never happened!!! lied to us and we paid cash!!!!!!!!!

They really do not produce they claim one thing and do not produce so disappointing!!! Lied to us every day!!!

7 day guarantee

I purchased a 2018 Camry that had apparent damage they failed to report. So when I got the Camry and figured out that they didnt tell me about the windshield issue, and the sensor that is in the windshield wasnt working as it should. I decided that since I have 7 days to let them know. Ill do it. Well I did, and now that I have the time to get it replaced and recalibrated, they say I didnt let them know in the 7 days after I got the car so they wont pay for it. The total cost to have the job done correctly is like 850 or 900

Rotten tires

I was sold a car 2012 Camaro and the tires i was told were new and were replaced. all the tires are rotten and the tire guard for the engine fell out almost caused a accident. i want vroom to replace these tires or buy this vehicle back or im not going to pay the loan and the car can go back its not drivable

Customer service needs to be renamed to people who dont care!

was told twice from title and registration that i could get another temp tag if i needed and now that i need one they are telling me they cant give me one. so now i cant drive my car till my tags and registration come in and they cant even tell me when that will be. so im beyond pissed consumer!!!

Horrible experience

I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 but the buying experience from VROOM has been horrible!I can't talk to the same person twice.Had problems with the finance company.Cannot access my online account because the salesperson did not give me the password and cant get in touch with her.Tried to reset password several times and never got a password reset link in my email to reset it.The delivery date was changed 3 times.I have spent over 12 hours on the phone, talked to numerous people, but nothing was resolved.We made an agreement to get compensated but the check was $400 short.Calls or emails were never returned.Will tell everybody about my experience.Tried to reset password several times and never got a password reset link in my email to reset it.The delivery date was changed 3 times.I have spent over 12 hours on the phone, talked to numerous people, but nothing was resolved.We made an agreement to get compensated but the check was $400 short.Calls or emails were never returned.Will tell everybody about my experience.

Incredibly poor experience

It got worse. Car arrived with a completely dead battery jumping it and driving did not charge the battery. There is no way they didn’t know this was an issue when it was loaded on the truck to be shipped to me 2 days ago.

Oh boy it got worse! Car arrived with a dead battery.

Being naive I figured a light was left on in transit, so I had aaa jump it. I know the drill so drove the car for about 30 minutes and went to dinner.

Came back out and the car won’t start. Called aaa again got...

I opted to buy a car using Vroom as I thought it would be more convenient than a traditional dealership. I was wrong. The sales people were quick to call me once I placed payment to reserve the vehicle. In fact multiple sales people reached out to me. I was providing my own financing so I really just needed to sign the contracts and schedule a delivery. I signed the initial digital documents and received the documents that needed a physical copy a couple days later. I signed and dropped them in the mail the next morning. The return documents had a tracking number so I was able to confirm they were received by vroom. Rather than confirm receipt of the documents they started the document process over again. Asking me to sign the same online document and sending the same physical documents again. I called to get this situation resolved. Rather than admit the mistake mark my documents as complete and schedule a delivery I was told to just sign and mail back the documents again. I asked for my call to be escalated and I was told they couldnt transfer me to any supervisors or anyone who could help. It has been delay after delay with zero accountability. At this point Im locked into this contract and if they ever get this car delivered Im concerned it wont be as described or even the right vehicle.
